Really amazing place. Staff were incredible, kind, and very accommodating. The food was truly delicious, and the hotel itself is quite beautiful and vibrant.

We had a great experience staying with Bidasoa over new years 2025/2026. The hotel has a very luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere.
The general design and furnishing of the hotel is very well done.

Incredible staff up at the club lounge. Arantza is AMAZING! So beyond helpful and kind. She treated us as if we were her own family. Diego was also wonderful.

Amazing hotel! Would definitely stay here again! It’s located in the modern part of the city and is very close to the metro which it’ll take you anywhere.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was big and comfortable. There were lots of windows and natural light, and the air conditioning cooled the room down quickly.

Close to Parque Arauco, restaurants, and the subway in an excellent neighborhood. The accommodations are cozy, the decor is pleasant, and the infrastructure is sufficient for medium and short stays.

We stayed at this accommodation for two nights at the start of our tour of Chile.

We spend 5 days in the hotel, with our kids (a baby and toddler) — great experience, very family friendly and responsive to ours accommodations (due the babies)

They truly made my three-week stay feel like home. Monserrat, Iván, Chef Daniela and Chef Álvaro deliver exceptional warmth, kindness, and service.

Great location, super great staff (shout out to Felipe of bell staff) and all front desk staff. Room was spacious but a bit dark. I had to request a second lamp, which came quickly. Good breakfast.

For the price and location, Regal Pacific Santiago is genuinely hard to beat. The hotel sits right on the central metro line, making it an ideal base for getting around the city.

We arrived tired at 11 a. M. The day after an 18-hour journey. They received us and accommodated us immediately. The breakfast is varied, you have something to choose from.

I had a wonderful three night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

New York City has nothing on Santiago de Chile. Their subways are cleaner and faster, their main park puts to shame Central Park for its beauty, attractions, and flora.

We have had a great stay because of the amazing, friendly and helpful staff. I cannot highlight this enough. We wanted to attend the New Year’s dinner and my payment was unclear due to my own fault.

Overall, this is a pretty nice hotel and I would recommend a stay here if you're looking to be in the Vitacura area. That being said:
The staff was friendly but not all that helpful.

The room was spacious and with a nice view of the mountains. Besides the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was conveniently located several blocks from the mall. The room included breakfast. Staff were very nice and most spoke at least some English.

I was very impressed by the service at this Marriott location. The front desk agent Roland really went out of his way to make sure my stay was great.

Stay was pretty good for the price. Clean and cozy just enough for a place to stay after arriving at chile. Very close to food places which are walking distance so thats a plus.

I stayed in an apartment booked through Booking com. The room was nice but the air conditioner struggled unsuccessfully with 30 C temps. The views from the 18th floor looking east were very nice.

It's not perfect, but for the $85 a night we were paying, I can't complain. The air conditioning cools the bedroom but not the sitting area.

Great flat like hotel, fairly located in Las Condes, close to Parque Arauco. Clan rooms, but towels are exchanged every four days or upon request. Great staff.

Brand New Hotel, very modern and clean.
There’s a gym, which is very basic — But still better than no gym at all.

Very clean and spacious hotel with a grest kitchenette perfect for making a brackfast or lunch. Pleasent private balcony perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.

We stayed here only 1 night but must say these apartments are very well made, clean and comfortable.
I think we will go back here in the future as well.

Great place with lively nightlife in the neighbourhood… basic but clean apartments.

Las Condes is a far different place comparing to the rest of the city. Las Condes is a nice, seriously beautiful, well arranged neigbourhood, it’s another planet regarding to the rest of Santiago.

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Santiago – Las Condes in early August 2025. The hotel is in a modern, lively part of East Santiago, surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Great hotel, great location (2 minutes walk from Subway)
Great hotel overall, but one thing to note: during winter the air conditioning is locked to heating or fan only.

I was very surprised by the food and the helpfulness of the dining room staff. I congratulate them for that (please give them a raise).
