The room was very good. It is two blocks from the historic xentro near all shops. Ideal for those who go shopping. I especially liked the surroundings. Downstairs there is a mall with great Esplanade where there is a nice Starbucks. Watch out for the parking lot. Although we requested to take off there was no availability. Beach a few meters at a good price.

We got a pretty good price for takeoff, double room with bathroom and kitchen, refrigerator, etc. And a hubicacion more than excellent. Sure will be my priority when I get back!

Apart Hotel very comfortable, modern, with all the comforts: landline phone to make local calls, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, the detail to the maximum, even with hair dryer in the bathroom!
It is also highly recommended for its location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of two supermarket chains.
The breakfast that was included was impeccable!

Good value for money. It would be a 3 or 4 star with air conditioning, a nice kitchen and the bathroom too. The windows were dirty, the breakfast was good, the advice received at reception very good, but it lacked a good central air conditioner that would cool even the whole piece, some flies and mosquitoes inside, the cleanliness in general good.

Very nice and well located for the lovers of the down town. Lousy Wi-Fi.

Very good service. Its ubicaciön in the center of Santiago make it very ūtil.

Easy to get to (two metro stations nearby). Supermarkets nearby. Exclusive access from the Alameda. The rooms are apartments: In my case a two rooms with balcony. Two beds of a super comfortable square and a sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen for three. Microwave and utensils. 24 floor with spectacular view. Good Wifi. Breakfast is in a bar that is leaving the building. Clean and well maintained.

Small and not very clean rooms. When I checked out at 8:00 the staff left a couple with a slept 7-8 years-old boy without a room till 12:00. I asked them to be kind with the couple (grandparents of the boy) but they denied to offer room (they offered a room paying a full night more). I'll never return to this hotel.

Excellent location in the best area of the Civic district in the heart of Santiago. Metro to the door, high level cafeterias on the first floor and 2 supermarkets with 1 food court in the basement of the condominium.

Great price and convenient location! Room was recently renovated and had a great view. It had all of the amenities, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, etc. Staff was friendly. Elevator was fast. And breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
