Hotels in Metropolitan Region with a Pool

Nice getaway in the mountains. We had a wonderful time here. The room and living area were clean and beautifully decorated.

Marco was an excellent host and the place was beautiful. There is access to the river, and a beautiful view of the mountains you can enjoy in the hot bath at sunset. Amazing!

I stayed at the hotel for four nights — Sunday to Thursday. I was pleased with every aspect of the hotel and the service.

Great hotel! It was clean, quiet and in a nice location. The staff were excellent.

A pleasant place to stay in Santiago. Comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, good location near to the main shopping centre.

There is a reason this hotel is in the top ten out of 200. And that is the front desk staff. They are always there to assist you, English or Spanish, and to make your stay there a memorable one.

Couldn't ask for anything more. The staff are very friendly, speak great English if you need, and always eager to help.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy.

A big thank you to the receptionist who helped us out with a late night printing emergency.

Spacious room, nice shower, helpful staff. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I visited this hotel for my first time in Chile with my mom and aunts. The service was impeccable overall. The property and rooms were beautiful and well kept.

I had a great experience here at the hotel. The service was wonderful from the moment I arrived, being greeted with a warm cookie. What a surprise and thoughtful touch!

I stayed here 25 days and I always felt that I was at home. The owner, Ignacio not only cares about your stay at his place, but also goes out of his way to make you feel welcome at all times.

We recently stayed here for four nights. We were warmly welcomed by Ignacio, who arranged for a taxi pick up from SCL. We felt entirely at home during our stay. Ample privacy.

My partner and I were really impressed with Solace.

Large group of 12 stayed at this hotel (multiple rooms). Overall, we had wonderful stay. Hotel is conveniently located near Main Street, easy access to metros, short uber ride to key attractions.

10/10
For customer service.
For the spacious room.
For the internet.
For the location!
The hotel is attached to a huge shopping mall with an amazing big food court.

This AC hotel should definitely has a 5* rating. Everything has such high quality, including the service. I love the fact that you get direct access to the mall through 5 floor of the hotel.

Very nice centrally located hotel. Our room was on the 8th floor with nice views over San Francisco Square and was very quiet. Breakfast provided was good as was the bar meal we ordered.

I really enjoyed the hotel’s central location and it made getting around Santiago incredibly easy.

We had a wonderful trip to Santiago and Valparaiso that gave us an opportunity to stay at 3 different hotels. Each hotel had its own pros and cons— being in different areas and price points.

We had the best experienced staying in this hotel. The hotel is classy, clean and the staff is superb, friendly and with helpful. The front desk Sebastian was so kind and accommodating.

We spend 5 days in the hotel, with our kids (a baby and toddler) — great experience, very family friendly and responsive to ours accommodations (due the babies)
They always bring something nice

They truly made my three-week stay feel like home. Monserrat, Iván, Chef Daniela and Chef Álvaro deliver exceptional warmth, kindness, and service.

Excellent place to stay in Santiago.

Stayed here 1 night. Was meant to stay at the Novotel but they had over booked so we got transferred here.

Good location near metro. Affordable prices. The best deals are found online. Breakfast included. Wifi and a/c.

Wonderful location two blocks from the central market. Just across the river are all the museums and parks. Simple breakfast. Served at your table.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Primal Lodge. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the facilities were really comfortable.

We spent 3 very enjoyable days at Casa Primal. Conveniently located, quiet and pleasant. The gardens are exquisite, rooms spacious and the food was divine! Also, the best pisco sours!

With the exception of a few really expensive hotels this one was our hotel highlight in Chile. And we stayed in about 10 different ones.
Great rooms. AC working flawlessly. Clean and modern.

A good hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.
Standard Hilton rooms: decent sized with decent linens. The bath area needs a anti-skid bath as my partner fell in the shower as it was slippery.

Great location to stay in Providencia, right in the heart of the city. Everything is conveniently walkable malls, hospitals, public transportation, restaurants, and even some local attractions nearby.

Quite a decent hotel in a district that is generally considered safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but good enough if your main goal is to explore the city.

I read some negative and discouraging reviews after I had booked, so, must confess I was a little afraid about staying there.

Had a great stay, location excellent, room and breakfast perfect for my 2 night stay. The staff did a great job arranging airport transfer and a very good tour to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.

Our family stayed here for three separate one-night stays. All were either after a late flight in or before an early flight out.

We stayed at this airport for one night between arriving in Santiago from Patagonia and flying the next day to Calama.

Friendly and professional staff.
Spacious rooms. Spacious bathroom.
Great breakfast!
Location is central but 15min walk to this business district.

I had a wonderful three night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Very solid hotel option — good value, rooms quite spacious and with ok facilities (A/C, fridge, kettle).

I spent 2 very comfortable nights at this hotel. I picked it for the convenient location, just a few minutes walk from 2 metro stops and surrounded by stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc.

We arrived tired at 11 a. M. The day after an 18-hour journey. They received us and accommodated us immediately. The breakfast is varied, you have something to choose from.

A very nice hotel, great breakfast, excellent service with a smile the only little not even complaint we had was the shower, water pressure was low but it got us clean of all the places we went to in
