I’d give 10 stars for customer service if I could. Every single worker there really has a great attitude. They are really the nicest I’ve seen in the hospitality industry here (we stay in budget hotels/hostels here in TW)

— they have a free shuttle that you to/from the night market every 20 minutes.
— No fuss parking — ample parking is diagonally across from the hotel next to a coffee shop.
— CLEAN! Tables rooms elevator lobby everything about this place was spotless.
— Everything, all amenities/toiletries, you need in a room is provided.
— room was comfortable. We felt at home here.
— definitely enjoyed the coffee machine and snacks.

This hotel is very clean, space compared to Taiwan standard is nice. Built in desk area, however no extra couches. The location is about 10 — 15 mins walking to Feng Chia night market. Also has a Family Mart right downstairs. The hotel provides shuttle to the night market if you don't want to walk. Pretty close taxi to major department stores like Tiger City or Top City. We stay here every time we come back from the US. The hotel offers breakfast for a small addition cost.
