The place has been recently renovated and is one of the nicest comfort inn that I stayed in. I had a problem with a reservation that I did online and the staff was very easy and helpful to fix it.

Its pretty clean and a good rate.

I've stayed there for work 6 or 7 times this summer for work. Great service. Clean rooms decent breakfast.

Extremely frustrated. The hotel was nice and the staff was very good but Comfort Inn Choice (corporate) lost our reservation and didn't help even though we jad a reservation confirmation from booking and also an email. Staff on site did everything possible but their head office wouldn't help and were horrible.

The breakfast at Comfort Inn Trenton is awesome and yummy. You get a wide assortment of foods from cereals to pancakes to sliced breads to sausages and eggs. It's well worth the price! The rooms are ok. The only thing I would ask is have the rooms aired before the guests move in. It smelled stuffy the moment you get in but it goes away after you have the AC on. The customer service desk is very friendly and helpful. All questions were answered with warmth and care. The person did not make us feel rush at all and focused on us alone before serving another customer. I love this kind of service. Thank you.

This is your typical Comfort Inn hotel, on the budget price range. Conveniently located off the main highway, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Trenton. The hotel has been recently renovated, so it feels nice and clean. There is free parking, free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast The hotel does not have a swimming pool, but they let you use the facilities at the YMCA, which is just across the street, walking distance. The hotel has only two floors, it does not have an elevator, and it does not have a bell boy. If you cannot carry your bags up the stairs to the second floor, I suggest you request a first-floor room. Many of these first floor rooms have sliding doors to the parking lot, very convenient. The bedroom and the bathroom are comfortably sized. The room we stayed was 214. Our room was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I do not like is that they don’t use the double sheet cover system, but a brown bedspread.

We chose this Hotel while traveling through the area because we have stayed there two years ago and everything was fantastic! This year however we booked a room for four people and ended up having them change our accommodation by accident leaving us with one king bed and one pullout couch. When we went to the front desk because we didn’t have pillows or blankets for the pole out they said they Should be in the room. My husband said yes but they aren’t, and she said we don’t have any extra. The service was not friendly the accommodations were screwed up and we didn’t even bother to stick around for the breakfast after the forest service the evening before. We also heard other guest dealing with front desk and having similar problems. We will be finding a new hotel along our route next year.

This place was great for a 2-star motel. Every motel I've stayed at was always poorly taken care of and with lackluster service. Breakfast was included and had the standard types of food. Along with free coffee and water in the lobby all day. The gym was also pretty decent.

A nice spot for my daughter and I to rest for the night.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are welcoming. The cleanliness is second to none. The exercise room actually has equipment that works. The breakfast options are endless including fresh fruit.

Several children who run in groups in the corridors. Very noisy. We are offered another more expensive room at our expense. Grrr.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Kelly the breakfast attendant is simply lovely… She made sure we had everything we needed & she kept the diningroom very spotless… The Housekeeping Staff make up beautifully comfortable rooms… The attended to every detail… The Front Desk Staff area so accomadating… They have fresh coffee in foyer, a business centre, washroom, vending machines… Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, microwave, fridge, TV, coffee maker, reading mini lights, big closet, desk, gym… Pets are welcome & adored at this hotel… Parking if free and you can park right by your room… Comfort Inn is Across the road from YMCA which has a pool, gym, walking track indoor, basketball, all kinds of activities for families… There is also a McDonald's, Tim Hortons, and a gas station with convenience store… The Comfort Inn is close to 401 & downtown Trenton, Ontario… highly recommended for families, couples, travellers, seniors etc…

I would give 10 stars to this hotel if possible. We stayed here for well over a month while waiting for our new build to be completed & were treated like family. The staff is friendly & more than accommodating; the rooms are homey, bright, immaculately clean & the beds are super comfortable. Every room is nicely appointed with a microwave, fridge, flat-screen tv, coffee machine, desk, internet & lots of cupboard & drawer space. Breakfast is included in the reasonably-priced rates with a self-serve hot/cold buffet. The lobby is large & cozy with a fireplace, large-screen tv, a computer, lots of seating & offers a coffee & refreshing lemon drink bar which is always available & free to guests. We highly recommend Comfort Inn, Trenton, ON.

Comfortable beds with nice modern rooms located right near highway. Decent price.

Breakfast included, a plus. Close to YMCA where we can use the swimming pool, another plus. Room is decent with fridge and microwave.

Stayed two nights on the second floor. Bed, TV, shower. Everything was good. Staff were friendly. Only downside is no elevator. A huge problem for some people.

Stayed the night. Great hotel room, nice and clean. Fitness centre was open late and the breakfast was great. Would definately stay again.

Huge disappointment … horrible cleaning services … they dont clean anything except for fixing the bed. Found spider webs in 2 different room. Towel racks are full of dust. I informed the management about the spider webs 2 times and nothing happened. They did not even bother to take a look or apologize. They have Air Conditions from the 90s without any sensors. So you have to touch the filthy AC every half an hour to turn it off/on. The bed mattresses are really bad. I wasn't able to sleep properly. The GYM is tiny and smells really bad.

Rooms are well the toilet was clogged when arriving. Charge on my credit card $440 for a week after my stay and they still have not reimbursed me.

Good location right off highway 401, great friendly service and comfortable beds.

I rented a drive up/ground floor room and it was very clean, and just the right size. The cost was well worth it. The staff gave me a courtesy call asking what I thought of the room and offering anything I needed. Much appreciated. I recommend this hotel! I'll be back for sure! Thank you, Comfort Inn! Comfortable. Mostly up to date. Room temperature control is dated. You control the settings at the register with no specific set temp. Near highway and rail but still quiet. Many traveling utility contractors stay here apparently. At least there were that night.

Loved it. Very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning too.

This is the most FANtastic place to stay I have found in a long time, it is all newly renovated the beds are OUTstandingly comfortable, the cleanliness is beyond reproach, and HEY the Breakfast is more than a person could ask for! Oh and 42 inch (my favorite) LG flat screen and a shitload of channels.

If you are visiting Trenton, this is the place to stay. Great clean rooms, amazing breakfast and great value for the price. Not to mention, the service was great and the workers were so welcoming.

It looks like this hotel has been renovated. The room was nice and clean. Good beds, had a good night. Breakfast is included, and offers a lot of choice.

The location is close to the highway and not to far of a drive to town. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable the staff are friendly as well. I would recommend this to my friends.

Your standard motel chain. Recently upgraded. The best reason to stay here is the rooms on the ground floor accept pets. The second floor is pet free.

Had to stay here during an ice storm. It is currently under complete renovations. The rooms are amazing, with comfortable high end mattresses and modern decor. Pleasantly surprised. I would expect to find this quality of room in Toronto but not in Trenton. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My whole Squadron went and we got a bunch of rooms all was fine thestaff where fair and respectful.

Imagine a Comfort Inn off the 401 in Trenton. Staff super nice. Clean room. Fast free internet. Free Breakfast was not that good, but whatever.

Seems that most reviews are from unhappy folks. We (that would be me and my dogs) have been staying here for an average of 15 nights a year for the past 4 years. As the title says — this is our home from home — always welcoming and inviting. Yes, there is the odd time when perfection is lacking — that can be said for any home. Smokers beware — we are not always the most respectful residents and the odd one of us may be known to leave our mark. I am always amazed at how well the cleaning staff remove the odours of the previous guest in the smoking rooms. Stay here with ease. Friendly staff, good security and clean rooms.
