Loved everything about this hotel. The location, the room, the courtyard, the food and last but not least the staff. Fantastic staff. We stayed for 14 days and loved every hour of the stay.
This hotel is a hidden gem! It was slightly hard to find, you don't really see it until you are right in front of it. The road it is on is a one way street that is very narrow. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I love that upon your check in you're handed lots of sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, along with events and classes offered at the hotel. We took the cooking class which was a blast. Our room was very spacious, clean and cozy, however the shower was huge! The courtyard is a great place to hang out, as is the cozy little bar with a fireplace. I really can't rave enough about this place — if I ever find myself in Beijing again I will definitely be staying here!

A traditional taste of Beijing. Very nice old building, good staff, very good dining. The only thing is location which is very narrow alleys. But you can easily find a rental bike to surf around.
