We really enjoyed our stay! Shana was amazing, made us feel very welcome, and provided us with so much great information in advance. The room was cozy and the outdoor hot tub was a fun experience!

This place was fantastic! It's cozy, homey and everything was very thoughtful — from warm slippers at the entrance to a cutest little brie and little pear with the breakfast.

An amazing 4 night stay at this hotel in a beautiful room with a king bed and fireplace.

My wife and stayed for two days to celebrate my 50th and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Our original reservations were canceled last minute and we contacted Marc the night before we arrived. Everything was absolutely lovely.

We had a great stay at the Auberge des draveurs! Myriam at reception gave us an upgraded room so we had nice big room with perfect air conditioning.

Every time I stay here with my family in this hotel is always memorable. You are greeted by friendly staffs at the reception especially Myriam who was very welcoming with a smile on her face.

I can only confirm what all of the other reviews are saying. Fernando is a great host who is welcoming and clearly takes great pride in providing a wonderful experience to his guests.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of the lovely City of Ottawa. You can walk into the main City in 1.25hrs via some pleasant walks but driving is easy.

Wonderful for peaceful restoration. Music is quiet blues etc. Breakfast wonderful. Service wonderful and lovely maintained grounds and atmosphere. If you have any handcaps use ground floor rooms.

Well, this is sort of motel, do not expect fancy. Rooms are oldish but very clean! Soap is cheap. Breakfast was something to choose from but quite basic in quality.

A cozy, old but well maintained hotel. Don't go expecting modern or luxurious facilities, and you won't be disappointed!

Just enjoyed a very nice stay at Chateau Cartier, which was part of a spa gift package. The booking couldn't have been easier, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

I booked this room before reading recent reviews and then when I read the reviews I did not have high expectations; however I was thrilled with my room.

We spent one night while on a bus trip and were very satisfied. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Spent a quiet night and enjoyed the free breakfast the following day.

Very large, clean, and comfortable room. Powerful air conditioning. A good alternative to Chateau Montebello, and only a 20 minute walk between them.

Beautiful place to stay while passing through. Has a very warm and cosy feel. Owners provided excellent service and extra hospitality. Will definitely stay here again.

We are regulars at the hotel, we have been coming almost every year since about 10 years. In the last few years we have invited friends and family to join us too.
