Not going to lie. We really had a great time here at the sunset inn. Staff was really friendly and great hospitality. Enjoy my nightly chats with the old man (owner) such a great guy.

Nice and comfortable stay for 2 nights, we enjoyed the King bed and Jacuzzi. The owner and staff are very kind accomodated our needs and with the heat wave the pool was definitely a bonus and it took us 15min to casino and clifton hill. We walked everywhere in short distance. Liquor store across the road added bonus. We will be back.

I loved having a microwave and fridge in the room as it was very convenient. The rooms were clean which is very important for me. To make it even better the owner is extremely customer oriented and took the time to get to know everyone who was staying at the inn and made sure everyone had everything they needed to make their stay comfortable. When we left he even offered us food and drinks for the road trip. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely go back whenever I am in that part of town.

Sunset Inn will now be my family of six go to vacation hotel every year. They have absolutely amazing staff, big and clean rooms, fantastic location & a beautiful clean pool. They made our stay in Niagara Falls wonderful. Sunset inn was perfect & cant wait to go back next year.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff, walking distance from Clifton Hills. The room was comfortable, air-conditioning worked great. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't included with our reservation, but there is a great restaurant across the street. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Stay here if you want a clean room at a good price that's close to everything. Staff was very helpful, letting us know where the best place to change money and other tips for tourist. Friendly and accommodating. They let us park after we checked out without any hesitation. Would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel provided the basic needs. Very friendly staff, good & free parking. We were allowed to park there after check out so we could wonder a bit before heading out. A little expensive, but good location. Close walk to everything. It was quiet and had a cute pool. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. Great place across the street to grab breakfast. They did provide bread and jelly for toast. We will come back, BUT hopefully they lower the price!

For a little motel/hotel in the middle of all the action in Niagara Falls this is a really comfy, quiet, clean place to stay. The staff is polite and the rooms are fair with all the amenities. We walked to the falls in less than 15 minutes. The pool is closed for maintenance but looks great when in operation. Our room had a huge jacuzzi. We'd stay again for sure, we're saying 5 star cuz of cleanliness and comfort.

This is the worst place I have ever booked. We booked a family room and had a lot of problems with both the room and the service. The power plugs in the room had issues which although fixed by the room owner, was done rudely and he even made it seem as if we were freaking out over a small problem like 'the power plugs'. When we asked to borrow the printer to print out my resume which I had to use for a job interview the next day, they rejected me saying the printer was for important purpose only. After checking out, me and my family wanted to wait at the lobby for 2hours for our booked taxi service to arrive. They rejected me, saying that they didnt want us waiting in the lobby to bother customers. Instead, he offered to let me check out late for an extra sum of money, charging 20% of the room rate for a late checkout. (it was only a 2-3hours checkout. Do note that the motel was empty, with only 3/20 rooms). When our taxi driver arrived and we wanted to drop off the keys, the checkout counter was empty and when I called out for service, I had to wait 10minutes for service as the owner was doing her laundry. Apparently, laundry is more important than customer service at this place. Avoid at all cost.

This Motel is close to everything. The owner is very nice and helped our family have a great stay. The room could have been a little cleaner when we first got there. But for a motel we were very happy. No bugs comfortable beds and everything worked in the room. I would recommend staying here and would stay again myself…

The place wasn't packed so the owner offered us a discounted price in a high-end room. He and his family were very pleasant and friendly. The room decor was dated (80's) but it was VERY clean. We checked sheets, mattress for bugs, and the bathroom and ALL came up clean. The bed sheets were bright white and crisp, and we received a second sheet upon asking (I don't sleep under the bed "covers" motels tend to use). The Jacuzzi and jets were also clean when we tested it and the bathroom was freshly caulked and well-maintained. The AC was older but kept the room cool and our key deposit was returned without issue. We were very happy with our stay and will be returning!

Great location, walking distance to the falls and Clifton hill. Close to 24hr food, walking distance to casino. They are very friendly and welcoming. This is my go to place!

A quite Inn with clean spacious rooms. There were TV, mini fridge and a microwave. The staff were very nice and informative on places and things to do while we were there. The location is ideal for exploring the tourist areas and close to lots of food options. I will definitely come back to this Inn when I'm in the area. Honestly best bang for your buck.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty sheets (hair dead bugs stains). Rooms were dusty under the beds. Heater in one room disconnected. I dont know how anybody can give this place a good review. This doesnt deserve a one star rating but only way to post.

My family attended this motel for a weekend away, and rented 4 rooms, all of which were absolutely the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Dead lice in one bed, lights weren't working, dirty sheets including small hairs in one bed and mystery stains. After complaining the next morning, then going out for the day, we came back to a bowel movement in the toilet, which was not from any of us, and the bed was not changed. It was my daughter's birthday and that is just not acceptable, I hope this place is condemned, and the "managers" are sent back to whatever country they are from, in Canada we have standards for how people are treated.

Spent the night with my wife. Had a great time. Clean rooms. Best prices and excellent customer service. No pubic hairs like the Hilton… keep up the good work.

The rooms were perfect. I enjoyed the colour scheme, and everything was very clean and well maintained. When I called down to the front desk to ask for a shower cap, the response time was very prompt. Over all, a very good experience.

Nice location to where we needed to go but very dirty. Hairs on the towels and walls. Very dirty sink and toilet. Toilet paper wasn’t replaced and used looking and there were smudges every where including the head boards. Was afraid to use any of the towels or touch things because it was so dirty. We needed the hotels for our dogs to stay and even then they wanted to charge $50 EACH dog. Def a waste of money. Could have went some where else for cheaper. We were also constantly stared down by one of the staff and watched every move we did. Very creepy and uncomforting. For sure will not be going back and would never recommend this place to anyone!

We were family of 8 (3 small kids). Got family room. Nice. Clean. Not chic, but good enough for one or two nights stay. Very good location. Responsive service. Do recommend for short stay.

We had a great experience as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel manager, Mr. Shaky, is simply an awesome and gracious host, very friendly and helpful indeed. He pays great attention to guests. He provided very useful guidance during our stay. My husband and kids took to him right away. Our family suite was very clean and we had a steady supply of toiletries and fresh towels. It was very functional, we had a good sized fridge, a microwave oven, iron etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly. There is free parking on the premises and the location is simply excellent because It's only a walking distance from Niagara falls and most of the surrounding attractions. This saved us a lot of money because we did not have to use any commercial parking lots while visiting the attractions we simply walked. I must mention that when we checked out, the hotel manner, Mr. Shaky even packaged extra breakfast for us to enjoy on our trip. That was very thoughtful. We would most definitely use this hotel the next time we visit Ontario, Canada.

Great price quality value motel, clean and hospitable, Excellent or Moumtaz as his owner name, 20 minutes walk from the Falls and the action. Will come back again with the family, 5 persons with 2 big beds, fridge + microwave helped. Thanks again. Was there in August 2017.

Great hotel for the price you are paying. I had eight of my friends stay at this hotel for a weekend in June and the hotel manager was fine with us partying as long as we were respectful. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The owner let us park our car in the parking lot for free after we checked out so that we could go see the falls. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to people looking for a cheap clean place to stay.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the falls walking distance. Multiple restaurant, shops, ice cream stands and haunted houses to enjoy yourself at. The rooms are very well kept and clean. The beds are not quite queen size but can fit 2 people. The manager was very nice and very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely say here again.

AMAZING staff and the owner is even more amazing. I didn't print off some vouchers and they were nice enough to do it for me. My family (me my husband and 3 kids) will definitely always stay here in the future and we will recommend it to everyone.

There complimentary breakfast is horrible… not even breakfast more like a snack. I was thinking full out breakfast… I thought wrong all you get is coffee and bread…

Needs improvement with cleanliness. Felt unsafe due to improper locking mechanisms. Tried to save some money, but it was not worth the uncomfortable vibe or hassle. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. Also, the non-smoking rooms were definitely used for smoking. Would never recommend. The owners should treat their customers better as well. They don't care about you or your stay they only want your money.

My husband and I stayed two nights here, after only booking one. The owners were so good to us we stayed an extra night! They are personable, on site 24hours, easy to get along with and all around great people. We met others staying at the inn that have been going back every year for the past 10-20 years some of them. The place is clean, quiet, great staff, family and pet friendly, everything you could ask for at great rates! We will definitely be back in the near future and will always choose to stay here on our trips to niagara! Thank you all so much at sunset inn!

We stayed in a king bed with a large Jacuzzi tub in the room. The owners were extraordinarily gracious and helpful. The room was quite nice — though a little dated. Great stay for 2 people in their late 20s.

Don't go. Don't recommend to anyone! Place is disgusting! Stains everywhere, toilet wasn't flushed, got denied a refun when we refused to sleep in the room we were assigned, really cold at night, not worth the price as all! Would rather sleep in my car. Don't waste your money on this filthy place.

Would not recommend to anyone! This place is so dirty! Had to ask for a refun, which I got denied, due to a dirty room we got placed in. Bed, towels, and floor had a bunch of stains which looked like blood. Toilet wasn't flushed, very cold at night and extremely out dated. This place is not worth the money rather of slept in my car. Please do not even bother booking a room there spend the extra money and get a decent place to sleep!

I would not recommend the guy at the desk was drunk and was very rude. He's real rude and it's Very Very cold no heat. No wonder it's cheap. Good luck motel 6 for $10 more.

WORST WORST WORST! I Wish there were no stars for them. They are the big cheaters and the owner, IMTIAZ, does not know how to treat customers or talk to people. Don't bother even look at the rooms. Please save yourself and never come here. I will never recommend them in 100 years.

We stayed at this motel for few days, you're greeted with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in. Rooms are spacious, clean and accommodating. You're minutes away from Niagara falls which is great, no need to worry about parking or parking fees. Owner is very friendly. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for everything :).

VERY kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. They had nice, clean rooms with a fridge, TV, microwave and Owner gave us a great price. Perfect location, everything was within walking distance. Kids loved the pool. I defiantly will recommend this place to my friends and family!

The owner of the hotel made a racist comment about a customer as he wanted to cancel booking after viewing the room. The customer only said the room was not up to his standards and unclean. The lady working there got offended and started yelling at the customer. She said to the customer "your face is dirty" because of the customer's color. The standard of the motel is understandable but customers shouldn't be treated like that. Don't recommend it to anyone.

Do not stay there in the winter, the room was freezing cold and the walls had holes in them. The place needs major renovations and is way over priced. This place is a dump and I would't even let my dog stay there. Be warned.

Yes so sorry it took so long to write review I was there in august staff was friendly room was clean the one cleaner went out of her way for my husband on his bd. Great location to the falls nice restaurant will definitely go again. Price was great. Told my friends n family my son n daughter in law maybe going up in dec with my husband n myself.

Friendly welcome, close to Niagara Falls, my kids loved the pool, great parking included. Next time we'll go without directly looked elsewhere.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. The room is smelly, dirty and not enough towels after shower. The staff at front desk are so fake. They try to be nice to you simply because later they will ask you to write them a good review on the website. They will not tell you there's free breakfast unless you ask. Talking about the breakfast, it's the worst ever! You can't really find anything.
