Just visited pei in the off season (October) to visit family and was so lucky to find this little gem! Their 2 bedroom cottages are very spacious and comfortably fit our family of 5 and 2 dogs! Cute, quiet and affordable. And the manager was super friendly and accommodating. We will stay here every time we go back! Thanks for a great stay ✌️

Nice size for a couple, with A/C kitchen area and fridge. Very clean and update fixture's. Lots outside space for activities with a beach volleyball court.

They cancelled my reservation the day of asking for full payment plus deposit the day of even though I booked with pay at hotel. Call Mill River Resort and they took care of me last, minute and all.

Nice cabins with everything you need, very clean and comfortable.

Stayed here with my parents and dog while traveling through Charlottetown so booked as we traveled. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was tight with 2 queen beds, but the living/kitchen area and bathroom were spacious and the front porch was nice. There was plenty of room for our large dog, 3 adults and suitcases. The location wasn't great being right off the Trans-Canada, but the cabin was quiet once inside. It's also convenient to the harbor and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed, conviently located near food and shopping district. Easy access from main drag and far enough from highway to keep traffic noise down.

No pool, no fire pit. You basically just rent a cabin to sleep there after touring all day. They knew we were having 5 people in one cabin, they had 3 mismatched coffee cups; and a cookie pan that didn't even fit in the oven. Pay $5 a day for a BBQ… just a few things they could take note of. The beds were comfy and staff was polite. It's close to an amazing breakfast place though — > Maid Marian's! Have to try it.

We enjoyed our two nights the other week, and wished our vacation was longer. It was so nice to have our little motel room as a base for exploring the area. We'll be back for sure, perhaps next time we'll be able to stay longer and we'll try a cabin!

Clean room and most important a comfortable bed. We stayed in the cottage, which was very affordable. There is a fridge stove microwave sink. A hide a bed couch and chair and table with 2 chairs. 2 queen sized beds in the bedroom. It is very close to grocery stores and Tim Horton if that's what you are into. A full sized coffee pot and kitchen utensils, pots and pans for cooking. There are several shopping centres and restaurants. PEI is a small island and you could drive around it in a day. We took a day trip from charlottetown to the west coast down the 11 highway left there at 3 pm to make it to the east coast for supper by 5pm. Anyways point is this. Place was pretty central to everything! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay here.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The location is great. Our only real complaint is anything we went to use for our food was dirty in the drawer, most things were so caked on we had to let soak over night. But we always had fresh towels which is really nice.

We stayed here In August & can't say enough about the motel. Never stayed in a motel that had complete kitchen was fantastic! More than accommodating and Fay was fantastic. We will be back next summer!

This place is a dump, booked in around 2.30 just to get the keys, left for a nice lobster dinner at St. Annes and returned ready for bed. Spiders were hanging from the front door, the place is back in the 70's furnishing. The remote for the t. V. Was missing. The beds looked like they had not been laundered. This place was a nightmare. We called the desk as the office was closed and told them we would not be staying. Of course they have refused to refund the 130.00 bucks they charged on my credit card. They say the charge is this much because we booked through Expedia and not directly. Stay away from here and look up the street for better and cleaner accomodation.

The service sucked, the accommodations were well below par, and I will never, ever go back there again.
