Room was clean. The room was a decent size. Everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful. On the 6th floor, the hotel has a washing machine (with a supply of detergent) and a dryer that guests can use for free. They also have a kitchen and living room area just above the first floor. I stayed in the area because I wanted to be able to walk to Fengchia Night Market. But, next time, I won’t stay in the area because the smell of stinky tofu at night is so strong that you can’t open the window. One suggestion I would make to the hotel owner is to use a different towel cleaning company because the detergent used to wash the towels smell slightly bad.
At Fengchia Night Market, be sure to get the pepper meat cakes where they cook them by sticking them to the sides of an oven. They have similar things at Raohe Night Market in Taipei. Other recommended places to eat are PAUL cafe, Shann Rice Bar at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, 9th floor, and Shan Shin restaurant.

I had a good stay here while in Taichung. It's a nice and very inexpensive hotel right next to the big Fengjia Night Market. The staff was great and the rooms are very good.
Moving to and from the hotel without a car or taxi is a bit tricky because it's not super close to public transport, and the immediate vicinity lacks sidewalks. So, it's fairly awkward to walk on the side of the streets while scooters and cars are zooming past you. But you can move just fine using a taxi or Uber.

The hotel is clean, rooms of medium size, simple and tidy.
Close to Feng Jia night market. Affordable price, crowded location of many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Good location near to Feng Jia market and close to other amenities. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Lovely lounge at level 2 for chill out. Direct opposite multi-storey KTV, great place for K-lovers.

Location is great, near to lots of food, massage, KTV and cinema. Check-in was fast but check-out online say 12pm but was told is 11am if want to check-out at 12pm need pay TWD200. Was given the first room out from the lift but was surprise that it is not noisy at all. Room and toilet is kind of small. Pillow is soft. Water pressure in shower is strong.

Love the resting lounge. There’s drinks and cookies for room guests. We can literally have our meals we bought from Fengjia night market at the lounge. Another plus point was the Free self service laundry.

Pro.
-Location is good, very near to night market.
-Wifi is fast.
-Value for money.
— they have laundry machine, common living room 🎈
-breakfast on the cafe beside (not so nice though)
Cons.
-I think the bedding is dirty as I felt itchy after sleeping, need to improve housekeeping.
-pillow is too soft for my liking, it don’t provide support and sink totally.
-bed is not so firm also.
-small room.
Overall I felt that it is value for money and would recommend still is if you are staying over 1/2 nights.

+Great toilet amenities; cookie, water and tea refilled everyday for simple breakfast in the room.
+Comfy bed and clean room with room service everyday during our stay.
-Double room is slightly tight for 2 suitcases.
-A strong smell in the bathroom on the first night but was gone after the room service.

Great location, you’ll never be hungry if you stay here. Feng Chia night market’s right below, opens till late, lots of local breakfast options in the morning. There’s a really nice communal floor for hot drinks and small snacks on the 1st floor. We appreciate the good shower water pressure, very essential! The staff are quick to help with taxi arrangements, so dont worry about getting around.
