Nice place, great service.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and given all the information we needed. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very impressive and even included french toast, eggs, and sausage! It was conveniently located which made getting around very easy. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We have stayed at this motel several times for a week or a few days at a time. The quality of this motel for rooms comfort, cleanliness and amenities are unmatched. The staff in all areas of the motel are the best in Canada as far as I'm concerned. They are friendly, helpful, hard working and make this establishment what it is. The inside and outside are kept immaculate at all times. The breakfast is served hot and always delicious and plentiful. Good coffee is always on. Do yourself a big favor and stay at this motel in smith's falls ont. Don't look any further you won't regret it.

I am currently staying there for work and I noticed that the do not change the bedding they just remake the bed and breakfast should not be the same everyday of the week the good is staff is really polite.

The front staff was very helpful in finding me a room when smith falls was completely booked. Clean rooms and lobby, would stay again.

This is exactly what you expect out of a chain hotel in a small town. Service was great and exterior was well kept. Only issue was toilet that didn't flush properly, but we only stayed one night so we dealt with it.

Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Service was great. The only downside was the heater was VERY LOUD and would come on at intervals through the night waking us up.

Clean, safe, no issues. A bit expensive for a room in a secluded area. No elevator. Breakfast was good, same stuff as other places but tasted good and not over heated. The staff was super friendly!

Without being able to have a room, the staff helped us a lot to find another hotel.

Nicely appointed room, easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausages, French toast, pancakes, yogurt. Coffee, juices, cereal. Toast, English muffins, cookies, bread! Working ice machine and lots of parking. No elevator but just a staircase to get to the second floor. Unfortunately the pool was closed the first day we got there, however they let us use the area the next day. Didn't use the pool though. There was 1 picnic table for use but there could have been another one. Close proximity to other amenities, should you need it. Friendly staff.

We were traveling at night. You know the story Ya got to get off the rd. The night girl was fantastick. The morning guy and the continental breakfast Fantastic. Great old school customer service! I would recomend this place to everyone!

Clean washrooms, comfortable beds, functional TVs, decently fast Wifi, and a simple breakfast. Overall good experience.

Great Hotel in Smith Falls!

Great hotel for the price. Conveniently located, welcoming staff and impeccably clean rooms and general areas. Exceeded our expectations — would happily stay again.

The only reason I am even giving this hotel ONE star is because zero stars is not an option. I have traveled every where and have stayed in hundreds of hotels but this one was easily the worst one I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is normal, a bit outdated but normal. The staff are shockingly rude. They lost our reservation for the Saturday night (we'd booked Friday and Saturday) because we had cancelled the reservation when there was a conflict and rebooked. They reinstated the booking but forgot the Saturday night. I only found this out when I called to see if we could bring our dogs. Thank goodness I called. Instead of apologizing, Linda, essentially called me a liar stating over and over again that the she distinctively remembered me not booking the Saturday, but reinstating the reservation (the reinstating implies the exact same reservation, since we were going for a wedding) shortly after my conversation with Linda, I was called by the owner/manager named Emette and was so shocked by his rudeness that I put him on speaker phone for the whole car to hear. He called me names, accused me of being rude (which I wasn't) kept interrupting me then yelled "JESUS CHRIST" into the phone and hung up on me. During the call I mentioned that he should treat guests better considering the amount of business a wedding brings them and he said "I couldn't care less about the weddings, I get business no matter what and no one should speak to someone in my position like you are.

I made the unfortunate choice to book into this hotel, as I was working in the area. I reserved ahead, and ensured that late arrival was ok. I was going to sleep for 4 hours and leave for my next job. For some reason, despite telling the front desk about my short stay, they decided to place me in the middle of a drunken wedding party. In the middle of the night, running around, shouting and fighting broke out and the police arrived. My sleep was severely curtailed due to the noise, and the hotel did nothing for me — in fact, the front desk woman seemed to find it amusing and downplaying the situation upon checkout. I discussed the event with Best Western's head office who told me to see if the hotel would make a refund, and that if the hotel did not, BW would. Of course the hotel claimed no responsibility for knowingly placing me in the middle of a drunken vortex at full price. The BW head office's initial offer turned out not to be true, as the head office has now amended their offer to a $50 card for use only at their hotel, despite their earlier statements of full compensation. I do not recommend this hotel, and encourage all readers to not book there. When a person pays for a good night's rest, they should receive it. This hotel failed me, and their head office lied to me.

Crazy cancelation policy, call 800 cant cancel room, they advies you call hotel and hotel cancels no problem the 800 and the locals need to get on the same page.

The nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very beautifully decorated. I wish I had such a nice room at home. Never seen hardwood floors in a room. What a great idea. Nice balcony as well.

I was so impressed with my stay here! When I checked in I was told that my room was on the second floor and that unfortunately the hotel did not have an elevator. I had already gone through the torture of lugging my luggage up stairs for two nights previously already at other establishments and frankly had had enough. I kindly asked if there was anyway that I could have a ground floor room instead, and not only was that accomodated for, but since they did not have any queen rooms on the ground, I was upgraded to a king with mini fridge for free! Plus, I also had patio doors which made it super easy to back up my vehicle and unload all my various forms of junk (Im a college recruiter, so there is a lot! ) My favourite part about this stay, other than my free upgrade from sherry (who is amazing by the way) was that the hotel actually used real duvets rather than those fleece blankets, which resulted in a fantastic nights sleep. I would highly recommend! Thanks again Sherry.
