A nice hotel in a very good location, close to lots of little bars and restaurants and close to the underground as well. The room was good and clean, breakfast was buffet style and had coffee and eggs made to order. The only downside was that they charge for the coffee pads and even tea bags that are available in the rooms.

Highly recommended. The attention is the best in Santiago. For me the best stay in Santiagi in years.

Great location in the middle of Santiago de Chile. The staff is high professional and pay a lot of attention to their guests. Our room had a balcony with a view on the Cerro San Christobal which was a great added value! The pool area on the roof top is the perfect way to come down after a day of visit. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent hotel. We stayed for just one night while passing through. The hotel is located close to the main square for shopping and Bella Vista which is a cool area with trendy cafes and there are also lots of restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious with comfortable king size beds.

Hotel with reception until 00:00 after that time the hotel staff greets you through the door of the access hall without opening this, the Hotel staff does not give your name and leaves Eperandl to guest on the street. Bad attention in reference to the hotel Fernando Contreras attends arrogant way and the same is declared to be Homofobico.

Lovely hotel with modern fixtures. Nauro and Leo are wonderful on breakfast in the morning serving delicious omelettes and hot cappachinos. We loved the view of the huge parklands and the short walk to restaurants and the Belle Artes! All staff were very helpful.

We are staying at the Ismael now and are so pleased with this lovely place! It's very stylish, clean, with very friendly people concerned about our comfort and enjoyment. We're in a residential neighborhood across the street from a large park where people relax and enjoy. We're a block away from many shops and restaurants and several blocks away from museums and famous monuments.

The location is perfect. It's near the art museum (Bellas Artes — and it's free. In fact this hotel is one of its sponsors), near the marvelous LaStarria neighborhood, half a block from one of the best ice cream places in Santiago, a five minute walk from the metro, ten minute walk from the BellaVista neighborhood and Cerro St, Lucia, and right across the street from Parque Forestal. The hotel itself is very pretty — modern and very clean. There are lovely views from the 9th floor patio where there is a small pool and spots to sit. The breakfast is nice and there are snacks out all day. What sets this hotel apart from others is the welcoming, helpful hotel staff. From the moment I checked in with Diego Guevara, who did everything possible to make me comfortable (though I had gotten there very early) to the other marvelous reception staff: Lucas, Veronica, Joaquín and others, they all were cheerful, helpful and professional. The excellent service was evident with the dining room staff, as well. Eva, the chef came out every morning to make sure that the dishes were perfect, and Leonardo, Mauro, Paolo, Andrés remembered my preferences from the very first day, so I didn't even have to ask for my eggs or coffee a certain way. They made lovely conversation and made sure to tell me about things that were going on or things I should see. The best part was listening to how kindly the staff treated each other — they were friendly, respectful, and talked positively about each other.

The photos cover a lot.! Pool Girl without lighting at night, dirty robes and expensive for the attention it offers.! The only thing that stood out was the availability of the receptionist.

The staff in this place are incredible! I would sleep on the floor here and not complain! They told us we had a problem and wanted to move us to another room. It is a quilt arty bohemian place would definitely recommend and return.
great breakfast. No tea & coffee stuff in room but available 24/7 in cafe foc and fruit. Good coffee if you like a skinny flat white ask for a costado.

We are staying here atm and the service has been great alot of them speak english which is a relief when you know little spanish. Its in a great location, right next to the park and close to museums and funky streets. The food is good and there is a fun arty vibe to the place. Would definitely stay here again.

My third visit here and Santiago and the gateway to South America for Aussies. The hotel is perfectly located between the park and trendy restaurant scene of Bario Lastarria.

Nice design hotel located in the Barrio Bellas Artes and in walking distance to most major sights in the center (Palacio La Moneda, Plaza de Armas or Cathedral de Santiago). Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and all day breakfast until 9:30 PM.

This boutique hotel is across the street from a park and the rear door opens to an area with cafes, shops and an outdoor market. Most everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The room was perfect and so was the staff. Breakfast was included. Good choice.

Good location, although it can be a little dangerous at night (forest park). Close to Barrio Lastarria and concept of trust with the client.

I tried only the coffee shop and the place seemed to me very pleasant, good service, very nice and a good coffee.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. You are greeted with coffee by very courteous staff. The rooms are well apportioned and comfortable. For breakfast you can order anything that's on the menu at the café — and there is great variety. Overall a place I would go back and stay at in Santiago.
