Before going to Taiwan, my family and I read the reviews and were really worried that it'll be an uncomfortable stay. However, when we entered the hotel, it wasn't as bad as what the reviews mentioned. The bed was comfy, deco was OK too. The space for a 4 pax room was quite squeezy, not much room space to put each of our luggage. 2 pax room was quite small as well. But it feels OK for a 1 night stay before moving to other places.

The room is comfortable but the aircond is really noisy and you can hear noises from the outside.

Rooms are rather small and bad positioning of funitures, regardless family size or not, they are almost the same size but just extra bed. Lighting is pretty bad in the room and in the toilet. Beware of the toilet Floor, extremely slippy and dangerous. The air — condition is dripping and noisy. The room has no sound proof, so you can hear outside noise. Worse part they have nice lobby area at different floors but no control of noise from visitors. They allow uncivilize family talking out loud, laughing loud, screaming and shouting out of the lungs at the lobby even at 2300 or 0000 or later. Careful if you complain to the reception, they will let the family know your room number, how dare the reception revealing customer's room number but no bearing the responsibility of hotel rules. Had an extremely no privacy bad experience, the family member actually seek revenge by calling my room number several times disturbing us at late night after 0000. If I am the boss I will fire the reception (FYI his duty date is on 17oct night, a guy) and please also establish strict hotel rules. This hotel is ridiculous poor service and very rundown. The rating is not even reliable. Stay away from this hotel. Horrible receptionist poor quality room and horrible amenitities. One last thing they allow outside cars to use their carpark. You will see the 2 lift super busy crowded for those who stay in the hotel.
