The honeymoon suite was a slice of heaven. Each morning watching the sunrise from the comfort of my cozy bed then eating breakfast on the private deck overlooking the lagoon, while watching the herons, eagles, osprey, otters, and geese was so relaxing and peaceful. Each morning Pahpada brought homemade muffins to my door, warm and delicious. The rain shower and soaking tub were such a treat after a long day seeing the sights.

My husband and I stayed at Birds of a Feather for 3 nights and we had a fantastic stay! The location is great, with beautiful views from the deck and garden. We did a day trip to Botanical Park to see the tide pools, it was a beautiful drive. Many nature attractions nearby. Our guest room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The highlights were the large bathtub, the comfortable bed and the delicious freshly baked muffins delivered to our door.

Our experience at the Fairholme was nothing short of amazing! The home, landscaping, food (beautifully presented, healthy, delicious with much variety and generous portions), hospitality, were all equally exquisite. Our standards are quite high and all were surpassed.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The house is beautiful and the breakfast has to be the best breakfast I have ever had! So beautifully curated! I cannot say enough good things about Fairholme Manor. The service was A+, beds and linens soft and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Sylvia and Christina were simply amazing. We had awonderful experience staying at the Beaconsfield Inn. The heritage building was beautifully kept and charming throughout. The common areas like the Library were amazing. Staff were friendly and so helpful, breakfast was amazing. The location was a 10 minute walk to downtown and the Parliament. The nearby park was lovely with ducks and peacocks and a petting zoo for kids.
A definite return visit is on our list!

This bed and breakfast is special. A lovely Victorian building with many original features. Very comfortable and quiet location and an easy walk into town.
The staff are so pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is such a treat. I found myself looking forward to seeing what there would be for breakfast each day. So nicely cooked, tasty and well presented, top notch!
Really nice touch in the library with cake and a sweet wine to help yourself in the evening too.

The staff at Abigail’s is beyond comparison! A special thank you goes to concierges Chris and Hillary, chef Gerald (the best breakfasts ever! ) and the service from Robin at breakfast each morning. The rooms are quiet and romantic and so many thoughtful gestures were gifted us during our stay. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to easily navigate around town from Abigail’s convenient location. We highly recommend Abigail’s and will be returning!

Amazing place in a peaceful part of town.

So peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in the Persia room overlooking the garden and it was delightful! Our daughter was right next door in the Alexandria and she loved every minute as well! Lovely daily 4-course breakfasts, with careful detail geared to your preference (Vegan, gluten-free, etc. ). Such nice hosts, such a beautiful neighborhood! Did NOT want to leave! Thank you Alex and Diana!

We we debating whether to stay at the Marriott or rent from airbnb. We opted for the latter. The stay was short, but well worth it. The suite at Juliet has all of the basics that you will need from an in-room washer/dryer to full kitchen to a roof top barbeque. The bed is even super comfy. There are coffee shops all around it as well in case you want a quick bite. We found a market a few blocks away as well and you are close enough to the main section of downtown to walk around the city.

Room was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with cookware. A full size apartment for less than the price of a hotel room!
