Perhaps we just aren't B&B people but we found the whole experience a little too personal. The public areas were adorned with religious and familial artifacts and the conversation seemed more strange than friendly small talk (admittedly thanks to another guest at the time). The food was tasty enough, the pool was delightful and the ensuite washroom was a blessing but a more comfortable bed would have been nice.
Lovely peaceful and wonderful the owner are amazing host.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay, the innkeeper's are absolutely amazing, unlike past experiences staying at other B & B's I really felt welcome and given the level of privacy I enjoy yet I still felt the friendly welcoming family like atmosphere a B&B offers. The innkeepers were also extremely accommodating with letting me use the pool late into the evening as well as a later departure so I could digest that fantastic breakfast followed by a noon swim before departing. I highly recommend anyone who finds themselves in the area stay at Heath Haven Bed and Breakfast by far the best experience and especially the pool and breakfast made it a place I look forward to returning if just for one night before Summer's end.
