We had the greatest experience from the moment we pulled up! The staff is amazing, and friendly, and always went the extra mile. They took the kids to make hot chocolate while we were getting checked in and our room situated, without a second of hesitation which if you have kids, you know how we felt without me saying. Francine is magically, she helped us get a birthday reservation at Matto which was fabulous when are other reservation fell through! The location is fantastic, and old town is so beautiful when is snowing! We had such an amazing experience here, so many small details that were never overlooked!

Perfect location in the heart of the Champlain district and at the foot of the Frontenac castle. In addition, it is on the edge of St Laurent no far from a small local product market, the St Pierre market!
I highly recommend it!

Having been a 5 star customer service trainer in the hotel industry in the past, I am always impressed when I’m taken care of with service as All of the staff at Le Saint Pierre are consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I love all of the personal touches here, that really make the difference. Our valet, Luc, greeted us with such warmth, that I felt like an old friend was welcoming us. He then gave us a personalized tour of the hotel upon check-in before taking us to our room, showing us where all of the amenities were, and even explaining how to use their wonderful digital bartending machines, where you can get a selection of wines, and even hard liquor, with the swipe of your card. Mixers are available at the front desk upon request. The hotel is complete with a gym and beautifully candlelit lounge areas for relaxing with your wine. The only slight issue I had was the first night I shared a room with my mom on the older side of the hotel, which was very nice and clean, but my bed was very hard and uncomfortable (hers was fine). However, the next night, I got my own room and it was perfect. I slept like a baby and really appreciate the cleanliness of everything. Also love the added touch of classical music on in the room upon check-in. This hotel has the feeling of a quaint B&B, with the service of a 5 star resort, in an amazing location to top it off. Love.

Very well located. Good price for the service. The breakfast is a little too sophisticated for my taste. Jaurraos prefer a simple trick like 2 eggs/Bacon/potatoes/roties… but we are entitled to a blend of Canada style for the package. If we want to be simpler. You have to pay extra.

Charming Hotel, full service: Valet, room service, a good restaurant…, provide aditional fee for parking 30 dollar/day, breakfast a la carte rather good.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Self serve liquor and wine bar. Parking is a little crazy in that area, so is driving… You really don't need a car, unless you're planning some outdoor adventures. The museum right across the street from the hotel is definitely worth going to. Endless options for food in the area.

Great stay! The service is attentive and friendly, the room is beautiful and the hotel is very well located, we will return there without hesitation!

Their breakfast is great, providing a lot of choices. The variety of fruit, pancakes and coffee and fresh bread, made on the spot, guaranties a high quality meal. Their staff is very very very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel home. Above that, the location is made for tourists, in proximity to the old town as well as the riverside promenade.

In one sentence. Love it. Amazing place, with incredibly friendly staff. This hotel is perfectly situated so that you can walk pretty much anywhere and never be too tired. The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. I will seek no other hotel in my future travel plans to Quebec City.

You have to leave the car in the street until a valet comes to pick it up. We didn't sleep much; The fridge hidden in the cupboard made so much noise that it woke us up every time we started. The room was poorly insulated; We were awakened by the people of the other rooms not to mention those who were circulating in the corridor. We will never go back to this hostel.

Fantastic staff. They were all extremely friendly and helpful, all went out of their ways to assist my family’s demands. The rooms were spacious & clean. Great location. We have absolutely no complaints. Will be back again.

Fantastic location in old Québec. Very cosy with lots of cute little common areas — great for chatting or reading a book. I did not stay in the hotel, myself, but the rooms I saw were also very cosy and appealing. We also had a fantastic tour of the hotel with tidbits of Québec history from one of the staff. It was an excellent experience.

The room was lavish and amazing. The staff were extremely attentive. Great for a romantic getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, if there was one negative about the rooms is that the washrooms need some updating. The service was excellent and the location is superb in the heart of old Quebec.

Le Saint-Pierre is in a prime location just beside the Museum of Civilization and a short walk from the Chateau Frontenac and a variety of restaurants and stores. My room featured a huge window, tall ceilings, free Wi-Fi, and very luxurious bedding. While I stayed I was impressed by the outstanding customer service and delicious large breakfast that is included.

Le Saint Pierre Auberge Distinctive is a wonderful little hotel. It's tucked away right in the heart of old Quebec City, which makes walking around a breeze. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Originally my family had considered staying at the Chateau De Frontenac, but are much happier with this choice. It's closer to everything including the waterfront, and was a much cheaper stay. Breakfast was also included.

A very nice property, the welcome was warm, the rooms very nice and comfortable. In addition, the location was quite designated move easily and walk in the old capital. I'm also very appreciate the varied menu for breakfast, it was delicious!

Charmingly beautiful rooms, a cozy bed I didn't want to get out of, great location, exquisite staff, good breakfast — SO much better than staying at a chain hotel!

Totally unique rooms. Very helpful service and as others already noted the breakfast is really yummi. The rooms are huge and the bed is so comfortable. A much better experience than most of the big name hotels. It's worth every penny. Only thing I can complain is the cold floor in the bathroom.

We stayed in a "classic" room for 1 night. The room decor was charming and we quite enjoyed our breakfast. What impressed me most though was the service; we checked out early in the morning and left a bag there to be picked up later in the day. We had planned to spend the day wandering around Vieux Quebec but it was pouring rain and quite chilly. Within an hour, we were soaked to the bone and didn't really have a change of clothes other than the formal wear we had worn the day before. We returned the hotel and they were very gracious in allowing us back into our room long enough for them to dry our jeans for us! It made such a HUGE difference in our day. When we ventured back out, we spent the afternoon at the Musee de la Civilization directly across the street. While it wasn't quite what we had planned, we still had a lovely day and it was in large part thanks to the kindness of the staff at le Saint Pierre. Merci!
