➜ We started very badly, on arrival we were asked to charge 5% more if paid with credit card, we told them that the reservation said payment with card and all expenses included, do not care (more: said… no one complains). Then they said we go to the bank to withdraw money (this shows shameful attention), I told them I couldn't, then they said OK we charged in Chilean pesos but the reserve dollars at the exchange rate of the day of their reservation (the exchange rate was quite higher in That moment although I did not know how much, then on my card-when converting the bank-I was charged more dollars). I told them I was going to claim who I booked – and I'm doing it-and they don't care about me either. The apartment has tight measurements, seems reasonable but… I had serious problems with the hot water and that happens in other departments (they told me), it has heating mix bad and the hot water was scarce, they recognized that they had a problem but they did nothing in a week (horrible) The sink does not discharge the water with Continuity. The air conditioner in the bedroom didn't work, we told him and nothing. And the mattress on the double bed sucks, it sinks into the center. Breakfast is repetitive, little variety of things and instant coffee! The attention of the breakfast lady the only positive and the location is very good… but there are many apartments in the area, so it's really worth checking out others.

We liked it but the problem we had was that the apartments were quite small. About everything else great! The breakfast was very good.
