Thoroughly enjoyed the Music and the Food.

Staff was friendly. Food was great. Beer was cold. Sunday tailgate party was fantastic, with the peameal and sausage on a bun.

I highly recommend ordering the steak sub with fries. The new style of seasoned crispy fries where a pleasant surprise. Was excellent. Their chicken wings and wontons are fantastic to. Did not care for the pizza though.

Was there Sunday night to watch Shindig on the outdoor patio. Food and service was excellent and the band was awesome. It was a great night to sit on the outdoor patio and listen to great music!

We had my wife’s birthday there tonight and they were great! The food was perfect and they were really accommodating. We’re looking forward to going back, try the wings and nachos.

The rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable, restaurant and bar are only a few steps away, the Falls are only 10 min drive away. Great sports to watch, on TV or in person, the staff are friendly and make you feel totally welcome. Live music, live sports to watch OR join, and great new people to meet!

We ate here while visiting Niagara Falls for summer holidays, the food and service was excellent, venue is an awesome sports bar feel! Definitely recommend!

Nice casual spot to have a pub style meal at. Our waitress was friendly. One of the partners who opened the bar and kitchen again came over to talk to us and was also very friendly.

Why you want to stay here! If you are looking for cheap price, this place is for you, you I’ll find lot of bed bugs, beetles and dirty floor mats in the room. Yes, it’s cheap price but eventually if you are visiting Niagara Falls you have to pay for parking $25 each time, If you are visiting twice than it will add up to $50 cost, than why not to choose hotel close to Niagara Falls and which is bit expensive than this! During my stay I found many bed bugs, uncomfortable beds, washroom without lock, dirty carpets, hair on bedsheets, dirty tables and beetles in washroom There is no purpose to stay here. If you want to stay choose something else, rather than this one.

Nice, clean simple place that worked for me except no mini fridge or sports channels on tv. A clean place to crash though if thats what you need.

Very offordable even when other places are gouging you they delivery a great pruce.

Very clean place! It’s out of the way of all the hustle and bustle. The ppl who work there are so friendly. They make you feel more than welcome. Very inviting. Great place to stay. Will keep going back!

We stayed here with a group of our motorcycle friends to participate in the Ride for Dad. Very basic rooms but clean. Wifi and a coffee maker would be a nice addition. Very reasonable.

Stopped in for lunch. Absolutely horrible. Had the doggy burger the bun was hard as a rock like it had been microwaved. The fries were boarder line cooked and gross is an under statement. Frozen cheap fries. Will never go back.

Wings not jumbo as advertised and overcooked. Fish also overcooked. Have been here several times but tonight not as good.

Not bad, lit of things on menu. Not available. Waiter was new and didn't know how to take care of a table. Would ask you how things were and walk away before you could answer then go play with his phone. Food was good!

Great staff, alright service however the food quality and variety used to be much better.

Worst customer service ever. Beware! There is no one at the front desk in the evening, fire alarm went off all night in the room next door. Did not get good rest at all. After trying to reach all the numbers for service to shut the alarm off the Fire department came and addressed the issue after all neighbouring guests calling in. Owner didn't respond to complaints and staff was not accommodating. Complained to get our money back and owner, who was nearly impossible to reach, refused and just said "too bad". Bad service, bad attitude, not family friendly or restful as they stated.

The service was great as always but I find it hugely disturbing that somehow you can pick up on my cell phone and send me this message. I find it an invasion of privacy because nobody should even know that I'm there on my private time. This sort of thing is enough to make me not frequent your establishment in the future. Perhaps it's something you should look into changing or discontinuing if it's a service that you are paying for. I don't think it's worth losing customers over. Thanks for your attention in regards to this situation. Wayne.

Was just there. Have to say food was very good and staff very friendly. Although the motel room had been updated recently, was clean, had running water, and heat, one might say you want more? Many items were lacking that you would expect nowadays. No soap, shampoo, glasses, microwave, clock, radio, ice machine or pop machine on the property etc. When I inquired at front desk, I was informed the they don't provide shampoo or glasses and that they had run of soap? Really? Rooms had been booked under a group with at least 2 months notice.

Horrible service! RAW LIKE I MEAN RAW CHICKEN WINGS! they changed something! used to love it, place would be so busy when we went! within a few months, it's dead, their mussels were really good and now they are the worst! then I tried the chicken wings (can'T fail with chicken wings, they are very simple) 4 to 5 in and bam I realized how raw they were! bad! very very bad.

A group of us went last night for dinner and it was amazing! The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic! We will definitely be making this "our go to place" for great food! Thank you Regency for a great experience!

It is an amazing place with incredible staff and such tasty food! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great time and an awesome meal!

The venue, the food and service were excellent! We hosted and event on Sept. 25, 2016 to recognize a local athlete Mariah Kelly who is an Olympic Hopeful for 2020. Greg Verre and his staff did an excellent job even after they experience a number of staff who resigned a few days before the event. Thank you to all of you as this event was a great success!

We used to go regularily… Especially for their fish & chips. However service and food has declined dramatically over the past year. We kept giving them second chances thinking that maybe it was just a bad night. Nope. Just gone downhill. The last time we were there the fish and chips were covered on a thick greasy soggy batter.

We came there for a birthday celebration and we were very disappointed with the food. We ordered Pizza, wings, a quesadilla and a wrap. The pizza was tiny and soggy and was falling apart. The wings were supposed to be half medium half mild but none of them had any flavour. The quesadilla was embarassing; burnt and falling apart, the smallest quesadilla I've ever seen and the lettuce inside was rotten. The wrap was the only decent thing we got. For a high priced restaurant we were extremely disappointed and will not return.

A must have are the won tons! A clean, friendly environment with a good selection of food. Noticed an abundance of male servers which is a refreshing change and they were all very efficient at staying on top of the busy restaurant. We enjoyed the tapas night and draught special. Took longer to get our bill than what I thought it should but otherwise all was good. Will for sure be back.

Food is great (bourbon bbq wings are SUPER) (burgers real and tasty) — quick service — just an all round comfortable pub.

I agree! what a find. friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and food service. super clean rooms. excellent food as a sport bar / restaurant. short drive to the "falls" and close to stores. i will book again.

Our service was great, arjean is the best. we've noticed a change in the pizza however. crust is like cardboard and the sauce has too much acid in it. it was much better last year. oh well, next time we'll try something different.

What a find! This has your typical sports bar feel, but the food is way better than what I expected. A few of us had the full rack of ribs and if you can finish them, you're what I would call a glutton — but I say that with complete admiration. Huge portions, cheap prices, kid-friendly and good staff. You don't need much more.
