Ths location is perfect, we we're able to walk everywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. Also nice breakfast, updated rooms with rain showers, and complimentary glass of wine.

Staff is very helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Good location. The only issue I had is that the bathroom walls are glass and it was difficult to get privacy.

Comfortable accommodation, however bar and restaurant provided terrible service. There were many bar and lobby staff around yet they avoided customers at all costs by congregating together, we’d have to leave our table to get their attention. Bar wouldn’t serve snacks with drinks (for the afternoon) and restaurant wouldn’t serve drinks without lunch (for which they could not provide a menu of any language). No English menu, nor ability to translate the Tapas menu, we ordered blindly and were bitterly disappointed with the taste, after telling the staff they just smiled and nodded… We desperately wanted to just hang out for the afternoon but they couldn’t provide any other option and we had to leave the hotel. Overall, room is nice but do not eat or try to communicate with anyone here.

Great hotel The service is great, the people working there are friendly and the room, we got a free upgrade, is nice and spacious.

American view… The location is amazing and the rooms are great. The staff is pretty good however a few of them seemed annoyed with our presence especially in the Tapas room. The upstairs dinner staff was very accommodating but get a very strong feeling of resentment from some of the staff… unlike the surrounding areas where we were very welcome.

Nice Hotel, comfortable, unbeatable location. The staff a bit apathetic. I left my luggage in the cloakroom after check out. I had more than 20 minutes waiting for someone to be condescending to bring my suitcase no matter if I had other commitments later to leave the hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel in a vibrant neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and things to do in easy walking distance. Hotel bars and restaurants reasonably priced with good selection. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed for the better part of a week in this hotel. It is well situated in the bohemian quarter, with a wide range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops offering an eclectic choice. We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. So why the poor rating? Prior to leaving the hotel to return to Australia I charged up two mobile phones and put them with my house and car keys. It was not until we landed in Sydney I realised that I'd left them in the room at the hotel. That was Sunday 18 February. Since then I have sent a number of emails to the hotel asking if those items have been recovered and if so offering to pay for their return to me. If they haven't been recovered then, I asked, could the hotel at least make a record of it so I can report their loss for insurance purposes. To date I have not received one reply, nor even an acknowledgement of my emails. With a customer relations policy like this my wife and I now regret having stayed in this hotel.

The hotel is well situated in the Bohemian quarter with access to a myriad of restaurants. We stayed for about 1 week and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful — BUT, prior to leaving I charged up my two mobile phones and put them with my house and car keys on a shelf where the TV is located. On arriving back in Sydney I realised I left them there and have since sent numerous e-mails asking if my property was located with a promise to pay for its return. To date, a week later, the hotel hasn't even bothered to acknowledge receipt of my emails, let alone to respond to their contents. Should the property not have been located I need the hotel to acknowledge they were reported for insurance purposes. But these facts have fallen on deaf ears. I'm sure there are plenty more hotels in the area offering the same facilities, but with better customer relations.

Amazing staff, rooftop pool and comfortable rooms. Location is excellent. The rooms are a bit dark.

The restaurant has very poor service. I have been there twice and both times was overcharged. During my last visit the waiter was extremely rude. He spoke aggressively and hurriedly (and there were few customers there), didn't offer us a menu, did not want to answer a question about the lunch special, and finally when the bill came the suggested 10% tip was not listed on the bill (as is standard practice in Santiago), yet the waiter charged us a tip without asking or confirming that I would like to pay one, and he rounded up to more than 10% for the tip. On top of all this, the food is mediocre. Not only will I not go back, I would not recommend the restaurant — neither for lunch or for drinks — to anyone.

Great views of the city from rooftop pool. Comfortable beds slept like a log. In stylish Quarter with great restaurants. I recommend vittorino for the octopus, vinobar casablanca for ambience or one of the Italian restaurants.

In a lovely lively old barrio district. Close to Art gallery and museum.

Excellent and fun location. Beautifully designed hotel and rooms. Front desk is helpful but wait staff are not "there" which can be annoying at breakfast when tables are not cleared. Lastarria area is fun and interesting, great bars and restaurants, very artsy.

The hotel bar is very nice and has a cozy terrace. The prices are pretty good and the quality of the products also.

They have a nice bar — Bar de Tapas — at a busy lively area, so I walked in and enjoyed a 'Pisco Sour with Basil' while waiting for a friend, who ordered another drink after arriving. We were rushed to pay our bill and rushed to leave, insisting the bar was meant for "guests. " Why was it open then to begin with…? Very rude and odd behavior from bar attendants.

This hotel is located in a place with easy access to everything. There are a lot restaurants nearby and close to downtown shopping areas.

Very pleasant boutique hotel in central Lastarria location let down only by the poor service we experienced by reception staff when making advance reservations for dinner and airport transfer. Food was great and 'free' welcome drinks a nice touch on arrival. Room very comfortable and quiet even in this central location.

Beautiful, contemporary rooms. Very comfortable. Unfortunately we overslept and missed breakfast. Great location in a trendy neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars open late.

Lo bueno: El almuerzo del bar de tapas es excelente. Consta de entrada, fondo y postres, los tres exquisitos, por $7.000. No hay opciones, pero a menos que tengas una alergia o seas 'mañoso', lo encontrarás excelente. Lo malo: la mesera que nos atendió tiene lo que en Chile llamamos 'cara de perro'. No responde cuando le preguntas, muestra una cara de hastío, y tiene una actitud cortante. Es tanto que casi quieres pedirle disculpas por cualquier solicitud. Cuando se llevó mi plato mientras todavía me quedaba comida (y precisamente cuando me la estaba sirviendo), preferí no decirle nada porque pensé que me ladraría.

Very good place, has the style "bar type" and the table, something I do not see often in Chile. Very good food. The most important thing: when some cold pies arrived, not only did they change them (and they were all reposed), but they also gave us other things. This for me at least shows the quality of the service.

Great location in lastarria. Rooms are new and nice, but not suitable for couples that are shy. Stayed on my own so wasn't too worries about shower and toilet being in the same room.
