Stayed at the hotel next but had a pretty good breakfast.

Good hôtel. Downtown. Close to everything. Nice service and clean.

I stayed in the king suite at this hotel. On the first night I was called and asked if I enjoyed the room and if I needed anything, this was very appreciated. All in all it was a good experience. Room: 5 stars, very spacious, had a couch, two chairs with a table, work table and king sized bed. Bathroom: 3.5 stars, jacuzzi didn't work well (too strong and inconsistent) medium water pressure in shower Gym: 4 star, I have seen much better gyms and the treadmill did not work. The other equipment worked well. Restaurant: 3 stars, service was good, selection and quality was lacking. Charged extra for an extra egg which considering the room cost was not well received. Pool: Not applicable Location: 5 stars, right in the downtown area close to the best restaurants and venues.

The reception and service is exemplary the places are of all beauty and recently renovated rooms are comfortable and modern several services are offered for professional meetings this is a place to recommend my only small downside remains the gym; equipment to make her cardio easily but no bodybuilding (but hey, that's good because I'm looking for the little worries)

This hotel always has the gift to amaze me. Yesterday evening on my arrival I was upgraded! Nice surprise. This hotel offers lunch boxes delicious. But this afternoon I was more like a salad than a sandwich. Look at this beautiful salad which was equally delicious. Thank You Myriam.

Great location and the hotel itself has gym as well. Communicating over the phone was a bit hard for us since we spoke only English but still good service.

Clean, professional and courteous service. Also, great localization in Rouyn. Close from the restaurants, bistros and services. I reccommend this hotel over the Gouverneur.

Positive Points, very comfortable bed, clean room and well organized.

On the other hand, it took 3 visits to the reception, so 3 bedrooms, before being well installed. Defective heating system in the first room, strong smell of messy water reused by an old mop in the second room, especially in the bathroom (the clerk insisted that it was smell of cleaning products…), Finally well installed in the 3rd, despite the bad smell was still present, a clogged bath and a non-existent shower pressure. All for $155 at night. Phew! We should review the cleaning practices of floors that are clearly not in focus, it should feel the clean and not the old water.

Everything was perfect. This is the first time I've been satisfied with everything. Super comfortable bed.

THEY GAVE ME A KEYCARD THAT OPENED EVERY ROOM IN THE HOTEL — ON PURPOSE! ** On our second night there, my keycard stopped working. I spoke to the reception and they informed me that this happened to all cards that were activated the same day as mine. They took my card, and ran it through a machine before giving it back to me stating, "It should work now". Then they gave me a second card, "just in case the first one didn't work. " I noticed that the second card just came out of a drawer and did not go through a machine. Thinking that was suspicious, I tried the card on several doors and determined that it worked on every one. I tried it on at-least 7 doors and it unlocked every single one! I was understandably more careful with my belongings after that and left everything that was critical in my car. If they gave it to me, they must have given it to everyone else! This major issue aside; the room was clean and the staff was nice. The parking however, is two streets over so a little far to get to.

This best western hotel had great staff. Great rooms. Breakfast was medium choice selection compared to many I have stayed in. Food was good quality and service from restaurant staff high end. Parking in this location was a problem for us. Parking lot is tiny and located in the back of the building across the street. Not ideal at all. Not suitable for any vehicle towing even a short trailer. Hotel itself was great. Parking… not so much.

Very nice room, well-located in central Rouyn. Friendly staff who were comfortable in both English and French. Did not take advantage of free breakfast.

Clean room with AC. A bit pricy and the bar right in front of the hotel is noisy as hell. Also the breakfast was a bit disapointing with the smallest portion of juice I ever saw. The service was top notch tho.

Located downtown, no frills hotel. Free breakfast and Sunday brunch is a really touch. Small gym with treadmills and universal machine. Coffee machine in room makes amazing Italian coffee.

Our rooms smelled so bad. We had to get so many air wicks. You can't order movies on the tv. The beds were wrinkly and the hotel rooms arent nice. THE LOCATION IS AWFUL never any parking cause it's a smal lot and the parking lot isn't even in the same area as the hotel. Heat and a. C didn't work properly. They got mad at us for taking coffee our last morning. Will never be coming here again. I suggest any other hotel but here.

We rented a room. It was good. The bartender was good.

Hotel look d clean and nicely decorated. Only problem with room was that there was lots of hair in the shower drain so it wouldn't drain properly. All the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate me in English. Except the hostess at breakfast. She flat out refused to even try to speak to me in engish. Just gave me attitude and continued in French. Very rude.

Beautiful place! Well located on main close to everything! Rooms renovated and the service is warm! The best hotel in Rouyn.

(+) The room is well decorated, clean and spacious. Shampoo and soap smell nice. TV with cable and the mattress is okay. (-) There are some plumbing issues. Toilet doesn't flush properly. It took quite awhile to have hot water and to drain the water in the bath. Our room didn't have the "please do not disturb" sign and the heater/air conditioning is noisy. For its price, I'm not totally satisfied.

Room are clean staff is really friendly only downside internet is kinda slow.

Renovated rooms are nice. Breakfast is really nice. Coffee and apples in lobby are a nice touch. Lobby is nicely decorated. Staff is nice too.

Excellent hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and all the amenities were sufficient. Espresso machine in all rooms with several (4) varieties of coffee available. The bed was very comfortable and the room sufficiently soundproofed. I slept well and I have not been bothered by the noise even though my room looked a busy street. I will definitely be back during my next trip to Rouyn-Noranda.

Parking is smallish and hard to reach. Older hotel that has been renovated. Clean and comfy rooms. Honest accommodations if not spectacular.

Pet friendly… important as I travel with a cat. Superb staff. Right on main street with shops and restaurants and a couple of blocks from the lake. Perfect.

Hotel — very dated and dirty in core down town. Parking area — I hope you are very brave. I drove in at 10:00pm through a very sketchy alley between two buildings. As I was driving forward in the dark alley where there were an abundance of teenagers having fun in the parking lot. No way I was leaving my car there. I parked my car on the road — again very shady area. Never again. Did not feel safe. After a long day on the road — Hotel confirmed they never received my confirmation. Although I reserved directly with the hotel, gave them my CC number and received a confirmation number. It was crazy. Staff — in desperate need of training… poor service overall. Hotel needs upgrade. Never will I stay there again.

I gave them four stars, because I had a great experience staying at this best western. The staff were friendly, location was amazing within a crowd of bars and restaurants and most importantly it was clean and spotless. My least favorite point of staying at this hotel was the street front room on a saturday night, with a lot of noises until 3 am.

This is a clean and well located hotel. However, the room where we were was very dark, of both a very small window and the decoration very heavy forest green and deep red. The hotel needs to revisit its color theme, which is dated and very, very heavy. But otherwise the hotel offers good service.
