A beautiful inn, lots of character and history. The staff /owners are very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Stunning old home. Beautiful. Small bathroom but expected for an old house. Every other room was having all bathroom renovated. They looked beautiful. We loved every minute of staying here and the owners were amazing. Food was delicious. Going to book again in October. Only thing was the aircraft conditioning unit was very loud but it’s a 100+ year old home what can you expect. At least it was air Conditioned. We had such a good time there. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing place to stay… family owned, and guests are treated as such. Rooms are sparkling clean, comfortable, and the breakfasts we have had are lovely. Great location, too! Just a leisurely walk to downtown. We will be back!

Loved this place. Super friendly staff. I arrived really late after the check in time, but I was provided detailed information and instructions to access my room. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the historic, antique setting. The included breakfast was impressive. Nice and pleasant place to relax.

Beautiful place! Both interior and the outdoor areas are well decorated. The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and accommodating. My two young boys (5 and 8) loved running around the outdoor sitting area. I highly recommend the place.

Gorgeous little place, with fantastic customer service and delicious breakfast. The rooms are HUGE, lavishly decorated in accordance to the time it was built. Very quiet at night. The only slight downside is that one of their 'king' rooms actually has two twin beds pushed together and made as one, which moved during the night. Other than that, it's absolutely fantastic.

The Inn itsself is beautiful but the owners and workers are not very pleasent to deal with.

Lovely meal and drinks with a great ambionce. Servers were pleasent and not overly pushy. They addressed our needs and wants in a timely manner.

Had our wedding there last night. Everything was perfect and the staff, especially Mitchell were fantastic to work with. Thank you so much.

My visit to the Historic Inn, was extraordinary from my arrival to check out. The staff was exceptional and offered warm hospitality along with their outstanding rooms and delicious food. This cozy, clean and exquisitely decorated Inn was a delight in every sense of the word.

I've stayed at the Fairholm properties multiple times and they've always maintained the highest standard of excellence. The Innkeeper Brooke is warm and welcoming along with his terrific staff. The rooms are delightful, the breakfast is outstanding and the property is perfect of strolling. All in all it's the ideal place to stay in Downtown Charlottetown.

I have stayed multiple times at the Fairholm properties and each time is an excellent experience. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the hospiality cannot be matched and location is superb. Overall the ideal spot to stay In Downtown Charlottetown.

Stayed in one of their apartements through Airbnb. Turned out to be a block from the venue we were performing at. Clean, comfortable, excellent service and great price.

These are beautiful properties. Centrally located in Charlottetown. An easy 5 minute walk to the downtown area which is filled with shops and restaurants. The staff at Fairholm are courteous and responsive to any needs.

The room is very nice with modern style while at the same time have touches of the old world. Staff is very attentive as well as great attitudes. Free coffee, tea, and water at the main lobby. As it is an old building, the AC of a portable machine, however it adds to the charm of the room. Will definitely stay at this hotel again, when visiting Charlottetown.

Beautiful stay in the older house. Staff was wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It was nice to have a yard to spend the evening in.

The owner verbally attacked a young woman just for asking for someone to clean dead bugs out of her room. And then forced her to take a discount off her rental price, and after she refused 3 times he did it anyway and when she left he banned her from the property and threatened her with the police. The professionalism is seriously lacking and the photos I have seen are terrible. They will never have my business.

The owner needs to learn better customer service! I don't know what kind of housekeeping staff they have but the room was full of dead bugs. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Definitely not worth $295.00!

Unprofessional service.
Unclean room, staff took a ridiculous amount of time calling the owner to see what to do about it for some reason instead of just coming to clean it, then still didn't clean it.
When the owner arrived he treated the customer like dirt and threatened to call the police on her for no reason (the customer was a young, female professional photographer and was alone at the time of the conversation).
Absolutely baffled as to why this situation wasn't handled quickly by cleaning the room properly and allowing the customer and her clients to finish their appointments.
And there is no excuse for the disrespect and intimidation this young woman faced. She was a paying customer who just wanted to go home after a TERRIBLE experience at this hotel.

Beyond unprofessional management. Should you not want to run a facility you would be proud of? Saying im sorry to a paying guest when their room was infested with wasps alive and dead goes a long way. Beautiful rooms However ugly service.

Ok this place is amazing. I went there for a wedding, the venue is perfect for a small wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and went out of their way to cater to the unique needs guests have. There was a mix up with our room, they gave us a room for two but we were three, but they were very prompt at rectifying the situation by giving my son his own room, no charge. The bed in our room (Fitzroy suite) was ever so comfortable, we called it the four poster cloud. Honestly the best staff I have ever dealt with, Mitch especially deserves a high five and then some. The establishments are well maintained If you ever go to Charlottetown and want to stay in Historical downtown the Fairholm Inn is your best and most beautiful option. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The minute you walk in the door the ambiance is warm and inviting. You feel like you've gone back in time. The staff are helpful and eager to please. The beds were comfortable, and the room — spacious and clean. The breakfast was just enough — with fresh homemade bread and jams to boot! Cozy nooks to read in, pergola to hang out during the day, or sit at the fire pit at night — just a few blocks from downtown and the shoreline. Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

The room was amazing, spacious, the inn keeper was very friendly and helpful, absolutely beautiful view and close to many things to do, I will be booking for any future visits to charlottetown. Rate 10 out of 10

Staff was the most helpfull of any hotel I can remember. Seemed to sincerely want to make your stay great and they helped make our visit to Charlottetown a success. Breakfast was decadent. Kept up very well. Well worth the money for a once in a lifetime experience.
