I’ve been living at Le Mille Neuf since September 2024, and I just want to point out the crucial work of Madalina and her quick answers to every problem at the building. Thanks a lot!

Madalina is the best building admin I ever dealt with!
So nice, professional, & always lights up the tennants day.

Service was excellent, food delicious. Some seats and cocktails tables would be appreciated during the cocktail.

Always gracious yet efficient, we were more than pleased with our corporate event there. The service was attentive and the quality of the food was excellent.

Great place to stay in a great neighborhood. Rooms were clean and spacious, the suite was excellent overlooking the street.

I stayed here recently for three nights for a family gathering, had booked a two bedroom suite. Stay was overall very pleasant.

Fabulous location! Right on Sherbrooke, very walkable! The staff were fantastic, helpful ans friendly.

This hotel is very simple, clean, nice location.
Hotel has lots of stairs. Not wheelchair accessible.
Breakfast complimentary.

The best out there for the price.

Managed well! We loved the location so convenient and calm (unlike more central locations) you can get to all big landmarks by bus or metro within 20 mins. The staff were very accommodating.

This apartment is newer than I expected. There is a very good view from the rooftop terrace. The common spaces are clean and tidy.

Had a terrific experience with Alejandro, he spent time with us viewing several apartments in the Milton Parc area.

I’ve had a great experience with the B&C building office and Capreit.
The management team is professional, responsive, and clearly puts in real effort to keep everything running smoothly.

Great building and the Mondev team with Lisa, Frederic, Daniel, Stephane, and Michel are top notch. Gym is really good and maintenance and management are excellent.

10/10 — An Absolute Gem in Downtown Montreal!
​If you are looking for the perfect base to explore Montreal, this is it! I had an amazing stay here and cannot recommend it enough.
The Perfect Location.

Just had a wonderful tour of this facility! We are looking for housing for our son, who will attend university downtown Montreal.

Location 10 out of 10, just a few steps outside Radisson Métro, which makes access to the city by subway very easy which was most important to me. Parking was easy, but sketchy.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Auberge Royal Versailles.
