Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Loved the hospitality, the staff, the rooms were thoughtfully designed with a beautiful European touch!

I stayed with my 10 yr old daughter for two nights and we loved everything about our stay.

Beautiful. Only first day but so amazing.
Soundproofing: not perfect but no noisy neighbors.
Curtains: do keep in mind that yes, the blinds are semi opaque.

Jihane El Ouafi has been very helpful to me and my husband ever since we got to canada she's well manner, taking her time to help me and my husband. Respond to all my emails.

Living at this building has been a fantastic 5-star experience! The building is always well-kept, clean, and the community is great. What truly makes this place exceptional is the management.

I’ve stayed here twice now and will continue to come back whenever I’m in town for a concert. The location proximity to the Bell Centre can’t be beat.

Location is good close to old Montreal with about 10 mnts drive (thanks to the read and crazy roads). There are quite a few places for various food joints.

After my travel plans changed, I was in a bind. I had to find an affordable, safe place to stay in Montreal. The Hôtel Quartier Latin was perfect for what I needed.

Cozy rooms. Light breakfast enough for early morning.
Well there is no elevator for taking luggage on floors.

Bright, beautiful building. Very welcoming, open spaces for meetings — big and small.

Room is small, but it's very cozy. Enough room for clothes and a computer with lots of desk space.

Really helpful staff, my checkout was 11 but I had an interview till 2pm. They allowed me late checkout and kept my belongings safe.

I just spent four days here while attending Pouzza Fest 2024 and I absolutely loved it. For the price and location, you really can't beat it as a budget option.

I found out about this B&B quite by chance, but am honestly so glad I did.
The owner, Carole, and her husband are the kindest people you could hope to meet and were exemplary hosts.

My wife and I have stayed at Bienvenue twice now, in October 2017 and this past weekend, July 2019. We received very good service, especially on this recent visit.

This place is just right location, close to public transport, walking distance to Guy Concordia Metro and lot more places. Self check-in and check-out, which was smooth.

Not sure why this got low reviews but I visited Montreal for the first time from Toronto for Christmas and I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but let me tell you this Hotel was very neat,

Lovely spacious apartments, amazing prices, and the nicest and accommodating management team. They listened to all our concerns and went out of their way to fix them. They’re available whenever!

We loved the overall size of the lofts, very high ceilings, lots of fun light, lots of light. Bathroom was nice, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was lacking some essential cooking items.

Absolutely loved my stay at Parc Avenue Lofts! The place was super clean, spacious, and had such a cool, modern vibe.

Our three nights stay here was a wonderful stay. This is a "gite", a form of accomodation better known in France (see wikipedia).

Awesome place! Loft offered all that one will ever need when vacationing (fully finished kitchen + washer/dryer units). Lovely apt in a great safe area, walkable to many great attractions.

I'm happy with my annual rental, which I've started on Sep 1st. Rented a furnished place, and received more than I've expected. Price is reasonable. I like my studio place layout; also the pool.

It was one of the most amazing, cozy experience ever. So I traveled from India and stayed here for 3 weeks with wife and daughter, till I found my new flat on lease.
