AMAZING staff! CH&CC turned our unfortunate circumstances of being uprooted by a house fire, into an experience of feeling at home! They are one of the few places that would allow us to keep our family together, and accommodated us with smiles on their faces, and kindness in their hearts! We are so very appreciative of all they did for us! above and beyond hospitality standards! Highly recommended if staying in the Cambridge area! Thank you again! ♥️

Nice, large modern rooms. The renovations look great! Love the luxury floor, but especially love the bedding and pillows. Very comfortable!

Screaming and rough housing children in hallways… not appropriate. Just plain wrong are the parents drinking beer in the hallways. They are drunk and even louder than their spawn.

Everything looked nice until I tried to sleep and the bed was so hard my whole body hurt. Was up ALL night barely slept 1-2 hours on top of the pillows! NOT at all what I needed before my day at Oktoberfest and the 5.5 hours drive home! Ruined my Canada experience!

This was our second time using the Cambridge Hotel and Conference center for a company event. Their event space is perfect for our needs, those who stayed at the hotel had no issues with accommodations. Their customer service was excellent. Staff were kind, helpful and responsive to our needs as we did have issues with technology and food allergies during our time. We will definitely be booking here again next year!

Friends and I stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding. Our suites were big with a comfortable king-sized bed, a bathtub bigger than I had ever used before and a fantastic shower. Not only were the services and amenities provided just what we needed, the staff were wonderfully helpful when requesting last minute things like printing documents or things we forgot like scissors or an HDMI cable. Breakfast was delicious and the servers in the Bruce were lovely even when dealing with a rambunctious group. The service team here were a lovely compliment to a wonderful weekend. 10/10 Would stay again!

Food is excellent and craft beer selection is good but it is quite pricey. The prices and quality of food are fine dining but the atmosphere is more like a chain restaurant and if there is a group dining while you are it can be quite loud. For the atmosphere it seems strange to be charging close to $30 for entrees and $9 for pints of beer. The pizza is good and reasonably priced though.

Really a great independent hotel with clean modern rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The price was excellent compared to other close by options. Plus, cool blue LED lights decorate the building at night… As you ride the elevator to your room, have a laugh at the advertised "specials" at Bruce's, the in-house restaurant: "2 Pepperoni Pizza, Mac n' Cheese, Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread/$54". Seems legit. Seriously though this is a fantastic hotel that more than keeps up with it's corporate competitors at a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.

I stayed overnight as part of a wedding group and was given a room on the second floor. The room and linens were clean. Check-in was very fast. The group package included a warm buffet breakfast which was very good.

Had my wedding here! The food was amazing and the staff were lovely! Nelia is definitely a pro at planning and she made my day come together so perfectly! Thank you for making my day so special!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Got to know the staff pretty well. Everyone was very nice here. I brought my dog along, and on the first day they brought treats and bowls to our room which was very sweet. Overall the experience is good. I found the rooms to be very spacious but a bit out dated.

Went for mothers day brunch. It wasn't organized as well as it could have been. No standard egg station for children. Only options were eggs Benedict and an omelet station. The one chef at at that station was over worked. Nice decor overall and the food quality was fine. Definitely not worth the price though.

Tremendous value, easy access from the 401 for Travellers, clean large renovated rooms with friendly helpful staff. Free parking and Wi-Fi, bright comfortable Bruce Lobby Bar and Restaurant. Banquet and Meeting facilities.

This hotel was great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great. A lot better than breakfast I've had at other hotels.

We booked our wedding reception at the hotel, the planning and tasting process has been great! The staff are very helpful and knowledgable. We look forward to continuing the planning and our reception this summer.

Great place it’s very clean and big rooms … and deep bathtubs! I would have to stay it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a while … Staff is very friendly. We got a free breakfast with our stay and it was delightful … We will be coming back for another stay again!

Conference center room we good. Projector and cables are problematic. Food was ok, but service could have been better. Once we talked to manager the food issues were corrected.

We hosted our wedding here, and could not be happier that we did. The day went off without a hitch thanks to the wonderful staff. A few last minute changes were dealt with efficiently and competently. I had no doubt that everything would be taken care of, and it was. All of the food was beyond great, with many of our guests telling us it was the best wedding dining experience they have ever had (and that is saying a lot! ). We wouldn't change a thing about our selection of wedding venue!

Great hotel and service. Location good and staff were friendly. The restaurant is atmospheric but I would say drinks are a tad expensive.

The restaurant is terrific!, great atmosphere, plenty of hockey on the telly. Rooms are laid out awkwardly and per usual, in room coffee service is substandard.

The hotel is very hard to find if you're not coming straight off of 401 but other than that it is a great location. I was there for a conference and the food service was excellent and the food was okay. They have a great we can borrow which I didn't get to try out but definitely would return to try some of the craft beers.

It was fine. Clean. Friendly staff. Safe. Aside of that I found it missing the magic. Guess I'm just used to a higher level of Quality, but nothing wrong with hotel. Good for work or stay along 401.

Nice restaurant and lobby is nice,. Rooms were dated. Peeling wallpaper, water stains, old faucets, you can feel and hear the springs on the mattress. I would not recommend unless it was very inexpensive.

Recently stayed overnight at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre as a guest while in town for a wedding. Have to say overall it was a very good experience. Rooms were very spacious with a queen bed and a pull out couch. Room also came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave for added convenience. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Stayed while the weather was a balmy — 20 and unfortunately our room had a terrible draft. Called down to the front desk and they immediately brought us some extra blankets and then told us they'd check to see if another room was available. We received a knock on the door 5 minutes later with keys to another room. Gentleman who helped us out was very nice and it was clear his intent was providing a good guest experience. Had breakfast in the morning at the attached restaurant. Was set up hot buffet style with the standard fare. Food was actually good, definitely a notch above the standard hotel breakfast. Would definitely consider Cambridge hotel and conference centre for future stays in town.

Nice, clean and modern decor. Stayed here with our Bantam hockey team for a tournament. Very accommodating. Hot breakfast included was decent.

Stay was pleasant. Although the bed wasn't amazing hotel comfort like some of the chains it worked and was clean. The door stop in the bathroom is in a ridiculous spot. Damn near broke my toe getting in the shower. While holding you my head high and swearing in pain I saw the wallpaper on the walls high above the shower starting to peel. Other than that the staff was pleasant / helpful and the rest of the stay was comfortable.

I stay at the Cambridge Hotel And conference center often as a business traveler, rarely do I find anything to criticize. The Staff are invariably pleasant, and helpful. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The food for the hot breakfast is always predictably tasty and well done. This trip I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have added 2 wall chargers for USB cables and 3 prong plugs that are surge protected, And another desktop charging tower for more plug ins and devices, thereby providing in my experience an unparalleled abundance of wall power outlets for the business traveler. I very much enjoy staying at the Cambridge hotel and conference center. It truly is my home away from home as I travel in Canada. I give my highest recommendation to this hotel.

Very, very disappointed in the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre. A friend and I have been spending a weekend there every year for a certain event that we attend. I booked a room weeks ago and CONFIRMED that I would get a room with 2 queens beds. Today I get a call that a room with 2 queens is not available and we are being "upgraded" to a room with a king bed and a pullout. I told her that was not what I booked and wanted the room with 2 queens. I am told that there are none available. I will not be supporting their bar and restaurant this weekend which I have always done in the past. Also I will encourage the organizer to switch venue as they are treating their loyal customers terribly.

It's an average hotel. Booked some blocks for a wedding here and was told I could only book so many at once even after specifying I needed more. I was told if the rooms start to fill I'd be given a chance to add more to the block. The rooms filled and the hotel ended up being full so some of the guests had to find accommodations elsewhere. The hotel didn't tell me that they were filling up both the blocks and the overall hotel so I could of at least gave my guests an alternative solution proactively rather than having them call the hotel and be turned away. Miss on the part of the hotel. The room was decent but the blue light from the outside sign comes into the room even after closing the curtains.

Great place to stay. Located close to lots of amenities and a stone's throw from the 401. Breakfast is top notch. The Bruce is a good place to unwind for a drink and grub after a long day on the road.

Attended Cambridge Hotel and Conference centre for a work event and it was great. Staff were very helpful and the food was pretty good. No issues at all. This was my second time attending this venue for an event and I would definitely recommend it!

Ate at the Bruce restaurant, stone fired pizza was very good and all the beer is from local breweries. I would definitely recommend this place to eat or go fit drinks, and I would definitely go back.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was solid. I did think it was a bit weird that waffles and omelettes were only available on a few weekday mornings, through.

Room was very comfortable, staff were professional. Breakfast was not great, but it was free with the wedding we we're attending. Location was fine, proximity to wedding venue was good. Staff were friendly and courteous.

We stayed one night at the Cambridge Hotel, as we were in town for a wedding. The rooms are clean, and well-supplied with amenities including a microwave, fridge, toiletries, etc. We had appetizers and drinks at the lobby restaurant and we very pleased with the food and drink options. The hot breakfast was pretty standard; this was included with our group rate.

Very well organized. Various rooms that offer space for conferences and sessions. Overall, a very modern-styled place to host an event.

This place is well organized to host meetings and training: meeting space is spacious, projector and extension cords are readily available, and the snack service and lunch catering are done very well. It's just unfortunate that this place is right off the highway, so getting out of the parking lot during afternoon traffic is quite impossible.

Outstanding service sparking clean and the food at there restaurant it's like a five star fine dinning. I highly recommend.

Went to the Sunday warm breakfast buffet. While some of the cold breakfast treats went quickly, I was impressed at the freshness and quality of the warm menu options. The juice menu was as expected, apple or orange juice, and the mango vanilla yoghurt was a treat.

I've been to the Cambridge Hotel and Conference center for events as well as for meals / drinks when friends or coworkers have stayed there. Staff are always very good, friendly and accomodating. I also booked a block of rooms with them recently for a wedding and had a much better experience with their group sales than another nearby hotel.

If I could rate it 0 I would of, from being from out of town and having a pet making sure a hotel that accommodates that is key. But when you get to a place and think everything is okay till you get back from a golfing, finding you're getting kicked out because "your dog was whining. " Not only was I disgusted but I was even more appauled when packing my bags to find somewhere else, I did not only hear one but two dogs barking not "whining" like how I got kicked out. When I asked for the top managers card while leaving the lady pointed to the line up of cars and said it's in there. Staff don't care about you as long as you swipe your credit card they did there job. After coming with 60 people occupied 30 rooms you'd think for a second service would be 5 stars not here!

We arrived to our room and the bathroom toilet was not clean the phones were dirty they looked like they were never touched. Around the phone on the desk was dirt as if the phone doesn't get moved when cleaning. When we opened the fridge there was an old box of McDonald's food left. And the actual fridge was dirty. I guess they don't check the fridges and clean them after each client. My bed was hard and slanted forward we had horrible sleeps. They made mistakes at sign in and didn't give us our vouchers for the full trip. On another note the breakfast was good & Staff are friendly.

Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows a little too thick. Was there for a wedding reception. The room for that was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Better than most I have seen. The staff were very courteous.

We T. K. O. MUSIC DJ SERVICE dj'ed a wedding here last night and it was amazing. The staff is amazing, they are so people friendly, very helpful and so well organized. The ceremony room is spacious and very nicely decorated… They only thing that I would change or recommend would be the dj setup location its abit tricky for setting up lights and speaker stands … But we would still highly recommend this venue … Thank you for a amazing experience …

Comfy and modern. Excellent restaurant/bar in the lobby with great breakfast option (included with sports team rate). No pool but a fitness center. Location is near the 401 and about 15 minutes from downtown Kitchener. Comfortable beds and decent linens. Some traffic and a. C. /heater noise. Recommended.

Through Priceline we got a great rate, the staff here is awesome meeting all requests with smiling faces and eagerness to satisfy. Karen in the lounge managed a last minute gathering of my friends with style and wonderful service. My breakfasts were always met with smiles great service. My room was given top shelf attention by Chantel who was outstanding in her care for us. Good job by the whole crew!

I was only there for the wedding expo on April 9th, 2016. From what I did see of the hotel itself, it was very nice and welcoming. The conference rooms themselves were spacious.

I stay here when I'm in the area and it's a pretty nice place. The rooms are clean and quiet. The restaurant is really good. I wish the beds were not quite so hard. The laundry must use a lot of bleach because the sheets and towels reek of the stuff. May I suggest unscented bleach? I had a heat problem that I would have reported had I not been so tired. Hey guys — the thermostat in 425 is ineffective! That was my first and only complaint from around 30 days of having stayed last year. Oh and I meant to leave 4 stars, but clicked away just as I noticed and couldn't go back.

I'm in Cambridge once a month on average and this is a nice place. The food is great and is almost worth overlooking how terrible the Wifi is. I only need to be able to FaceTime my kids when I'm out of town and it never works well enough to do that. If the Wi-Fi speeds got upgraded this would get 4 stars without question. Until that is fixed I'll stay right down the street.

Stayed for a hockey tournament with family and friends, friendly staff, nice rooms and excellent buffet breakfast. Only complaint is house keeping kept taking our extra towels when we told them we had 4 people in the room and needed them.

Stayed here for a week, the service was great. Meetings were catered with amazing food. Room service was quick and delicious. Nice breakfast. Spacious and clean with great staff. Highly recommend.

We stayed for just 1 night. The staff were courteous, check in and out very easy and straight forward. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was considerably better than many chain hotels in the same price point.

Loved the Craft Beers in the restaurant (Bruce Restaurant) Hoping we have our Annual Conference here in April.

Great place to stay and / or host conferences. The staff are courteous and diligent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide all the essentials. The highlight is the local beer on tap at The Bruce — the selection is varied and provides visitors with a taste of what the region has to offer. I really appreciated it.

Don't know where to start. The breakfast is poor. 11 days all the same. Scrumbled eggs, some kind of sausages and potatoes, small fruit plate and old white bread. After 3 days a real horror. The rooms are small and noisy. The windows dont protect in winter times and the a/c is loud and close to the bed that you think you sleep near to an tank. The carpet is probably from the good old 70's and to get the room cleaned so that no long black are in the bath room from the lady before is impossible. The stuff is friendly. Meanwhile I had to change the room becuase I would not sleep near the freeway during my complete stay. But with the change I also had to change from a functional hair dryer to a non working one and the window was'nt even sealed. But I helped myself with a tape and taped nearly the complete frame. In general I was told that the Best Western which is close to this is'nt even better but worse. So I stay here for the last night and expect no surpises.

I have been to the Bruce a few times for dinner which is in the Cambridge conference hotel and decided to plan a romantic night for me and my husband there. We stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi tub at a really good price, and had a nice dinner in the restaurant. Everything was perfect. We will probably do it all again next year.

Not having a pool was really a disappointment! They have a golf simulator if thats your thing. Price was average.
