The Bed and Breakfast is absolutely beautiful. 15 minute walk to the Falls.
Can't say enough about Ken and Lynn. They were such wonderful host and treated us so well.
The delicious breakfasts that were served to us I would recommend the fruit strada and Caprese eggbake mariana. So, so good.
If you have never stayed at a bed and breakfast and you stay here they have "Set. The bar high" for any other B&B you may stay at.

We just spent 4 nights at Absolute Elegance and it was AMAZING! Beds were comfy, food was to die for, and the lovely garden in the back yard was so peaceful and relaxing! We hated to have to leave. Lynn and Ken are wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend staying here if you plan to be in the Niagara Falls area. It’s within walking distance to most things and much more reasonably priced than the big hotels in the area. Thank you, Lynn and Ken for sharing your beautiful home with us. Carla & Rick.

We had a wonderful time at Absolute Elegance — the room was beautiful and had a Jacuzzi bath and a massive, very comfortable bed! The owners were very accommodating of our vegan diet and made us a delicious vegan scramble with fresh fruit (including Muscat grapes! ).
Location was great and easy to find — reasonable walking distance to Skylon Tower and the Falls are a bit further.
We got engaged when in Niagara and this was the perfect place to celebrate!
Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. Lynn and Ken made you feel like family. They greeted you with a smile and made sure you had everything you needed. The food was excellent and there was a lot of it.

I have NEVER, EVER experienced an overnight stay like this one! There are just too few adjectives to describe the hospitality, warmth, fellowship and absolute amazing food and service at the hands of Ken and Lynn. Our room was exquisite, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lynn has everything you may ever need awaiting you, from toiletries, to homemade cookies, to multiple different beverages and a fridge for mutual use, always stocked with fresh cream for coffee and waters for your day. Bandit (their dog) awaits your arrival as greets you enthusiastically. Our breakfasts were EXACTLY as pictured and even more flavorful and filling (this written by a man who started working in kitchens over 50 years ago and still does today). Where else can you find no less than FIVE options for your breakfast, perfectly cooked to order just for you? As hosts, they offered us travelers tips, essential for two people who live on Cape Cod. They not only directed us to the best places, but even set us up with their personal recommendation for wait staff at the revolving restaurant in the tower (shout out to Tom)! I really hope you read this recommendation to this point. If you have, don't waste any more time — just make your reservation NOW! Hopefully, we will meet as my wife and I are already planning our return!

Absolute Elegance describes this place perfectly! Ken and Lynn are the perfect hosts, from the amazing breakfasts to the wonderful decor around the house. Beautiful gardens, and an easy drive to the Falls!

We had an amazing stay! Our room was delightful and the owners are kind and helpful. They really create a pleasant stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Plus, breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend!

We stayed with Lynn and Ken July 27th thru July 30, 2018. Everything is as advertised and much much more. Our 3 night stay was amazing. Ken and Lynn are wonderful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The food and conversation was the perfect start to our day. Our room was charming, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The garden was beautiful and a perfect spot to relax in any time of the day especially with Bandit. We also loved walking to the Falls and the many attractions nearby. So grateful for all the hospitality and definitely recommend a stay!

Hostess was very polite and knowledgeable about attractions in area. The breakfast was amazing three course and felt full and satisfied. Bravo.

We spent 2 wonderful nights at this property mid September. The building and the property are both stunning. There is amazing attention to detail both inside and outside and this applies to services as well. Lots of little touches that you don't find at other B&B properties. Most importantly for us, Ken and Lynn are amazing people who care about making your experience the best that it can be. I hope that we have many more opportunities to visit this fantastic place. Absolute Elegance for sure.

In the name of the B&B absolute Elegance, that is exactly what it is. That breakfasts are Beyond incredible the portions are phenomenal, everything is homemade by the hosts / owners. The decor is beautiful, the back Gardens impeccable. Just walking up to the front door is so inviting. The hosts Lynn and Ken are Beyond attentive, accommodating, and friendly. This is an experience I hope to do here again, again, and again… I had the best time I've had in many many years! Thank you so much for everything you folks are the cat's meow.

It's the attention to detail that Ken and Lynn bring to the B&B experience. Everything from Lynn's exceptionally tasty breakfasts to the ideally sized bedrooms with their own full bathrooms and whirlpool tubs. I might also mention the very comfortable King size beds. Their wonderful Victorian home with its large yard and outdoor sitting areas added to the charm of our stay. Lynn and Ken are exceptionally friendly hosts and offered many helpful touristy tips. We requested a two day booking at the last minute and the hosts, Lynn & Ken, made accommodations for us. They were personable, the entire property is meticulously maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. This was our first B&B booking and they set the bar high for any future B&B's we look into. If you decide to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

We were delighted with our three night stay at Absolute Elegance Bed & Breakfast in Niagara. Beyond expectations, the ambiance, both interior and exterior was memorable. The photos below only speak partially of the attention to details of our amazing hosts, Lynne and Ken. The five course made to order breakfast was such a treat! We chose the Turret Room and found the location perfect for our time in Niagara, Niagara on the Lake and winery tours. We will be back as soon as we are able.

Everything was amazing from the little details, the food, the comfortable bed, the charming Victorian house to the friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. We had a wonderful stay!

Had a great time for mine and my girlfriends 1 1/2 year anniversary Kenn and Lynn are super nice people with amazing knowledge of the area place was very beautiful inside and out rooms are very elegant with king size bed and massive Jacuzzi tub only 15 min walk to the falls but off the main drag so quite and relaxing at night once you get back from the days events breakfast was absolutely amazing with 3 courses all in all would deff go again and would deff recommend to anyone going to the falls well worth the money in my view.

A quiet and very friendly place close to the Falls but away from the maddening crowd of mass tourism.

This place is amazing! The hosts were sooo nice. Food, out of this world good. Rooms are sweet.

Absolutely wonderful! Cannot recommend enough! New owners bend over backwards to make your stay an awesome experience. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back again! Lynn and Ken live onsite and are there to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is an experience all in itself. While you can have the standard bacon and eggs type breakfast, Lynn loves to prepare you other delicious options of which we have indulged. The upstairs landing has a bar fridge filled with water, ice, and yogurt and there is also tea and coffee and other nibblers readily available. Since our first visit, they have installed a tankless hot water system which assures that there is always hot water to fill the 2 person jacuzzi tub. They have also added bath robes! We appreciated the extra touches. It is obvious Lynn and Ken love what they are doing. Cheers to their success!
