Hotel is clean. Unfortunately there is no security. Our car was stolen from the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel didn’t do anything about it. We were told by the staff that this wasn’t the first time. I would not recommend staying here.

We are at 3331 and are gonna stay for more 29 days. So far we're loving it. People are very nice and the service is the best.

Good location for a short stay in the Dorval airport area. Several restaurants, a shopping centre, and a cinema close by (easy walking distance in good weather). Bonus is a Wal-Mart, Rona, and supermarket. The hotel is clean and contemporary, and the rooms make surprisingly good use of space, especially the desk area. A safe and fridge are provided. The restaurant has a functional menu, and there is a pleasant public business area. Pool and fitness facilities available. A very reasonable choice for a short business stay.

My family liked this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and staff in the kitchen would talk to us. The housekeeping staff worked hard and were friendly. One area that could be improved is if tea and coffee were 24 hours at the reception area.

My room was great! Two big queen size beds with no less than 8 pillows in the room. Just got back from France and having the North American standards back feels awesome. Breakfast was excellent and staff very professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel ever. I feel like a princess staying here. Everyone is perfect. Amazing management. These are the types of people I would want for my own company. Employees seem to genuinely love their job too which is so nice! (I asked an employee if she would like to apply to our company which was better pay and a better job for most but she said she loves her job at front desk. ) Such great cleaning service too. I was eating pringles and lost the lid to my pringle can… my cleaning lady found it and put the lid back on for me! She organized my groceries too. They also do your dishes for you. Seriously love staying here and my whole team does too. Awesome breakfast (they have a waffle maker). Only downside is cleaning through out my tiny little gold earrings but imagine how great everything was that they still retained 5 stars on my review!

The hotel itself is decent, the staff seems nice, and the food options good. However, I reserved a king bed 2-room suite and was given a queen studio suite. Extremely cramped for a family of 4 for the week. — there's barely room to walk! We chose a residence for the space, so this was very disappointing.

Nice big rooms. Staff very courteous. Place is very clean and theres alot of parking. Theres a pool and jaccuzi. Laundry room and a full gym. Feels like ur living in an appartment building with all the services.

I didn't receive a good service when I arrived at midnight because my flight was cancelled. There was no restaurant or bar opened at that hour. The room was clean. I stayed just two hour. The kitchen was well equipped, with a lot of dishes.

Nice apartment for troubleshooting on cancelled flight. Quite expensive but we could sleep 6.

Air Canada set me up with accomodation here when I missed my connecting flight. The room was large and the bed was above average, staff was very pleasant.

Clean hotel with fairly modern updated rooms that meet the residence inn criterion. Breakfast offered is OK quality. I had some issues with the service here that weren't resolved but overall an OK experience. Despite the airport in it's name it's not very close to the airport terminal, so if you take a cab or her there make sure you're being taken to the right place. Not much shops or restaurants in immediate vicinity.

Comfortable, close to airport. I got a suite that came with 2 separate bedrooms: very nice with children. The free breakfast was okay but I thought the bagels were not very good. I had the yogurt with fresh fruits.

Bad location if you do not hace a car, but other than that, everything has been great so far: good service, confortable room, attentive staff. Breakfast and some extras are complimentary. Breakfast is buffet style and varied enough to cater a wide range of tastes. The rooms are clean and well attended.

I have stayed here multiple times before. They must keep notes on requests as they knew I wanted a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine on check in his time! Always clean and neat. Just wish the breakfast on resid nce side let you order a fried egg. Their scrambled is… Not appetizing.

It's a nice hotel. We stayed in a King Suite on the second floor. It's a little small since we wanted a rollaway but otherwise a very nice room. Very clean. The included breakfast is probably the highlight. A lot better than your usual continental with eggs, sausage, waffles and more. I would recommend anyone stay here.

Staff was incredibly nice. They spoke both English and French which was incredibly helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

The suite was neat and clean, little smaller than expected for the price point. The facilities including pool and gym are well maintained. Breakfast options are adequate. The place is close to mall and restuarants.

Fantastic long-term hotel establishment. Amazing staff, good food and centrally located to all the places that you need to have (i. E. : Walmart, Shopping Mall, city transit). I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

TV's suck — normally I don't care about watching TV, but LOL WELCOME to the 90's 20" one step up for old tube TV. WoW I didn't realize had 1080p changes my life. Also no HBO and if fact now that I think about it no cable channels at all. The manager most think he is managing a Super 8 hotel or something.

I have been here now for 5 weeks for work and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and the hotel. They take the time to get to know your name and are always friendly. Really recommend for long term stay as they have a daily breakfast and also Monday to Wednesday evening food included.

The residence inn has suite style rooms that are super spacious and well equipped for a long stay. I only stayed for one night but the fully stocked kitchen would have been great for a longer stay. Suite style rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included hot items like bacon and eggs and a waffle station, which is always a nice touch. Staff is friendly enough, and you can easily access the (fairly delicious) restaurant at the courtyard inn next door via an internal door. Wifi worked very well. The free airport shuttle is reasonably responsive and will save you money on taxis. No complaints really and I will keep staying here as I have business in Montreal often.

Stayed here a night for work and I was impressed with how nice and clean everything was. Also the free evening snack in the lobby was delicious! Overall great stay, and somewhere I'm going to recomend to my colleagues from now on!

Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with various choices of food. Special note for the most soft and best smelling bath towels I have ever encounter in a hotel. Loved it!
