A few years ago I had flown into Ch'town from St. John's, N. L. & my husband Allan was waiting for me at the airport, we live 20 miles west of Summerside, it was a blinding snowstorm night. It was a blizzard that came up very quickly & my husband, knew we wouldn't be able to make it home that night, so we went to The Inn on The Hill, we explained our situation with the unforeseen snowstorm & our situation of not being able to drive home. The clerk in charge was very kind & understanding our situation, so he said he would give us a room for half price. The room was a nice bright large double room looking down University, it was so nice & inviting since we had such a miserable drive trying to get there without getting into an accident from the blinding snowstorm.
We couldn't have been treated any better, & we really appreciated the hospitality of the staff, they really made our night relaxing & enjoyable, from our blinding snowstorm drive from the Airport.
I would recommend Quality Inn & Suites anytime.

PEI is so clean & waste conscience. Please get rid of all the plastic cups, utensils & plates in the dining room & put recycling bins everywhere. Breakfast was bad compared to other Quality Inns. Tvs need to be bigger too.

I had a delicious meal here. Nd I would love to win this! I would certainly go again! Thankyou enjoyed every morsel!

Best hotel we experienced. Most comfy beds. Staff were exceptional. 10 out of 10 Keep up the great work.

This is a terrible hotel, where management could care less about guests. They have deliberately booked rooms above an all night wedding, keeping paying guests awake with intolerable noise. This is totally unacceptable. When prompted to change rooms they said that none were available. I would not recommend staying in this place; it sucks.

Too good though a bit pricy. Parking available. Good options in the morning breakfast. Clean and well provided rooms. Preferable as the last option though if considering price.

Stayed in the Holland Grove house. Nice spacious and clean rooms. Doors give a good "bang" when they close. Kind of annoying when the next room kept on coming in and out at 6am. But overall a very comfortable stay.

Clean rooms and good food. Fresh eggs in the morning.

Can not believe the complete lack of professionalism and disrespect, as well as discrimination. Threatened to be thrown out with no warning, employee lacked reasoning, if anyone plans on booking, I’d advised otherwise, seeing as we had issues with the unreasonable stafff and were told our opinions mattered less than everyone else that stayed here. This is unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Friendly staff, great location, good price.

For it's category, this is a really good hotel. Free coffee and lemon water for guests is always available, the staff goes the extra mile to help guests, and they are very fire. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown, and if you go northbound, you will find eateries which are still open late.

Amazing buffet for Mother's Day! Great value also. The server's are incredibly nice and very good at their job. Highly recommend the food here and the accommodations.

Stayed there 3 weekends ago and can't imagine ever going back. Got to the hotel and the place had people smoking cigarettes and weed in the hallways even though they had a smoke free environment listing. I had to get up early in the morning but unfortunately could not fall asleep before 4 am because this place was like a raging frat house. Music was playing loud throughout the establishment to the point where all the covers and pillows stuffed over my head weren't enough to block out the noise. People were screaming and running in the corridors, I heard screaming and crying in the hallways and banging on my door and walls as there were fights going on. I could even hear punches landing. This went on without anything being done by the hotel. I would've left and gone to another hotel that same night but unfortunately, I was legitimately afraid that leaving my room was putting myself in harms way. Left a complaint with management but to my disappointment, no one reached out to me in 3 weeks, i'm not sure which is worst. The overnight at this hotel or the lack of care from management. I have traveled across the world and back, stayed in hostels and questionable establishments in troubled areas but never in my life have I had to experience a stay like this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Restaurant service was poor. Got the lunch special and was charged for the free dessert. Only noticed after I left. Wan NOT impressed at all. I will NEVER go back there again.

We stayed here as part of our Jack Frost Winterfest family package and had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The hotel was clean, well kept and modern. The service was wonderful, the staff are pleasant, kind and accommodating. The location is only blocks away from the centre of town and so convenient for exploring shops. The restaurant seemed very short staffed on Saturday dinner service and Sunday lunch there was only 1 server for the whole restaurant, service did suffer because she was run off her feet. She remained pleasant and professional but couldn’t keep up with the demand. Overall great experience! When staying in Charlottetown I would definitely stay here again!

The room is nice, service is friendly, and breakfast is good. Plus there's this textured carpet that is just really visually interesting. I'm normally a Marriott girl, but I definitely don't regret choosing to stay here. 10/10 I would totally stay here again.

Great food but server seemed unsure of herself so I'm guessing she was new. Very slow all around in dealing with our group.

The area is gorgeous and the location is amazing; minutes from all sorts of shops and food. The complimentary warm breakfast was much better than expected; waffles, eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, etc. It has been a great experience. My only complaint is that it was a little expensive when compared to similar hotels.

Pretty typical room. Clean, with all the expected features, fridge, etc. The heritage house rooms are kind of neat, and location is great.

Very clean… quiet and central to activities downtown. Good parking. Provide large hot breakfast free in the morning from 6 am to 9:30 am. :)

Best location in down town. Very clean and organized, special thanks to nice lady the coordinator or manager which supervised every single detail. Free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff. I stayed in the main building for two nights with my family. The other three separated smaller buildings located beside the parking lot, do not have elevator, even the Sutherland which is a three-story-building.

Friendly staff, who replaced the faulty coffee/tea maker in the room in the short period between us reporting it on the way to breakfast to our returning to the room after eating. Also had a spare bottle opener to loan us when we realized we forgot to pack ours. Clean​ & updated room, strong Wi-Fi signal, comfortable beds. The free breakfast nook was kept filled and didn't run short. No pool on site but passes are available to a nearby sports centre. Very handy location for walking to the Charlottetown Festival shows and plenty of local restaurants as well as Victoria Park.

We stayed in one of the houses. We were able to park right outside so it was easy to take our stuff in. The room was spacious and had a huge window. Very clean and quiet. Free breakfast was great also.

For the price, this hotel is a good deal. The location is within easy walking distance to everything downtown. The breakfast is fairly good, as it includes waffles, eggs, sausage and other usual continental breakfast items. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. The rooms themselves are not quite as up to date as some other hotels that we've stayed in, but everything is clean and comfortable.

Room was nice, but the other suite we had previous had a nicer layout. Location is walking distance from everything downtown. Two person tub was nice. Carpet was worn and outdated. Basic cable. Internet wasnt great, ping was slow and throughput was about 2mbps. Could reliably connect though. Included breakfast was OK but bland. Good coffee. Staff was nice. Decent place to stay, nothing mind blowing about it, but nothing sticks out worth complaining to the staff about either.

This is our second year coming to Quality Inn and we love it! The rooms are always very clean and we love the location.

Room was pretty standard. A bit noisy, but that's just the other guests. Had no toiletries upon check in but that was quickly resolved. Great location, close to everything.

Had our wedding reception, was great for the size of our wedding 80 people food was great service was good and room we had was amazing, definitely recommend the suite.

Wow! Complimentary check-in cookies and coffee :)! Verry good location, downtown near just about everything you can need: restaurants, bars and all kinds of stores. Great service, great staff, nice and clean air-conditionned non-smoking rooms. Brand new renovated bathrooms and beautifull decorations. Elevator, good Wi-Fi, flat screens, hot breakfast. Restaurant inside: I've tried the fish n chip made out of fresh local products and I tolly recommend. Sounds good to me, I'm in.

This place was great hot breakfast comfortable beds great front desk staff I enjoyed it here it was half the cost of the other hotels a block away would definitely recommend this hotel worth the trip thank you.

Nice hotel for the price. Great location.

Very bad especially for the price we paid. Poor customer service clerks. No pool and location not so good either. Room spelled like mould; we had to leave the window open.
