We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Ritz‑Carlton Chengdu.

During our tour of China, we experienced a range of hotels, but this one clearly stood out as the best by a significant margin.

This hotel is superb. We were met in reception and presented with lovely scarves. The reception area is beautifully decorated and the staff were lovley.

Excellent location near the metro station and easy to get around as it’s relatively central to many of the city’s attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean.

At first I was a bit hesitant if the hotel might be ‘too traditional’ and a bit out of time — but I have to say — it has was a very caring, thoughtful and comfortable stay.

Fantastic bed with great pillows and spacious room. Location is perfect for central / down town Chengdu and the breakfast was absolutely perfect for an affordable hotel.

While I have only rated the Holiday Inn Express in Chengdu, China as a four — star hotel, I am confident that it is the best alternative available for a North American or European, if not for any

We loved this hotel for how old and quaint it looked… even though it is only about 25 years old. We had a lovely room… actually a bedroom, sitting area and a bathroom… very spacious.

The room was quiet and comfortable and clean. Had a little sitting room + bedroom. Balcony over the street. Foot traffic in this older area, no cars.

The hotel booking experience was seamless and efficient. The staff was helpful and the process was straightforward, making it a hassle-free experience.

Beyond 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bathroom is large with shower and tub. Adequate counter space. Plenty of charging ports around the room.

Location is near Longhu Tianjie and a lot of nice restaurants nearby.
The hotel's Gym opens 24-hour.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We arrived late on New Year’s Eve to a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Booked a room for a few hours after a work visit/meeting before taking a flight from TFU to return home. Great value for money. Rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped.

It is an amazing stay here in Holiday inn! I chose the Family room and the room is so big with 1 king sized bed and 1 single bed.

My stay in Chengdu was pretty good but marred, with one exception, by a staff with little or no English. International travelers from all continents use English as a travel language.

Perfect hotel and location for exploring Chengdu!

Amazing hotel, wonderfully located with amazing breakfast, providing a broad selection of options. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to move room to resolve an air con issue.

All staffs in entire hotel are polite and smiley face. Facilities are quite new with well maintenance. Breakfast is very good among all the Holiday Inn Express I had ever been.

The Sheraton — Chengdu hotel where we stayed for two days. Was clean, stylish, spacious with excellent service. The food was good and great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient.

I was pretty impressed with this new Sheraton hotel at Pidu, Chengdu. All the staffs, esp. Those at the Club/Lounge are quite professional and they all made me feel "welcome" at home.

One of the most luxurious hotel in outskirt of Chengdu. Very nice villa with a private garden and pool. The surrounding is tranquil and you can take a stroll around the vicinity.

We stayed here before the name change. The experience was great, the hotel environment was very good, and the service was very enthusiastic, so this time I came here with my family.

Despite the name, this hotel isn't actually at Kuanzhai Alley—it's about a 10-minute drive away. Our late arrival was frustrating as the driveway was closed, forcing a long walk from the drop-off.

This review is solely for the service at this hotel, which has gone above and beyond my expectations and is very deserving of a 5 star review!

Impressed by the 24h business center and fast Wi-Fi. Soundproof rooms ensured quiet work sessions. Staff helped arrange last-minute meeting space.

Staff helpful, rooms nice, only stay there if you are going to the conference centre, it is too far from anything else.

We loved everything about the place. The only issue is that it is very far from Chengdu and I had to move into Chengdu for my meetings.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
