Very nice, historic style home in Charlottetown. An excellent location which is walking distnce to their Boardwalk, Beaconsfield Museum and the downtown core. Quite pretty and friendly staff.

This is a beautiful, large historic home that looks so impressive from it's corner lot on the Charlottetown waterfront. The rooms are very quaint and decoated acording to the Victorian era. Lots of sweet antiques to admire. Friendly staff and a satisfying brrakfast. Overall a good spot to stay with a prime location.

Old-timey Victorian B&B was a little fussy for my liking. The floors were squeaky and you could hear sounds from adjacent rooms. Nonetheless, it was clean and comfortable, the location was superb and the price was right. Staff was nice, breakfast wasn’t bad, but nothing to write home about.

A beautiful b&b! The hosts are so friendly and make some delicious breakfast and cinnamon rolls.

Very picturesque establishment situated near downtown and with interesting interior and decor. On room for improvement, higher attention to detail would be recommended, such as painting the pipes properly, and a better website would be good.

Eden Hall is a delightful heritage style home with very comfortable accommodations and located kn a very quiet street. Minutes stroll from the Charlottetown boardwalk and the historic downtown center. A lovely, quaint spot to stay on PEI.

Clean, quiet, close to everything I needed it to be. Price was right. Beautiful old inn. Plenty of hot water. I'm going to miss breakfast in the morning because I have a super early meeting (Saturday), but I'll be here to try it Sunday morning. ☺

This was an amazing stay, I've never stayed at a B&B before but this far surpassed any expectations I had. The decor was beautiful and very period correct for the house while still being comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the service was friendly and wonderful. I definitely will visit again and would suggest anyone to stay here while visiting this beautiful city.

Crazy good winter rates. Clean room, close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, in a renovated old mansion. Breakfast is pretty spartan but well worth the price tag.

Character home, very cute and dated which is to be expected. Beautiful exterior and great location. I think this place has a lot of potential, however my particular experience was not as pleasant as it could have been. We had a terrible sleep — the bed was old and not very comfortable, but what was worse was the noise. It began at 6:00am with shoveling right outside my window, then breakfast making and the worst part was the housekeeping staff being VERY loud directly outside our door — loudly having a full conversation with the front desk staff on the floor below and then vacuuming, literally ramming into my room door with it. This is an old house and you can hear everything with paper thin walls. I was very surprised by the lack of consideration of sleeping guests — especially from housekeeping creating unnecessary noise which was very loud and felt as though was right in the room. I was pretty sure I was the only one booked in the first night, which was a bit ery — felt like we were tip toeing around in someone else's home, as you could here the front desk staff in their private room. Also, I did specifically book a room with a tub and mini-fridge, however this was not the room I was given (had small shower and no fridge). When I spoke to the front desk about it he said the room I had booked was not able to be cleaned prior to my arrival (due to a storm and housekeeping being unavailable apparently).

Spent a night there for a little staycation and was very happy with my stay. Check in and out went very smoothly, the rooms were very clean, and the night was quiet. It's a beautiful old property very close to downtown and at the listed price would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a peaceful night in. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast so can't comment on that but the dining room looked very nice. Would stay again!

Old Cartier, very nice, quiet place! House of a certain age, the stamp comes with. Good breakfast, well eaten!

A very classy and elegant place to stay. It was built in the mid 1800's by a governor. It has a wonderful feeling staying here, and staff is super genuine and helpful. The breakfast is reasonable, and there is a group hangout living entertainment room with things of interest if you are looking for a gift.

This is a convient little B&B. Wife and I stayed 2 nights. Our room was well dated. But had a great view of the Harbour. There was lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Wi-Fi was strong. Breakfast was a joke really. Good price. Beds were comfy. Neat old building. My wife swears it was haunted. But she thinks everything is.

Books a room (Chappell) at Eden Hall for a friend after his wedding. They loved the room and the staff was just great. Location is very central.

The place is nice, very cozy. Walk to Victoria park near by made its location beautiful. Queen street is just couple of blocks from here. Some of great restaurants around here and shopping places. Overall its a very good place. Service was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay!

Charming and wonderful service. Beautiful Queen Anne styled historic home set within walking distance to the downtown area. View of the water. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was a surprising treat, as it was large and delicious. Manager, Judy; was sweet and made you feel like family. You won't regret staying here as a choice location for your stay in PEI. The room was nice and clean. However the shower was very small. Staff was great and the breakfast was tasty! I would stay here again.

Great B&B in downtown Charlottetown. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and ships downtown. Old historic home with newly renovated rooms. Comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely nice and check in and out was very easy. Only issues (and not major at all) is parking around back a bit tight and some typical things were absent from room that you may expect (landline phone and iron). As I said very minor. Have no issues recommending this location or staying again.

Great breakfast. Quiet place. Comfortable bed. Awesome staff! Really cozy. For the price, it is quite a bargain.
