Food was cold and service was really slow. We had five kids with us and three adults and we were hurrying to leave after two hours.

The waitress Virginia was so helpful and a great host.

The best fish fry ever! Reasonable prices! Great Canadian beer! Excellent service!

Nice view of the St. Lawrence from here. The menu is limited as is the beer on tap, but adequate. For a more varied menu with less of a view try Cornwall's Pub, where they have more beer's on tap and much colder, which is always welcome on a hot day. Had the fish and chips, and the cold smoked salmon sandwich. Both were enjoyed.

What a great place to eat relax and enjoy the view! Great food never been disappointed. The tour boats leave right there why not check out the 1000 islands and make a day of it!

We stayed in the St Brendan's room. It was quaint and well cared for. The staff at the inn were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this inn to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Saturday morning of my buddies wedding, they decide to pump out the septic tank. At 8 AM. This couldn't have been done during the week? Or even mid-day? Extremely loud truck for about an hour, woke everyone up. The power was out in the morning and we had perishables in the fridge, couldn't make coffee, A. C. And ceiling fan did not work… not a great experience.

Great restaurants in the village of Rockport on the St. Lawrence river. Great views of the river. Attended Father's Day Brunch. Excellent selection of very good quality food. Great spot to dine after a boat tour!

Was there for a work related event. Had the fish and chips which were very good. Staff were very friendly as well. No complaints.

Brought my mom and sister here and they loved the food, service and ambiance. We also kicked out with music by Black Rapids Gold! Great experience. We will be back.

Beware of hotel management billing policy… if you give a credit card over the phone when reserving a room, be sure you want your stay billed to that credit card given. We got there around 4:00pm, the office was closed… got our room keys from the pub and I wanted to check in/pay the room with another credit card the next morning. WRONG… they billed our room at 4:19pm the day we got there (before we checked in) ; they were supposed to be open in the office until 5:00pm… We were told they were under new management by an office employee with new policies, and later found out there was no change in management. Asked for a break in the room charge or perhaps cover our dinner that night for their hasty reaction; we got 'there is nothing we can do for you'. The pub manager did buy us a drink our last night there. We have been guests there for many years, and have always loved the hotel and restaurant. Will probably NOT be going back there anymore, unfortunately… very disappointed. The office manager never tried to speak to us in person…

The boathouse country inn is a small hotel right on the docks. There are a few restaurants around, though the excitement dies down pretty early in the evening. It's a great place to get some sun and some water, but the wind is lacking. I recommend installing wind generators.

Our dive shop booked a weekend stay here at the Bunkhouse for our group back in the winter for a July weekend stay. We arrived only to find out that they hadn't actually booked it in for some unknown reason and of course no longer had any rooms left. When we arrived, the front desk staff tried to blame it on us. Not only were they completely rude about it, they blatantly continued lied saying that they called us up to nine times with no response from our end. I'm pretty sure we would have answered or returned such a message. No apologies, just complete rudeness. Thanks to Caigers Resort down the road for bailing us out. Give Caigers your business if staying in the Rockport area.

The rooms are clean and comfortable; and the staff are reliable. The Cornwall Pub next door always had good food and a reasonably priced. I used to stay at Caigers. I haven't been back since I started staying here.

Restaurant very nice affordable and very good.

On Father's Day my daughter took me to the restaurant. Great service but very costly mediocre (and I am being kind) food. I am a resident of the area and unfortunately will not recommend this as an eating destination.

Locaton was great, on water. I agree with the other reviews there is not much to do in Rockport so really you only need one night. Cruise line is at your doorstep though and so are 3 restaurants. Everything in the area is expensive so cost was a little high but you are right on the water can see the river out back balcony. The motel room sizes were fine but the beds were very uncomfortable. They need to spend some cash on new matresses.
