The place is Ina. Lot of construction that's is the problem. But it's a affordable nice place. Close to the airport. Good bus services for the airport.

The staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful. The well-being of customers is very sincerely a concern of the staff. We were 2 adults and 2 children and were very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to the of its amenities.

Clean Hotel, rooms are pretty large. The Front office was very helpful and courteous. I recommend this Hotel. The hotel has two hot TuBS and a decent gym which was a pleasant surprise. My kids loved the buffet breakfast. Parking is a bit cramped but satisfactory.

I'd give the facilities 3 star but the staff 1star. The first day I checked in I didn't have soap and called customer service and was told they only provide shampoo. But next day after room service I did get soap. And overall I don't feel the staff are welcoming guests.

For the room it is OK. The hotel outside is in renovation it's not great. We are staying to talk and fly and for transportation to the airport to go it's not worse but to get back it's not great the Sheraton. Had time to come three times before our driver arrived. A good 45 minutes wait. That's a way to do it.

The elevator got stuck. Staff is great! No hot water the first day… no water at all the second day. Comfy beds. Needs more gluten free/ dairy free breakfast options.

Own. Attractive. But elevator not functional. Not practical on the fourth floor.

A little noisy and outdated, we could find better for the price. The beds are comfortable, the reception is often overwhelmed. The employees are a remarkable kindness.

Noisy hotel, not much service. Long queue for recording. We were disturbed at night by another client who kept shouting and banging in the next door. It took three complaints at the front desk before they intervened.

Our stop before all NS travels, Park sleep and fly. Now breakfast included. Excellent value for money.

Good clean rooms. Small bar and restaurant right in the hotel is very convenient. Close to the airport.

We stayed for one night. The room wasn't clean. The hotel needs to be updated. For the price you could find better in the same area. Other thing, we reserved a Queen bed bedroom and we got 2 double s. They said to us that the hotel was full and not other room was available.

Convenient to park the car. But there is no longer this great restaurant of quality. Mini buffet with thawed and fried fish. The dishes were empty. Impossible, we chose to fast instead.

Good hotel. Close to airport. Breakfast in morining and was good. Both cold and hot options. Parking was problem as lot of long term customers park in hotel. So for regular guest it was hard to find parking.

I really disappointed with the shuttle service and it caused me a stress before my trip. We booked the shuttle to our arrival for 3h. The shuttle left without us and our name was not on the list. So we had to take the one from 3:30. Thank you so much for the stress! Plus it was very noisy and there were DS hairs on the bed.

Great to go on a trip with the free shuttle to the airport. Indoor parking available. Renovated rooms on the third floor.

The shuttle service was on my return only one vehicle several customers attandu an hour or more.

They did a really good job renovating this place. Rooms or nice and spacious and the hot breakfast was just awesome.

Just Horrible from Start to finish. My wife and I have never been Treated soo rudely in our lives by the staff at this establishment. They gave us the wrong room (we paid 40$ more for King bed and got double bed) and they spoke to us in the rudest way we have ever been spoken to. Never apologizing and just seeking confrontation. The other negative reviews were right … Stay away!

This hotel is adequate for flying out of Montreal. Room nice. We found the front desk staff to be helpful. We did the sleep and fly and left our truck there. I will let you know an update soon if it's still there when we return! They have an outside and inside lot… They supposed to be watched… Inside lot you have to pay cash for and expensive. We did outside… And truck was there… 1/2inch of ice and all!

I have not appreciated at all, but it is not for nothing that it is a 3 star… There were hairs on the blanket and also on the sheets, underneath! And it's not because I'm paranoid, my boyfriend looked and said "Yeah it's true it's overkill" in any case, I think I never go in a 3 star… very disappointing in addition that it is expensive for this quality. Oh and I leave a comment for all the hotels I visit, when it's positive too!

Shuttle service and reception terrible. Called front desk to ask when shuttle to the airport would be available, which I was informed was every 30 minutes (IE 5pm, 530pm etc). I then proceeded to the lobby to be 10 minutes early as to not miss the shuttle. Well, by 515pm I asked the front desk where the driver was as there was a shuttle parked outside, but the driver was not there. They called the driver and said he was 5 minutes away. 20 minutes later the driver showed up at 540pm in a terrible mood and was extremely rude to me and my wife. We asked him why he was late and then went off on a rant about how it was our fault for not asking the right questions to the desk. No apology was given even though we were standing in — 20 degree weather and had to load our own luggage into the van. The attitude to the driver was unacceptable and the lack of responsibility/care given from front desk to get us a ride to the airport almost cost us our connecting flight. Will never stay there again.

Ample parking space in not the most picturesque setting. They offer a shuttle to the airport. Nothig luxurious but if you need to park your car for a long trip then this place gets the job done perfectly.

45 minutes after booking my same identical room the price dropped by $20. I went downstairs to get adjusted and they were telling me I had a queen when clearly all papers I signed state I have a double. In either case, the assistant manager argued with me and said she was going to complain against ME for being rude. I am being factual lady, not rude. See pictures, proof.

Great deal compared to other hotels in the area. Rooms are updated and clean. Convenient onsite restaurant.

Not a 4 stars hotel in my opinion. In the morning, the water was not hot. Otherwise it is a clean place, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was polite and they served a decent complementary breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times this year when visiting the Montreal area for business. For it's price range the hotel is fantastic and is my number one choice when staying on this side of town. It got renovated recently and the new rooms are clean and comfortable. There is still some renovation going on around the back side where the parking is but It never caused any disruptions to my rest as they only seem to work during the day. The staff at this hotel is wonderful and very friendly. Having checked in and out with many different members of the team, they are all great! Breakfast is included and is the usual type for this type of hotels. The selection changes up a bit from visit to visit, but the breakfast is always great. You can usually find a combination of several of these depending on the day: scrambled eggs, sausages (several types sometimes), beans, rice or crepes. You also have your typical cereals, toasts, jams etc. Parking is free at the back. The only downside to this place for me is that they have regular coffee makers in the rooms instead of keurig machines and I like to bring my own pods with me on business trips.

Construction was ongoing right outside our window. Very noisy! I am only 4'11 and the tub was so small that I hardly fit in it. The room had a musty smell. On the good side, the girl that checked us in was very nice!

Weird that they don't have no sports channels on TV. The service was good.

Budget hotel. Needs major exterior update. I stayed because Delta Airlines gave me a hotel voucher. I'll get my own room at the Hilton Garden In next door if I ever need to stay again.

Not in the best location, right off the highway. The parking lot was littered with broken glass so be careful where you park and walk, from the outside this hotel is very rough. Luckily our room was nice and recently renovated. Breakfast did the trick, nothing special. Staff were friendly through check in and check out.

Ended up in this hotel without reading the reviews. Staff was very friendly; Breakfast WAS free indeed, unlike some of the reviews I just read have pointed out. Don't expect anything fancy though: I'd stick to bread and jam. My room was clean and my bed was super comfy. The TV was nothing special. my biggest issue was with the "shuttle" to the airport, which was like a very run down van, dirty and smelly. The alternative to that is paying 17 CAD for a 10 minute drive.

Well updated room in a sketchy neighborhood. Free shuttle to hotel, but overheard many locals saying there were a lot of car thefts from the parking lot. Food in restaurant was good, but they were understaffed and the food took a long time to arrive.

All marble Lobby, hotel restaurant and freshly renovated rooms. We slept well.
Weaknesses: Industrial environment, the façade is very ugly, the pool is doomed. We went to see from behind to see why. It was very surprising. It was more dilapidated than the pools of Prypiat (Chernobyl). The view from our rooms was a little less worse than the one in the pool. We did not find the underground parking secure.
This hotel is perfect for sleeping between two flights or if you are dealing with a business in the area. It is clean and well from the inside.

In renevations. Will have lovely interiors and rooms when completed. Offers airport parking packages so finding a parking spot can be a problem and quite a distance from the entrance. Book at the last minute for less expensive room rates.

Well I am being nice. Bathroom for public use. Is creepy because the urinal is close to the windows. Where the parking is, looks like a war zone hit it. I say when tearing down some part of the building cover it with a fence.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate and correspond to the pictures. The reception service and staff are perfect. On the other hand the restaurant benefits are mediocre. A single choice at breakfast as at lunch. No accompaniment. Bad layout…

I went to this hotel a few times in the past for park/sleep/fly. The quality of the hotel has greatly deteriorated in the past year.
This time, the bathtub faucet was running constantly. Also, they overbook the shuttle to the airport between 3: 00 and 4: 00 in the morning and it's the "zoo" in the hobby.
The worst: upon return, I call the hotel that he sends me the shuttle and confirmation that it will be there in 15 minutes. I finally waited 50 minutes and had to call them 3 times (really not happy the last time).
In short, it's the last time I'm staying at this place. I'll pay a little more now but I get for my money.

Waited about 1.5 hrs for shuttle at airport, screwed up reservation, bathroom disguiting complete with bugs for added company. At least bed is clean…

Got put up here by United Airlines. It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. If I had to do it again, I would forego the free voucher and pay $150 to stay somewhere decent.

Extremely disappointed. In the room there was a smell of urine. The stained carpet in many places. The less comfortable couch I've seen. Really not adequate service for the price. And more at 7:30 in the morning I heard women in households is a room to another… all from my room. Besides furniture, TV. Bathroom date 25-30 years. The Star goes to the team of the super nice parking. Could not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry.

Very Clean. Front desk was helpful. Parking was free and the pool was very clean ans nice. Would recommend this place!

The shuttle driver from the airport was very friendly and accommodating. The next morning (as confirmed by staff) we were told there would be a shuttle at 4am. Upon arrival we were told there was no shuttle until 6 because of the holiday. We were also promised 24 hour coffee. When I went the machine was empty. I told the man at the desk and he said there was nothing he could do. Staff all seemed friendly, just helpless.

Disgusting — old old old hotel! Cold and dirty rooms, crappy to nonexistent Wi-Fi. No availability to bottle water. TV was ancient. I'm staying here on a Air Canada voucher, otherwise I would leave and go somewhere else. I would NEVER pay money for something like this. (And I'm not the type to be particular) *EDIT On further inspection the electrical socket's are falling out of the walls and seem like an extreme fire hazard! I can shake the socket at least 1" in any direction. I plead with everyone to stay away! To Quality Inn HQ. You need to look at the standard of quality they are putting to your name! There is a reason you call it "Quality Inn".

The staff were very rude when I attempted to buy a simple soda and chips. I went up to the front desk who proceeded to start to take my order and then stopped taking my order while answering several calls. They still charged me and tried to bring it to my room to which I declined. Don't stay here. Much better hotels nearby.

My first room had bugs, spider and web in the bathroom and big roach on the ceiling. Second room had a broken AC. Wifi is free because it's mostly unusable from your room. If you decide to eat in the restaurant in the lobby for some reason don't order the steak. They will bring you a $35 hamburger and day old mash potatoes. The only good thing about this place is the free and on time airport shuttle.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Where do I start. All TV's are from 1990 it's very dirty in the room, the hallway smells. You have to pay for parking. Staff are so rude. My phone didn't work, hotel would not let someone call on the 1800 number to talk to guests. Stay away from this place.

This hotel is not worth the money the double there price for a room and the indoor parking, And there rooms need to be upgraded. And when you write to them regarding this on there web site the don t even answer you. This is the way they treat there customers. We have been going to this hotel since 2009 and always rented 3 rooms with our friends and had dinner and drinks there before leaving the next morning and this is the way they treat us by not even returning e-mails or call. Think twice before staying here now.

What you would expect from an old, low budget, airport hotel. It was clean, the Wi-Fi was not great but it worked. The service was good and people were friendly. Oh, and there was free coffee with 10% cream.

Don't use your money for this low Quality Hotel! The worst hotel I have ever used! Not working internet in the room, Wi-Fi signal is very poor in the room! In addition to poor customer satisfaction handling, reception time is very long and unfriendly clerk. Who want to check in this Quality Hotel? I prefer to check in Hilton Garden Inn next to this hotel.
