Despite the isolation due to the pandemic, it was very pleasant staff very attentive and ready to any requirement. All impeccable.

Very friendly staff. My room was very clean was spacious and nice. Good breakfast. I chose it for its location near the U. S. Embassy and recommend it.

Good hotel, great location, nice service, staff is always willing to support you and provide good information. Morning breakfast is good, it has the required to have a nice meal. Beedrooms are big, always clean, you feel pleased when you are staying there. They need to improve in their gym… honestly is to small and not many options for working out. Also elevators sometimes are slow and some areas need maintenance to keep as a good hotel. I think is the best option both in price and quality to have a business trip in Santiago. Best part of the offering is the staff, really lovely people.

Nice rooms. New hotel with great accommodations. Much better than Intercontinental even though is part of the same chain :) Express Breakfast comes in handy, especially when traveling for work and don’t have much time. Location is perfect.

Very good location. Everything was OK. Above expectations. When I needed hotel assistance I was promptly attended. Would repeat the experience. Two blocks from isidora street where you can have many good restaurants.

Excellent attention. All employees serve you in a deferential and friendly manner. What surprised me the most is that the maid on the floor where I stayed, knew my name! Excellent place, I recommend it for business trips.

Pretty nice. Free breakfast. Close walking to everything. My Wi-Fi calling (att) is blocked here, so I will stay somewhere else when I return.

Overall service is good, at times the elevator can be very busy. Breakfast literally was the same everyday. Loved the patio were you can have a meal or drinks.

There was No water when I arrived tardarom much in changing rooms. I thought I was going to have a pool like the one in Montevideo but it has no fridge. You pay much more than Montevideo and you have fewer services. Not recommended. It's just nice the area and the view.

Good hotel location has no pool and something very wrong has no parking! When we booked it said it was included in a parking lot attached but it wasn't so we had to pay apart!

All wonderful. Very comfortable rooms. Everything spotlessly clean. With daily cleaning without exception. The breakfast was very nice. And the front desk staff are always predisposed to help solve your needs.

Don't stay at the hotel, just use a living room for labor issues. Good room infrastructure, coffee break and good lunch. It's hard to regulate the room temperature.

It is in a great location, you can go out in the evening if. No problem and with total security. The rooms are large, the bed and pillows delicious. The bathroom was a little outdated. But I recommend it.

The exhibition and seminar area is adequate, with the possibility of feeling comfortable in the place. The attention of Bellboys and assistant was also friendly and pleasant, giving me the indications for the entrance of the place.

Actually great hotel. If the rate is good it has amazing location. Close to costanera mall tower. Walking distance to many other restaurants and bars in the area. One lfnthe nicest areas in Santiago. Rooms are your regular rooms. Gym is cardio equipment 100% with machines well maintained. Breakfast is continental for paying guests. Staff is very friendly and professional. There are some meeting areas within the hotel. Note there is no pool nor full service restaurant inside the hotel. There are couple of full equipment gyms walking distance. It is a very safe area to walk around. I will stay every time the rate is good.

Excellent hotel. They have a very good service, very friendly staff and the noise-free rooms (at least on the high floors). The cafeteria is stocked and has a rather nice atmosphere. It is recommended to get up early for breakfast since the 9 is full.

It's a very nice hotel by the way. It is a cute 3 star with an amazing view and a delicious breakfasts. The fitness room is poor could improve it with more gym equipment and the staff is excellent and very friendly. The cleanliness is very good. I recommend the hotel only to be no more than 4 days since if you come shopping it is the recommended one.

Very convenient location to Santiago business areas Titanium la Portada and Constanera Center. Lots of food options nearby in the Vitacura neighborhood. Hotel was very clean and safe. Staff were very helpful. Friendly warning, traffic on adjacent streets can be horrible during rush hour.
