This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are well-appointed and the location is great. The breakfast is wonderful. After traveling for 3 weeks at various hotels, we agree that this breakfast is the best.

Close to Parque Arauco, restaurants, and the subway in an excellent neighborhood. The accommodations are cozy, the decor is pleasant, and the infrastructure is sufficient for medium and short stays.

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Ola Hotel Santiago. I booked a Junior King Suite, which was perfect — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for settling in during my time in the city.

Somewhat funky design — boxed into a city block. Interior and rooms are modern (recent construction or remodel). Fast Wi-Fi at 80 Mbit. Great showers. Rather quiet.

Would stay here again. Good location. Near mall and metro. Good breakfast. Soup and 2 out of 3 hot options changed daily (there was always scrambled eggs).

I had booked our stay through Amex and was supposed to get a room upgrade (if available) but as usual I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and hence no upgrade was possible.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel very comfortable, although I agree with other reviews that it is not 5 star quality. Our room was very large and no complaints about the beds or facilities.

For the price and location, Regal Pacific Santiago is genuinely hard to beat. The hotel sits right on the central metro line, making it an ideal base for getting around the city.

Cozy and quiet lodging, perfect for relaxing for a few days with an amazing view of the Andes. The lodge is properly equipped, with nice beds, a sofa, a full kitchen, a swimming pool, and a hot tub.

We spent 3 very enjoyable days at Casa Primal. Conveniently located, quiet and pleasant. The gardens are exquisite, rooms spacious and the food was divine! Also, the best pisco sours!
