Misleading advertising, full full Spa room with no hours available, bad food and breakfast buffet, very small rooms.
Terrace with very small pool, very icy water, not tempered and little space on the roof.

The pool on the terrace very poorly designed, I fell very hard when stepping on the first step, because it is diagonally, with water and without non-slip, I hurt my hand and informed the hotel and had no greater response. The rich but very small menu. Although I ordered food for celiacs and lactose-free, I had 2 things 1) at breakfast they brought me some snacks in gluten-free bars and 2) I only had 1 option on the menu other than a vegetarian menu (everything else included dough, or cheese or cream of milk) and when ordering dessert, fruit from the season this came contaminated with green chili pepper and I wore the spicy mouth, then I was offered another dish but I had already been displeased with chili)
The bar without bartender in the morning type 12 to if we were limited to drinking beer or simple cocktails, otherwise clean, friendly staff, comfortable room (albeit with lack of information regarding how to handle the lights, or set up the TV.

It was like being in a second home, the staff very friendly and fraternal. I felt very well taken care of. The facilities for courses and conferences, are excellent.

I really liked this hotel for its location, its services, its rooms, in order for all. I was in August 2018, and it seemed to me that the rates were more than reasonable. It is new, modern. Is close to the major shopping malls of Santiago: Alto Las Condes and Parque Arauco.

On Friday I went to the Icon Hotel to the Santiago Music Dance party with a group of friends, we did not know the Hotel and we loved, the place of the party, the facilities. Good atmosphere, and we are waiting for the next event to be able to attend anyway! Keep it up.

I was here for a convention. The water was cold, the rooms are satisfactory to have a meeting. The lunch was good.

The ICON hotel in Santiago is a modern hotel in a nice neighborhood, near a metro stop. I would stay elsewhere during my next trip to Santiago. Upon arrival at the hotel room, there was only one bath towel in the room, and I was traveling with my fiance. The hotel was stingy with replenishing towels in the rooms. When I asked for 3 towels to be delivered to the room, only 2 were delivered, and it took more than an hour for delivery of the towels. It was also clear that the sheets and pillow cases were not being changed during our one week stay. While this hotel has a lot of potential, with a beautiful rooftop pool with great views of the city, I can't recommend it as a place to stay due to these issues.

They steal! here. Hello, we were staying with my husband in April 5 nights, we paid a more expensive room to have better view and high floor, and corner.
the days were beautiful, very hot, insolito for that date of the year in Santiago, so the campera did NOT leave the room. The jacket is UNIQLO brand, the ones that are kept in a foundita, very tempting to take it. Personal lymaintained days before we left to fix the phone line that didn't work. Besides obvious the maids I clean every day. The hotel was not responsible and I only answer the manager of the hotel Diana Borchard 'Lament we do not find your jacket, that has an excellent afternoon'pathetic.
When I talked to head of maids Luciana Martinez earlier, I'll check on the new jacket.

The hotel in general is a nice place. Is located on a very convenient place is you are moving by public transport or car. The hole hotel looks very nice and modern also very new. You have all the basics and a bit more. Though for a 4.5 * rank I would have expected bit more in the room. Minibar was empty no robe among others. The spa and the gym are in good conditions you will definitely use it. There a good places to eat around an the restaurant in the hotel is already good.

Beautiful new ultra modern hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Husband fell in shower due to slick flooring when it got wet! Hotel should have offered to pay for medical care, but they did take us to ER and supplied translator.

Excellent hotel! Latest technology and cutting edge. The services are exceptional, both the heated pool and the terrace with bar and good music.
The hotel is located in the top area of Santiago. 100% recommended, unique landscapes and views.

Beautiful new and modern hotel, good experience with the restaurant for drinks and appetizers (great pizza and service). Breakfast buffet was serviceable but would recommend going out to one of several good restaurants in the area for brunch instead. Nice, if small, rooftop pool with great views and friendly bar staff. Parking was easy if a tad tight for a minivan. Note: hot tub is in spa downstairs (level — 3) and kids under 18 are not allowed in it. Still not open to full capacity as of December 2017 since it's new, and so it was a little rough around the edges in terms of room reservations, room cleaning, and clear communication… But nothing major. Overall enjoyed the stay.

I find it very unprofessional to not inform properly when there are private events on the Roof Bar 23. Today I called in the morning to make a reservation and I was told that I don't worry about it that it was not necessary and would be available without problems. When you arrive in the evening with my guests, the receptionist informs us of bad form, the bar is closed for a private event, so we could not enter. Very disappointing the attention, the seriousness and lack of information.

Excellent place, spacious, spotless and bright rooms. First class staff, delicious, rich and varied breakfast. Experience 100% recommended and I will definitely return
