This is an old style hotel with a mechanical key. The room are modern and clean. I stay here every time I’m in Widsor.

They have keys for the room doors not door cards!

It's a pity that to go to Chicago you have to go through customs every time, spending 5 euros (both one one and go). Get ready for long lines for controls. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It has a laundry service with drying and washing for 1, 5 euros per service. Perfect breakfast with yogurt, donuts, pancarré, cereal, milk etc.

Stonecroft was a recently renovated hotel with clean rooms and beautiful bathrooms. There was a window style air conditioner that did a good job but was kinda loud. The rooms were clean, the shower was fantastic with lots of warm water and beautiful tile. Breakfast wasn't great but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. And for the price versus other hotels in the area you can easily do that.

Dont forget your credit card you book the room with ahead of time… they will leave you on the street. Recommended to a friend who unfortunately forgot their card. The clerk was ride and did not allow a cash deposit. All other area hotels were shocked at this practice… my friend ended up getting 1 free night of 3 at another hotel. Totally regret recommending this hotel. Our company wont be using it now.

I love the place! Very comfortable beds. Awesome rooms and very friendly staff. The place is very accessible too. Would love to stay here again, given the opportunity.

What a lovely place! Our room was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and the variety amazing! The staff were very professional and friendly. We had a medical emergency that cut our stay short and they were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you! Will definitely be booking again when we return to redo this trip. If I could give you 10 stars I would! All the best to you!

The room was very modern, clean and I felt a sense of comfort the minute I walked into the room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly; the location is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be staying here again for sure.

A family run hotel that was comfortable and welcoming. Check in and check out were easy. The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. We slept well and were ready for a busy day. The breakfast was ready early enough for us as we had to get an early start and be on the road by 7:00 am. We would definitely consider returning here the next time we need to stay in Windsor.

We stayed for one night at this sweet little inn and have nothing but amazing things to say. We arrived and were greated by a professional and knowledgeable man who got us checked in promptly and with great news that we were upgraded. We got into our room and it felt so cozy, clean and lovely that we almost could forget we were at a hotel/inn! The room we had was big and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it with me. And the pillows! So fluffy and soft. Everything was stocked to perfection and clean to a tee! Such a wonderful experience. We are gladly looking forward to our next stay at the Stonecroft Inn.

Nice little hotel. Bar restaurant attached that has decent food. Bed is quite comfortable and its very clean. Light Continental breakfast included.

Maid service is severely lacking. I am pretty sure she picked my towel up off the floor and stuck it back on the shelf. They did not change the sheets on the beds. Did not restock the coffee or anything else that goes along with that. Front desk acted inconvenienced when asked about more for the room (coffee, creamer) and they don’t even keep coffee in the “breakfast area “ for guests during the day! Pillows are very uncomfortable. They are like throw pillows only too soft. No support. This hotel is straight out of the 70s… seriously: a key — an actual key! — opens the doors! Please PLEASE UPDATE THIS HOTEL! If I had known it would be like this here, I would have opted to pay a few more dollars for the casino hotel. I give an extra star because the layout of the room is decent and the shower is goodish. Pretty sure I will not be back, though.

The room was clean with a nicely renovated bathroom. Slightly out of the downtown area but close enough to get into the city without problems. Breakfast was lacking in variety. Overall a comfortable stay.

Really really comfortable beds, and fluffy pillows! Room was clean and bathroom was beautiful, the shower door could have had padding so it didn't hit so loud though. Continental breakfast was on par, but could have had larger plates / non-styrofoam! They were willing to accommodate our friend with an accessibility issue without hesitation! Prices were fair too! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying there next time I'm in Windsor!

Nice little hotel! Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are all updated and the beds are actually very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Wow. Very impressed. I always stayed at well known brand hotel and I am happy with my stay at this inn. Very clean. All you need is here. Staff is very friendly. Continental breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Is close to everywhere. Strongly recommend this hotel if you looking for place to stay in Windsor. Thank you.

What great service and the waitress was very pleasant (Karen). Restrooms were very clean, meal was excellent and done just the way we asked for it. Had a good group of people and a steady flow coming and going. My hat off to the chef! There was no rushing to get you in and out.

This was a great hotel. We were visiting from Germany and were in the hotel for 10 days. We will definitely be coming back here next year! The room was clean and spacious. We had a big fridge which was very useful and a coffee maker. The hotel is near lots of shops including Walmart and there is a restaurant which is open until 23.00 on site (a lot of restaurants seem to close at 22.00 in Windsor). Staff were very friendly.

Twice we stayed at the Stonecroft Inn. We were impressed with the hospitality. However, the rooms blew us away! Super clean with very comfortable rooms. You will not be disappointed :)

It's our go to place when in windsor… not the best continental breakfast… but it breaks the fast.

The Stonecroft Inn was a great place to stay. We were working on and off in Windsor and tried to come stay here each time. Very close to lots of restaurants and even has one attached to it. The rooms are very nice, clean, and full of everything you may need while you stay. Staff was very helpful and courteous. There was a mistake with our booking, but they did everything that they could to fix it for us. In the end, everything worked out. Would stay again if, we are ever in Windsor again.

Only gripe was we booked online for a room for 2 adults 3 children after booking in and going to room we discovered they don't actually have rooms for 5 people they said we could have extra blankets. We purchased an air bed. So be aware if you book on line.

I was very impressed. I rate rooms mostly on comfort. Amazing beds and the pillows were so comfortable. You could teach some of the Toronto top hotels a thing or two. Would definitely stay here whenever we have to be in Windsor.

Nice modern updated rooms. Friendly staff. Love that the shower head is 6'4" from the shower floor. Only complaint is the walls are thin and u can hear everyone. Overall very good tho. I would recommend it to others.

Very recently renovated. Everything looks great, beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are great. Continental breakfast is okay, but hey it's free. And the coffee was surprisingly good.

Great little Inn that's clean and has plenty of parking. I was in Windsor for an event and was looking for a convenient place that was close to the border (in case we wanted to do some shopping), and close to our venue. This fit the criteria and my budget of less than $150/night. Breakfast is very very simple but good if you're just heading out and need a fruit or yogourt or cereal.

The Stonecroft Inn is a great place to stay for any reason the newly renovated rooms are beautiful and the staff is friendly, the only bad thing I can say is that the lack of a workout room even a small one to accommodate busniess travellers is very disappointing. If there was a in hotel Gym I would rate The Stonecroft Inn a 5 Star.
