My spouse and I stayed at the hotel Le Priori during the end of the week where we were celebrating our wedding. Upon our arrival, the welcome was warm and friendly. The service we received from all staff was exemplary. The hotel, in its entirety, is the flavour of the day, while maintaining a charm that is worthy of Old Quebec. The junior suite in which we stayed was perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway. In addition, the hotel is very well located, being within short walking distance of many restaurants and major tourist attractions of Old Québec. This is not to mention the beautiful attention that we have received the return of the celebration of our marriage. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make this weekend unforgettable. Spend 2 nights at this awesome hotel. The location was PERFECT! Staff were friendly, rooms very good and that breakfast was to die for. If I ever make it back to Quebec City I will definitely be back at this Hotel. My mom visiting from South Africa absolutely loved it as well and had the best time. Thanks! :-)

From the moment we arrived the staff here have made us feel welcome, allowed us to practice our terrible French and happily and very fluently engaged in English to give us all the information we needed for our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and plenty spacious enough for spending a few nights exploring this delightful city. Located in the lower part of Old Quebec you are very close to several restaurants and many shops. The stairs to upper town are really very manageable for the fit and healthy — we climbed up and down several times a day with no worries at all. If stairs are not your thing the funicular lift is very close by also. We would most definitely stay again!

Fabulous hotel in a terrific location. Staff were top notch, room was wonderful and the breakfast, way exceeded our expectations! A last minute booking that topped off our trip to QC superbly!

Wonderful little hotel in the lower village. Lovely service by very courteous staff. Nice change from the big fancy hotels. Rooms were a little small but junior suite was great!

We stayed the last week of April and let me say… wow. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the room was gorgeous and the hotel was located in a fantastic location that made the Vieux Québec very walkable. Although we couldn't eat breakfast at the restaurant due to the restaurant next door, the catered breakfasts each morning were nonetheless delicious. The only con is that there is no parking. They have an option where you can pay for parking at a nearby parking lot however. Overall I would give this hotel an A+ and would recommend to anyone considering coming to Quebec city to highly consider this hotel. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Quebec city.

It is my favorite hotel so far! It's not big, but I like the environment there. And the shower set is so cute! Breakfast is included and it is good!

Fantastic breakfast and good location. The basic rooms are quite small, which makes then bit unpractical. Basically half of the bathroom is located in the bedroom.

Le Priori was a delight from beginning to end. It is located in a very central area close to restaurants, shops and the port. The staff is first-class, welcoming and always ready to help. My room was on the 5th floor overlooking a couple of old streets. The shower was wonderful with its 3-jet sprays. The breakfast was everything I could have wanted and more: fresh croissants and chocolatines (that is how they rightfully say pain-au-chocolat) in Quebec! They had wonderful coffee to get me started in the mornings and they had coffee out for guests all through the day and night as well as complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast also included fresh fruits, deli meats, out-of-this-world fougasse-style bread pieces, yogurt, cold cereal, toast and juices. I am sorry the restaurant was not open due to a fire but it will be open early June. I will stay at Le Priori again when I go back to Quebec City. Oh, and do yourself a huge favor and walk to the covered market close to the water.

This is such a nice boutique hotel in the old city. Breakfast included. Highly recommended.

Booked the suite with the hot tub, very nice room but be careful if you are tall (over 5'6") there are a lot of low beams to bump your head on. It was lovely to sit in the hot tub on a cold winter night and watch the lights at night, surprisingly private too.

We stayed at the Hotel Le Priori over Christmas 2017. We booked the Junior Suite with Spa and were very pleased with the room. It snowed on Christmas Day so we took advantage of the hot spa to soak in while watching the snow fall. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend the Hotel Le Priori as the best choice for accommodation when visiting beatuful Quebec.

Loved the Hotel Priori. Upon arrival they were very helpful moving bags and showing us where things were. My room was very clean and spacious with wonderful amenities. Would highly recommend for a stay in the city.

I loved the quirky suites. Real Fireplace and jet tub was the right touch. Everything in walking distance. Most amazing staff and beautiful decor. Very attentive to all. Our needs.

This hotel is as charming as the city of Québec itself. The location in the old port section is ideal and the attentive staff made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Le Priori … One of the most charming boutique hotels we have been to! I wanted to reserve dinner at "Toast" (with Chef Francis Pouliot) & decided to take a amazing package that includes a night in Le Priori! Best decision I ever made! Everyone is friendly & professional from the front desk (Vanessa) to management! Thank you for our Birthday wishes & our bottle of "bubbles"!
Our birthday dinner at "Toast" did not disappoint! We supplemented our package to the 6 course tasting menu… EXCELLENT! After a 3 hour dining celebration we simply strolled upstairs to our super comfortable queen bed! It doesn't get much easier than that! As we are taping this review out we are again in Toast for breakfast (we can't seem to leave the hotel) before we go for a walk in Old Quebec! (Did I mention parking is part of our package so we have peace of mind! ) The Location is amazing we will be back!

Stayed in the junior suite: very nice and chic. Beautiful floor designs and a spacious, modern bathroom. The bathtub has keys and the shower was a walk-in… All clean and pleasant to use. The included breakfast was delicious… Would definitely stay again.

A remarkably welcoming and service-oriented hotel. Front desk was awesome, particularly Kimberly who made recommendations and reservations for us for lunches and dinners. The hotel is in the old port area, a lovely old section with restaurants and stores. It is a short and exquisite walk to the old city up the hill. We have never had a better hotel experience. Don't miss this gem.

It is always a pure pleasure to stay at the Priori! The staff is so attentive, the rooms are gorgeous and the beds very comfortable! This is my hotel darling and the restaurant Toast! Is also my restaurant favorite! In short, a place to indulge yourself!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My wife had a headache and forgot to pack Tylenol, the front desk had Tylenol. The included breakfast in the morning was very good — pate, eggs in hollandaise sauce, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, plain yogurt, and croissant. It is walking distance to many sites of interest and restaurants. We didn't rent a car because everything is walkable and parking is hard to come by. The rooms are clean and modern. Wi-Fi is included, 130mb 2.4Ghz and it is stable. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in one of the most beautiful corners of the city. They have a suite which has a mezzanine with a spa on the top floor with a great view of the South Bank, is a wonderful experience.
The staff is very attentive and caring. They do not hesitate to pamper us in case of trouble.
As for food at breakfast, I travelled a bit and saw lunch style brunch, but it's the only place where I did "wow eggs! " Wow the sausages! ". It was really just better than elsewhere.

Location is great, walking distance to everything, good service, everyone is extremely friendly. The rooms are not super soundproof, but was not a big problem for us.

My girlfriend and I booked two nights at the Hotel Le Priori for our visit to Quebec. When got to our room, we immediately noticed an overpowering smell. At first, we didn’t think much of it and hoped that it would fade by the time we got back from dinner. However, when we returned, the smell had not gotten any better. We brought the issue to the woman staffing the front desk, who informed us that they had new air fresheners. Upon looking at the air freshener, she realized that the oil was leaking & causing the smell. She informed us that she would take it out & do whatever else she could do get rid of the smell. We went out & when we came back, the smell was just as overpowering. Since we realized that we would not be able to sleep due to the smell we asked her if she could find us another room. The hotel was completely booked, but she was able to find us a room at Le Saint-Pierre. The rate offered to us for the Le Saint-Pierre by the hotel was higher with taxes then what we were able to book on an app. Although the women tried her best to help, the situation wasn’t handled appropriately. While she admitted that the hotel was at fault, we were not offered any compensation for the price increase for a night at the other hotel. We also were not contacted by management of the hotel & even stopped at the hotel the next day to try to talk to a manager. Expedia was very helpful and reached out to the hotel on our behalf.

A great experience! I can't speak highly enough of the location — on an adorable little street right around the corner from the wonderful restaurants and shops in the Petit Champlain and a quick hike up the hill (or a ride on the funiculare) from the attractions at the top of the city. The staff was very friendly and the suite was both comfortable and more spacious than their photos led us to believe. Take advantage of the breakfast delivery — we thought it was pricey room service and noticed too late that for a nominal fee they will deliver your complimentary breakfast to your door!

Wonderful hotel with friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. They compensated us when the elevator didn't work during our stay. Great location and tasty breakfasts. I would come back again.

Our stay at the Hotel Le Priori was our 37th hotel room booked since January 1st 2015, and I might add, for the value, the most pleasurable experience of all. The staff was outstanding, polite, helpful, and enjoyed making sure we had a wonderful time exploring Quebec City. They accommodated our every wish and presented us with lovely, well appointed and efficient rooms. Best value over all. Thank you for a great accommodation.

I liked it a lot. I found the service very good there. Very nice hotel, clean, and I enjoyed my stay. Good breakfast and good bar. Nice place to sit outside. The bathroom and bedroom we stayed in was very comfortable.
