Room was clean — great king size bed. Breakfast smelled good (little continental station with waffle maker) but too busy to try it. Prices increase with events — so be warned.

Had a great stay at this location! Not only did they provide breakfast but there was a lot of options. There was also an AC provided in the room. The staff was very nice, and accommodated accordingly. Will definitely be coming back to this location whenever I am in the area.

I love the kitchenette room for cooking while away from home. The rooms are clean but everyone has there own idea of clean (I'm not picky with mildew in shower). The rooms are slightly dated but doesn't matter to me since the beds are great for me. All the staff is super friendly and the 6am start time for breakfast is even bigger deal for the folks who have early starts. Keep up the great work! Only drawback is location (distance from food places if you don't book a kitchenette room) and parking is a bit awkward.

We stayed 2 nights and the hotel had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was a bonus, the hotel was clean.

It was correct, on the other hand, it said who had who spoke French… I do not know was where because we did not caught a calisse who spoke French in there as an employee.

Had a work get together. It was clean, and nice staff but there is no bathroom on the lower level, no tea provided you need to go up to get some yourself but coffee was available in travel urn. Also staff are not really educated on price of conference room rentals, fire code. Was told to call the manager when he comes back from holidays in 3 days. Over all good experience though.

We had a great stay here. The room was quiet and clean and well-priced. There was a good spread of food for breakfast!

Was barrated with such disgust at the front counter by the desk clerk, they were over booked with more looking to book. We were essentially treated like cockroaches for having booked online too far in advance for the mans liking (March) and not having a receipt of payment. Apparently our confirmation number only provides the booking info, not payment info. We chose to cancel our reservation and leave on the spot rather than call our credit company for proof as his complete attitude & treatment of me made the chance of a relaxing & romantic evening impossible to achieve under the same roof as him. We will be dealing with Wyndham for a refund as Travelodge apparently did not have the information, to our fault. A completely ruined anniversary. Thanks Travelodge!

Accommodated me at the last minute as I was driving though town, polite, great prices and the rooms were more than I had payed for, my go toin Trenton.

Overall a pleasant stay on our way to Toronto. Location itself isn't interesting but it's close enough to other activities. Parking lot was large and the included breakfast was nice.

Accommodations are small but the staff is awesome, quite, and quaint. Delicious continental breakfast, and close to the waterfront and there is a lot of nature.

No complaints about our stay! We were looking for a cheap hotel for a night while passing through town and this fit the bill. Staff were all very friendly and talkative and the room was clean. There looked to be a modest size continental breakfast too, but we took off early and weren't able to try it out.

I was truly disappointed with this place. After reading all the good reviews and seeing the Certificate of Excellence sticker from TripAdivsor, I thought this place would be better. We reserved two rooms to stay overnight on our trip to Toronto. Upon checking in, we got our two room assignments and I open the door to one of the rooms. The room was on the third floor. The room has not been cleaned yet. It was around 11PM. The bed was a mess, the towels were all over the floor. I have my infant son with me. I go to the front desk to get a room change and we were assigned a room on the "first floor. " It was actually more like the basement since the windows are 6ft off the ground, with views of the concrete flooring. My son was sleeping because it was late and the walls are very thin, it seems like someone forgot to put insulation in the walls. Our next door neighbor was playing music pretty loud until 1AM and we could hear every word they were saying. Upon checking into the "first floor" room, we noticed the sound problem and went up to check to see if we could change the room. No more available rooms we were told, and nothing was done about the noise level since it was over two hours before the neighbors fell asleep. The decor of the hotel is dated, there's some dirt or black spots on the wallpapers, we found a dead bee by the bed's carpeting and tons of flys/bugs by the entrance of the hotel.

From the moment I called to book our room for a wedding we had in Trenton the staff were amazing. We were able to book early check in without any issues, we were coming from out of town. Once were were there we were greated by Joan who was super friendly and informative about the local area, she was able to direct is in a precise and friendly manor. Our room was clean, temperature comfortable and all the emenities we needed for the night. The venue the wedding was at had a shuttle back at the end of the night which we used. In the morning we checked out but were trying to figure out how we were getting our car, when the wonderful lady behind the desk heard us has offered to drive us to our car since it was raining and we would wait a while for a cab. I would recommend staying here, the staff go over and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

Me and my gf arrived for our anniversary, upgraded specifically to the jacuzzi room. Arrived late at night to check in tired and were given a different room because front desk told us the jacuzzi room was already booked. Staff doesn't communicate at all. Joan the manager has no courtesy. Very upset. These people charged a $50 early check in fee which I understood cause of our arival time. Not accomdating at all. Horrible scenario and experience. Did not waive early check in fee because we got a "deal".

Clean room and friendly staff. Good selection at the free breakfast (6am-10am). Free Wi-Fi, close to downtown Trenton and easy to get to Belleville along Hwy 2.

Right beside base, it is an ugly hotel from the outside but outstanding on the inside. Incredible service, allows pets, and has a kitchen right in some of the rooms. Would stay again.
