No hot water and no visible effort made by staff to help. A discounted price is the only reason I give 2 and not 1/5

Awesome. Comparable to rooms I stayed in in Las Vegas like the Venetian. The breakfast is the bomb too, best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

We Had A very unpleasant experience in their restaurant I AM on January 1st.
We Were 6 people and ordered sandwiches and drinks. The order that was made for a little girl went to the plate, Really embarrassing the green beans they put, aged apparently were part of a previous dish and the reused in the sandwich, another order had onion in its description, the Cevilla came cut very Tiscamente without washing and with Sprout included. The other sandwiches came cold and finally ended up enfermandomeing the stomach. I Don't recommend it at all. This situation was made known to Garzón and I have pictures of these wonders.

Dream Hotel of Valdivia. One of the most important Hotels in the Region, very well located, with good casino where one can entertain and the attention is very good. With good parking.

The place has an excellent view and is very nice. Yes, don't think of coming to the Skybar on a Sunday. The chief of Garzones is not coming and that makes the attention terrible.

Hotel with wonderful view, staff very attentive and willing to help in everything, very spacious rooms and excellent cleanliness.

Trying to rest today at the hotel in dreams in Valdivia with a music festival that is supposed to end at 11; 30 pm. No prior notice from the hotel. Waiting for the manager who is resting at his house day Sunday 3 Dec. They don't make the toilet they don't change sheets. That disliked and the concierge doesn't know if you can do anything.

Excellent hotel. Good service. Very good rooms. The view is not so good in all the pieces that if. The service buffet breakfast, very complete and beautiful view of Valdivia from the dining room.

Entrance to parking and $3000 $500 half an hour, I've been to almost all the casinos in Chile, and this is the baddest, Valdivia tourist area cannot afford a casino so bad and last to cigarette smoke. I was there 8/02/2016, I do not recommend it, spend the 6 lukas in a few beers where hauss-mann, it will enjoy more!

It is not a bad place to eat, and not so expensive.
We went and eat dishes of pasta with wine and coffee then. The bottle of wine was a little expensive, but not so much.

It is a very nice modern hotel that meets all! good decoration, good service, convenient location, easy access, its architecture is wonderful, nice environment, nice view to the city. The casino is very big and beautiful. Dan want to always return.

Tasteless, singers drinks desafinados, few tables game rescued the attention of the waiter.

Neglect in bathrooms toilet, curiously not sanitizan the bathrooms so it is advisable to bring your own slippers. Overall the service is good but great failing is the toilet.

Very good place to get a panoramic view of Valdivia, but with prices a little exaggerated in drinks but not in sandwich and fast and friendly attention. I put three stars for the prices, if it wasn't for that I would have five.

This hotel is very beautiful recommended anyway.

I was at the sky bar, the decoration is sober, perhaps they could modernize a bit, was friendly and diligent and very reasonable prices considering the location and the wonderful view.

In a dish metocó a mouse tail.

"Al Capone" an excellent italian restaurant, with an incredible overview at the banks of the river "Calle Calle", their risotto is worderful, good fishes and wines, great coffee, recommended for dinner.

There were too many ugly people there.

Hotel de linea minimalista contemporaneo. Vista preciosa entorno genial. Amplio casino disco que me hizo sentir viejo XD.
