Nice getaway in the mountains. We had a wonderful time here. The room and living area were clean and beautifully decorated.

Marco was an excellent host and the place was beautiful. There is access to the river, and a beautiful view of the mountains you can enjoy in the hot bath at sunset. Amazing!

Good, safe location for Santiago. Spacious, clean room, with a safe to store our valuables. Hot water comes quickly in the shower.
However, the room was a bit dark and the furniture quite old.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Alvaro in reception was particularly helpful. The hotel is great with good facilities. The rooftop pool is small but perfectly formed.

Wow! We had a great stay at Singular Santiago. The location was near a cool neighborhood with many tasty restaurants nearby and not far from the airport. The staff members were awesome.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it. The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It's is barrio Lastarria which has plenty of very good places to eat.

Excellent location in Vitacura, in a very safe neighborhood. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was super friendly.

I liked the spacious and quiet room, almost fully equipped, just missing an electric kettle and / or a coffee machine.

We were a group of 29 people, frontdesk service was excellent, breakfast is good with various kinds of food. Lunch boxes can be better and bigger with bit of staff effort.

Front desk service was excellent and efficient, thanks to Hernan Pozo. He spoke English, got us a map with suggestions for where to go, eat, and directions, anticipating our needs.

Incredible staff up at the club lounge. Arantza is AMAZING! So beyond helpful and kind. She treated us as if we were her own family. Diego was also wonderful.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was big and comfortable. There were lots of windows and natural light, and the air conditioning cooled the room down quickly.

Just came back from spending 8 nights at this hotel. While the view from room 308 wasn’t exactly scenic, the hotel made up for it big time.

The Four Points is in an ideal location on a side street three blocks from the Constanera Center. There are many coffee shops, bakeries and eateries nearby.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect — easily walkable to major attractions, great bars, and excellent restaurants, making it an ideal base to explore the city.

Novotel Santiago is a very nice hotel in Providencia. Its vicinity to metro station Tobalaba makes it ideal to explore Santiago.
