Excellent hospitality, breakfast good, and about two meters. Not very luxurious but comfortable and enough if what it is going to sleep. The staff always friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Preferred.

Sleeping this well. The breakfast is very poor.

Unique and special hostel. 5 stars are better than hotels. It appreciates the humility and the acogederores who are the owners of this guesthouse. And prepare some delicious food and muaica live.

Very good atmosphere for dancing tango and other rhythms, in its terrace.

The hostal has a good room and is located closest to the metro. The breakfast is satisfatory and the hospitality of this familiar hotel is excelent. The only problem which I passed was that some guests are not very polite and during the period which I stayed at the hotel, they did a lot of noise and so they disturbed not only me but all other guests during all night. Maybe, the hotel should not accpet this kind of behaviour of their guests.

I am Tour Guide from South Africa! Buses are my office and airports my home! When comes to the hotels and hospitality I do not compromise! In the past years I have been in different hotels from 4 to super 5 star hotels in different locations and different countries from Finland in the North! up to Chile in the South! Hostal El Raco is somehow different. Juan is a brother not owner! His sister is a true Hermana! Bario Yungay where the Hostel is located only itself is an artists area in Santiago and not necessary to say as Juan is an Artist himself by painting and pottery. He and His sister both are down to earth people, Very humble, Kind, Generous, Affectionate and Hospitable and have a lot to teach you! Para Mi, Castellano is meant at Hostal el Raco! Ahora yo tengo un lugar para mi proxima viaje en Chile! Tirdaad.

When a site is relatively small, the treatment on the part of the owners to the guests is personal and a lot of warmth. The food is really wonderful!. The decoration of the hostel is exquisite!. All of this makes the price-quality relationship is interesting.

If you are looking for good taste, hospitality, tranquility, good price in a cute neighborhood of Santiago, the place is called hostel El Racó. The hostel belongs to a family very friendly and fun. The food is excellent. More people owest seren alle, soul of artist, so are all artists: sculptors, painters, chefs and good music lovers. I recommend everyone.

I traveled through south america with a couple of friends, and in our time in Chile, we ended up in this really beautiful place. It feels like a home! It had cozy bedrooms, great food, and beautiful art. There is also a lovely terrace with a great view of the area. The people at the hostel were really helpful in giving directions and great tips about the surrounding areas (there are some pretty good restaurants near the hostel! ) Definitely a place with tons of character for a decent price.
