Well situated location. The room was comfy. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Staff service is good, location is convenient, 24-hour gym is very considerate, but the bathroom water pressure is small and unstable, is generally very comfortable accommodation.

They have the worst service I have ever experienced. I went to a tour and as soon as I got back to my hotel from a tour, they had my stuff and hotel door keys disabled. Kicked me out stranded in a different country. I hate Cheryl Liu. You are the worst manager I have ever met.

The hotel is well located, there is a train station nearby, the rooms are clean, the service is good.

Rooms were clean and hotel men/women are kind. The location is close enough to the city centre.

Great hotel with nice and clean rooms and very close to centrum. Line 5 of metro is just behind corner. Breakfast is okay. I spent here 3 nights and there were letter from hotel management on my desk, that the Heating season starts from 5th. November so before that period can be little cold in the hotel rooms, restaurants and lobby. But you can use gym or drink some whiskey to warm up a bit.

Hotel is in the downtown Wangfujing is also very convenient, quiet place to clean rooms comfortable to visit Beijing may consider this hotel a good choice thanks.

Location is good, service is OK. But aunt is cleaning of the corridors in the morning waking around the door's voice was very clear, could hear the next room snoring at night, for the results the other guests frolicking in the corridor of the room sound is particularly clear. Noise is bad bad bad. One night about three more people in the next room to open the door and talk to friends, I hear as clear as a fully awake. Change the room, or is someone playing in the corridors, opening and closing doors are super loud …

Overall comfort, high cost performance, idle free, does not require running attractions to choose from. Is 20 minutes walk to Wangfujing, xiaoshi extinction, we were happy.

The environment is very good, the sound is very good, the bed big and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty, and there's a Starbucks, with business travel more appropriate! Out of a hundred metres there was a soup, Minister for small kitchen drinking soup. Dinner solved! Go ten minutes Wang Fu Jing. Walking Street, three minutes, agreements, and hospitals, where everything is easily accessible.

Best pool and not representative of depths and water quality and the environment, more suitable for leisure and relax. Heard was a member, and the hotel guest experts. A buffet. The provisions of the rules. Single point good, pick up very slow! Hotel room a bit old, but service and clean, didn't have to say, the main mineral water provide plenty of it!

Nice room, no frills but a good 4* (S) Standard, cleanliness super, the young staff at the reception speaks English and is very helpful, Wi-Fi is fine, the subway is right around the corner (.

Fantastic hotel! Good service and great location.

Not so bad until we visited the spa, asked to charge the massages to my room and they said that instead of going back to sleep at my room, I had to go to the reception to pay there. I was wearing a robe so the lady closely followed me to my room and back to the lobby. I asked why wouldn't I be able to pay everything together at checkout, but I guess it is common for their guests not to pay so she closely followed me so I would not run away? Wi-Fi is extremely unstable. English is definitely a barrier.

Very nice, very clean beautyful hotel. The staff was very efficient and speaks English. Location was excellent. I went there last year will visit again with family.

Great hotel at a great price. Wi-Fi fast, good signal throughout And free! Location is a bit hidden behind the Regent. Starbucks just steps from the door, a plus for the wifey :-).

A 5 star hotel on the mark. Best hotel staff I ever seen although the language was a bit not too good and asking for advice on where to go was a little of a problem. Yet one time I asked one of the concierge workers for where to buy some good wine other than the hotels own expensive and low quality choices, to my surprise he took me to near by shops and carried everything I bought back to my room. The location of the hotel is excellent as well.

Excellent hotel with perfect service and very good location. 15 minutes walk to Wanngfujing street.
