The best out there for the price. Stayed for five days, the room was clean, had all the amenities, a lovely shower (my favourite shower of any hotel I've stayed in) and only a short walk from Frontenac subway station. The staff were also lovely and easy to contact, always willing to help throughout my stay. Really completed my visit to Canada, and if I ever return, I'll definitely be booking Cjour again.
Check in was easy and the kitchen was nice but I really did not like the bed — It felt like I was sleeping on the floor at a friend's house; its some fold out Murphy type mattress very low to the ground.
