If you want to stray away from the tourist area of QC but close enough that you can there, this is the place to stay. Quiet, spacious rooms with a welcoming atmosphere. One of the best breakfasts I've experienced on the go, they change the menu slightly each day. The staff could not be more courteous. If you are not comfortable with your French language skills, one may shy away from staying outside the tourist areas. The majority of he staff are bi-lingual and welcoming to those who are not bi-lingual. If you want quiet, comfortable, yet away from the tourist area, this is the place to stay.

Neat, tidy, up to date. Rooms are spacious and the washroom is spacious also. Washroom is up-to-date with granite countertops nice rolling Hardware with a full-length glass doors on the shower. The only reason I would not give this hotel 5 stars is because it is not located downtown within walking distance to all the sites but if you want to pay more than double the price and stay at the Marriott Courtyard, they would be closer to Old Quebec. I would recommend this hotel as it also has very close proximity to major highways routes through the city and it has a nice Spa heated tub outside with room for about 15 people.

Nicely decorated and clean room. Interior was getting a renovation when we were there so must look nice now. A good variety hot breakfast! Friendly staff!

The beds we're very comfortable and the provided breakfast was quite satisfactory. Location leaves a little to be desired but overall a very pleasant stay.

Staff arrived very nice by cons the theft of my jacket in my room This left me a very bitter taste and a very unpleasant phone service with the reception to ask them for explanations on the flight.

Location was easy to find and the staff were very friendly, the hotel is in the middle of a renovation but we weren't disturbed. Room was clean, my only complaint is the uncomfortable bathtub!

Good hotel with convenient location near boulevard st foy. The breakfast is ok. I wish they would have the pool indoor instead of outside making it useless during winter. The room is very clean and soundproof.

The staff members were very nice. Breakfast was good and the place is near the local mall (if you want to shop and what not).

I stayed here twice. Nice people, but… internet was spotty on the first stay. The showers were funky each time: could not get the temperature to stay, and the knob would turn a lot before a noise was heard and the water suddenly got super hot. There are often many kids staying (school holidays? ), who are noisy in the halls, and over-crowd the breakfast room in the mornings. Pipes were noisy and woke me at 5 or 6 each day.

Very nice hotel and very clean.
We always rent there when we are visiting Quebec, lunch is included in the price which I think is very affordable compared to the other hotels in the area and we like that you offer a military discount.
We always ask for the Executive King. The room is beautiful and thanks to the engineering floor and not the carpet, it's even cleaner in my opinion.
The only downside is that the walls and floors are poorly soundproof.
We had, a few times, a neighbor of the top who walked hard until very late at night.
And since the executive King is placed right next to the exit doors, every time it's inevitable. We wake up around 4am and 5:00 a. M. By the neighbors, because they slam the door and because they talk in the hallways.
But the most disturbing is the ones who speak. Really, a big disrespect and knowing how to live in a hotel.
You should put visible signs for the respect of silence in the hallways and especially at those hours.
It's a pity to have a bad stay because of those unconscientious people of respect for others.
Otherwise a very nice hotel and the employees are polite and respectful.

Nice rooms that are very clean. Staff were friendly and genually nice, they offered good advise to me when trying to arrange a group trip into the city. Breakfast is offered with your stay but I think it is best to stick with the pastries and fruit etc as the cooked sausages were not so good. The only other issue might be the parking, there seems to be a lack of spots for the amount of rooms in the hotel, I ended up in the street on the Saturday evening which was a concern.

Welcoming front desk. Breakfast selection is large but just ok in terms of quality. Rooms are clean.

No rugs so the floor is cold. Did not replace the Keurig Coffees that I drank. Did not replace the Shampoo, Conditioner, or hand lotion. Did not sign up for the green initiative so was disappointed when towels were not replaced. Would not recommend this place to my good friends. For work it will do the job.

Exellent Hotel.
The staff is amazing and the rooms are spotless. No complaints. I will definitely be back here the next time I come to Qc.

My husband and I spent the first few nights of our honeymoon at the Holiday Inn Express in Quebec City. We were greeted at the front desk by a nice employee who quickly switched to speaking English upon realizing we didn't speak French. We stayed in a lovely room with a king size bed. Everything was very clean and I liked the bath and body works shampoo/conditioner/lotion that the hotel provides. My husband forgot his razor, but thankfully the front desk has actually nice razors and mini shaving cream bottles. The breakfast is pretty impressive, especially considering that it is included with your stay. Hot and cold options — cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages (turkey and pork), baked beans, yogurts, pancakes, pastries, and fresh fruit. The location is easy driving (or Uber) distance to the Old City, plenty of restaurants, and the airport. In nicer weather, it's also easy walking distance to the aquarium, some local restaurants, and a little grocery store. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Quebec!

It is a very well located hotel near the railway bus station which has very affordable prices. The hotel is very clean and the staff speaks both French and Spanish. The facilities and rooms look modern even though they are an Express. The breakfast included is varied and offers good options for a quick but complete breakfast. If I go back to this hotel.

Conveniently located on Avenue d'Hotels close to major shopping centers and only a short drive or bus ride to downtown Quebec City. Very modern. No carpet in rooms. Ample parking outside. No pool, but a nice large spa/hot tub (made a good heated kids pool). Vending machine with beer and wine. Fridge and safe in rooms.

A complete scam: For $300/night we expected some service, instead what we got was a noisy and smelly underground room. Staff are ill-mannered: at 5am they were yelling next to our door. The receptionist was mean and despite the availability of other rooms chose to put us in that spot. 0 Security: This is the only hotel we stayed in, where they hand you a paper you have to sign that relief them of their duty: you'll find a listing of more than 7 points: be careful when you park your car, don't open your door, …

Friendly staffs and very helpful. Suite is clean and spacious. Breakfast quality is good. Free shuttle to / from Old Quebec.

The location is at a great place right beside the highway. Everyone here is really nice and the rooms are pretty cozy. The only problem was that the breakfast table was always occupied. But breakfast was great, please try their cinnamon bun, it's the best thing there. Overall great place and worth the money. Not a sponsor by the way.

Very convenient location to be near the airport and at a decent distance from Grande Allée (the night life). Near bridges and highways to get around. Though it is in a high traffic area it doesn't quite feel like it which is relaxing. Customer service at front desk was kind and knowledgeable. It smells nice throughout the hotel and is mainly well kept. Recommended mainly for convenience near the airport.

Very good, the breakfeast is simple but good, the reception is Very organized and the rooms are Very Clear Without carpet and new.

I was with my family there for the long week-end and upgrade my regular Room to Suite and also I asked at the front desk for a late check out caused my daughter wasn't feeling well and I was told that we are short on staffs and gave out the limites for the day. At exactly 12:00 o'clock Wi-Fi was disconnected and called to told us it time to leave the Room Im very disapointed to be told, if someone had forgot there jacket, handbag or wallet in the Room and the hotel is not going to called to let you know or awear about it cause it been classifié as lost and found objet.

The hotel feels a bit run down. We were given the wrong room number at the front desk, but this was quickly resolved. Our room had a humid feel to it and the laminate panels on the floor were sliding around. The towels in the washrooms had some stains on them. All of the coffee and water cups were made of paper. The breakfast in the morning while decent was all served on paper plates with plastic utensils. Not a terrible experience, but probably won't be back.

It was nice and clean. The front desk was a little rude but then again I did check in at 4AM. They spoke English and overall was and good experience.

The room was very clean and shower pressure great! Breakfast down staires was great you can go in eat and leave fast had pancakes bagels cereals etc! Staff very helpful was there with my motorcycle and the lady at the reception offered me to keep it in doors overnight in there indoor garage … was a great suggestion as in the morning it was 5C… made the start to my ride better lol! Oh yeah one thing I liked was the pillows where labeled FIRM or PLUSH! A1 Room 3 nights stay arrive Friday 3PM.
