Comfortable, small pieces but they meet the goal of quick trip to Santiago. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant.

Wifi speed is tooooooooo slow in room. Bad experience.

Péssimo! Não tem frigobar no quarto. A cozinha fecha as 22:30. Não é muito limpo. As paredes não isola o barulho dos outros quartos. Não possui ferro de passar no quarto. É necessário ir em um lugar compartilhado passar a roupa. Quarto bem pequeno. Café da manhã bem básico. O pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida.

Comfortable place, but small rooms. So don't expect more. Staff is very kind and helpful. This place is good for a short staying.

Typical Ibis Hotel. Very well located, in the heart of Las condes, meters from the Metro station "Manquehue". Rooms girls but clean and with everything you need for a good rest. The staff is always well prepared to attend all kinds of queries. The restaurant does not have many options, but it meets. Good choice at a very good price in the area.

How all ibis, cheap and medium-good. Dine twice inside, the same dish (salmon with shrimp) A ve came out fast and rich, the other took more than an hour and came very badly.

Like all the Ibis hotels I've been to. Very functional. It perfectly covers the needs in business and work trips. I miss an iron in the room, but on the ground floor you have a room equipped to iron your shirt from day to day.

We only use it to sleep. The rooms are very small especially if you want two single beds which are practically stuck. The parking is charged separately and do not clarify when you book. The restaurant makes very good food although the kitchen closes early and the attention is not the best. The best thing is that they have scales to weigh the luggage and avoid paying excess when arriving at the airport.

The good thing about ibis hotels is that they are very predictable, you get what you pay for, very clean and tidy but also simple. In general terms very good service.

So much trouble from the service, surely the women receptionists are much better than the men, most of them really need training and education. Most of them lack sense of responsibility and low efficiency.

Excelent hotel, everything worked ouut very well. Close to the main attractions and to Ski Total, being easier to go to ski than staying in providencia or downtown. I would like the rooms to be a little bit bigger and the prices of the bar/restaurant are overpriced.

Nice hotel in a good location, no problems! Only complaint is the security of the free internet which is open to vulnerabilities as no password (wpa) is needed.

It was a frustrating experience since I felt discriminated when the front desk guy requested me to move to a different hotel (at 1 hour distance and cheaper) because they had a problem. Meanwhile they were receiving passengers normally in the counter next to me. The bill was already paid, but they insisted in moving me to a lower quality hotel. It took me almost an hour of discussing to get a final solution and remain there.

The hotel is comfortable, ideal for getting for business or work. Good care in general.

I went to a lunch for the celebration of a marriage. The hotel restaurant is comfortable and welcoming and the grounds are beautiful! The outdoor spaces are very well used and acclimated. The food was buffet, very abundant. The attention to the table I loved it. The only thing I can criticize is the lack of variety of desserts. In general very good.

I don't really stayed here! But my parents yes! What I had to try was the café where the service was lousy! My father asked for a mineral water… to which I gave only the bottle! Without glass! Zero personalized attention and little deference.

Feb/16. The hotel is very nice, a huge park and beautiful. Has event rooms. The rooms are very small and lack of maintenance, listen to everything. It depends on where you are located, we hear the events. The staff is super nice and available always. The breakfast if good is full and varied is not very rich.

Big shame! I went to Chile for the marriage of my nephew, pedì with a lot of notice a taxi or remis that there same were offering, and, fifteen minutes before you leave me they say that they do not get available vehicle. Conclusion : lleguè to half of the ceremony! Were the hottest days in Santiago and never walked the air conditioned to the demands, I suggest that the team was doing fine.
