We enjoyed our 2-night stay at your Vitacura Novotel. Service was very good, but two staff members stood out: Erik (bar, meals) and Antonia (desk) went above and beyond the service one hopes for.
A very nice hotel in a good area away from the centre of Santiago but not far from a number of lovely parks and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and the seated areas relaxing.
Our experience at Novotel Santiago Vitacura was again the best possible.
We have been there for the first time more than 19 (nineteen) years ago, when the hotel was just recently built.

Fantastic place to stay! Service is top notch! Staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of their guests. Hotel is beautiful.
Dear all,
I had an excellent stay for the second time in yopur hotel, and would especially like to thank Alejandra for her availability, professionalism, and efficiency.
Good location. Mainly a convention hotel, but nice. The restaurant is so-so. The batmr area is busy with conventioneers and guests. The food at the bar was better than the restaurant.
From the moment we were welcomed by Scarlet who took care of our luggage, to to the front desk Victor, we knew we had chosen a great hotel!
Absolutely outstanding service! Booked a basic room and received a beautiful view room overlooking the pool, the city and the Andes Mountains.
I thought this was an excellent hotel in the heart of central Santiago. It's close to many museums and sights, like Santa Lucia hill, Plaza De Armes, the Teatro, Museum of Fine arts.
I recently stayed at the Mercure Santiago Centro and had a wonderful experience overall.
Arrived at the hotel early. Around 7.30am and its still quite dark, the front desk allow me to store my suitcases with them with no hassle. Came back later to check in and everything went smoothly.
I had a lovely stay for 6 days here as a solo traveller.
Really good hostel in Santiago. It's pretty close to the city center, the rooms are really big as well as the kitchen and the reception is always helpful if you need anything.
La Casa Roja is a cool hostel! Amazing big building that has character and style. Lots of cool artwork and safe entrance. The staff are really friendly and there’s even a pool, so what’s not to love?!

I am very picky about hotels and stays. This spa hotel is the GEM. We came for a winery tour at Alyan. It’s 5 km away to avoid driving tipsy.
Did not stay at the hotel but came for lunch yesterday afternoon! Food was incredible and so unexpected. Service was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend osso bucco!
I stayed here 1 night when I knew that I would be tired after arriving on a late night flight and needing to transfer to another city the next day, and wanted the predictability and comfort of a
Basic airport hotel, does the job. The team were fantastic, really helpful with small details which I appreciated. The free shuttle service is really handy. Comfortable clean rooms.
You stay here only for proximity to the airport. They have a free shuttle that arrives once per hour at 15 minutes past the hour.

The rooms were great. Check in was slow and later than advertised. That seems to be the Chilean way. Bed was really comfortable as were the pillows.
Great location in upmarket Vitacura, this is a hotel with great rooms, very nice breakfast and generally good service. Lots of restaurants nearby which can be a bit noisy but lots of variety.
We stayed here for 1 night following our travels around Chile, so we were ready for a rest! This was perfect for us. Excellent welcome at reception. Friendly and informative.
Good Wi-Fi coverage.
