Midtown Premium

No working water! We arrived with our 6 month old and after seeing the water doesn't even work, looks old and not maintained and everything smelled like cigarette smoke in the room and how dodge the place is we immediately left demanded our money back. They said they would refund the deposit (yes you had to pay a deposit on top of the ridiculous ampunt they charged for the room — like 106 dollars) If we had seen the place before booking on avion rewards we would not have paid upfront. Shoutout to customer service at Avion for organising our refund. We ended up paying like 70 dollars more used IHG membership discount and stayed in the hotel inn express literally around the corner from it with as always an amazing king size bedroom for us with the best pillows,, complimentary crib, all working amenities, amazing staff and safer parking as well as a full breakfast spread feast the next morning. We then heard that this midtown inn / premium place had a terrible cockroach infestation and had to change ownership recently as well… they should just close down permanently till it kan be completely revamped.

WARNING! Please read it completely before you pay. Me and my wife had a really terrifying experience while staying here on our way to Prince George from Toronto. We stayed 6 motels during our journey and this is the only one place we felt scared, unsafe and dangerous to stay. First of all, the place is a big mess, disgusting and dis organized. A small pizza shop should have a better front desk than this place. The photos you see it on the websites are really old, the rooms are nothing like that and I suspect the 5 star rating is all fake, I didn’t believe it, but now I learned with the tough lesson. Street people everywhere, even inside the lobby, trespassing, nobody care. I saw it with my own eyes, a guy from street exploring the property and looking closely through the window for every room on the ground floor. When I asked this to the receptionist, he said it’s ok. They have a big gate surrounding the whole building but they are not ready to close, I don’t know why. Break fast is 100% joke. In conclusion if you want to stay in an unsafe environment, well this is the place. For the nice people like family and couple, stay away from this place, you, your family and your car is not safe.

Midtown Inn is a great budget-friendly stay. The rooms are clean, the prices are very cheap, and the staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. Perfect for a simple, comfortable stopover.

I had a really good stay overall at midtown premium. The room was clean, comfortable, and the ambiance felt relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something, which I really appreciated. The location is also great—easy to reach and close to everything.
There were a couple of small issues though. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and the breakfast options could be better. But honestly, these were minor things compared to the overall experience.

My stay at Midtown Premium Inn Motel in Saskatoon was unfortunately far from comfortable. The stay was far more expensive to the quality they offered. Also, they charged damage deposit for $150.00 once I arrived. Luckily I got it back. This was not mentioned in booking. Com description.
During the night, the temperature dropped to around 0°C, but the heating system was turned off. There was also a large gap under the door, so the room became extremely cold, and the small blanket provided was not enough to keep warm. I even woke up during the night because of the cold. I reported the issue to the reception, but even the following day, the heating was still not turned on.
The room itself did not look as nice as in the photos on Booking. Com. The AC unit was broken, and several elements in the room clearly needed maintenance or repair. The toilet was also clogging, which made the stay even less comfortable.
Based on the pictures online, I was not expecting it to be a standard roadside motel with outside entrances to the rooms, which didn’t feel very secure or comfortable when returning late in the evening.
There was a free breakfast offered, but unfortunately, the quality was very low (cold pancakes and packed egg sandwiches).
Overall, I was disappointed with the stay and think the listing photos and description were quite misleading compared to the real conditions.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
I had such a great experience at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean — you could tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, which made it easy to relax and recharge.
What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was not only super accommodating but also genuinely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, and it made a huge difference in my overall experience.

The staff at reception was very friendly.
However, the name might be a bit misleading ("premium"), as were the pictures on booking. Com. The room was not as I had expected, a bit less well-prepared. Stains were found on the bedsheets and towels. We were just staying one night, but the toilet paper roll was like only 1/4 full and there was no spare anywhere in the cupboards. Quiet room though, and good location. Smaller details that could be much improved… But the price of the room was rather cheap, I guess.

First of all this motel /hotel is not meant for travellers.
We come there and stay 2 days I could not sleep properly for 2 days.
1. The area are scary, lots of crack up head people, drugs, etc.
2. People in the bar stay up whole night and it’s screaming, yelling, and it’s echo entire building.
3. The room was No telephone, the TV are very slow internet, the room was no floor rugs I have to buy my own rugs, every-time when I turn on the shower it clogged up in the tub it’s very annoying.
4. The bulb in the washroom is burn out.
5. Inside the room is very old like 100 years old.
6. There is a bugs inside room.
7. I rather than pay extra more money to a nice hotel rather than midtown premium motel /hotel.
8. Is not suitable for travellers seniors, and professional people, and a family.
Note : the only thing is nice is the receptionists being polite and nice.
Otherwise I will not recommend stay away from this hotel /motel.
