Very clean and beautiful room. Decent price as well. Had a great experience here!

They wouldn't check me in as I was 30 mins late (8PM) and I left a voice message, the next day they charged me 550 euros and cancelled my reservation. Didn't bother to respond to the voice message. They said "no show" wonder how I would leave a voice message at their door if I didn't show up! I see so many people have gone through this, wish I had seen the reviews before : (A new way to make money, I suppose!

Business trip. Got back from jays game at 1140pm. Flip open the covers to find a blood stained quilt. Had to sleep in my clothes on top of their bed. They dont return calls. There is no front desk. They stole my money… Update — still dont answer the phone.

THRILLED by the kindness and support of Angelina during our stays in the city while I am going through the process of being a Live Live Donor to save a friends life. Wellesley Manor Hotel has been our home away from home for myself and Paul during this process and we are thrilled to make it our new favourite find in the city! LOVE it! :) :)

Really just an old house which has been gutted and converted into several tiny over-priced rooms. Hostel not a hotel. No services = Not a Boutique @WellesleyManor.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It does not have much to offer and is overpriced and the room is small. The only good thing is to be near a subway station. It does not have a front desk and THEY CHARGED US TWICE. We are trying to contact them about it without success. Other guests complained about bed bugs.

Have never written a review before but this was so brutal I feel compelled: basically I was left sans room at 11pm at night as there was no one at the lobby; next day I tried to get my second night, long story short, no apology, and no room. Unreal. Wow nice reply ; blame the customer —

Great convinent location on Yonge st. Room was perfect.

The room was small, but otherwise nice. The rooms do not have refrigerators, so upon request, the staff were nice enough to bring us a small bar fridge. Our issues were that we had no soap in the bathroom, despite requesting more, and the door to the room didn't lock. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 days for my birthday and it was awesome. I wasn't expecting the love and warm help that the staff gives. They made my first time in another country an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend this spot for people to stay at.

This is a quaint little place in a great location. We had a fine enough stay there but given the rate of the room, have to say I expected more. There was no soap in the bathroom, the TV only had 3 working channels, and the lock on the door didn't work. Given that there are numerous other options in the same general area and for pretty much the same rate, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Great location small and updated rooms. I enjoyed my stay wish we could of spent a few more days.

I like it because the room is small but nice and comfortable. Good service They have nice staffs. Lots of shopping areas and food places.

Great Hotel and Location — priced well and across from train. I was able to get to many attractions with my wife in Toronto on foot.

Friendly staff, clean and just in front of the subway. But given the Boutique Hotel category the hotel should be more interactive with guests, offer more options to chill inside. There are no front desk and overnight staff. So if you lose your keys you are dead! The room is not comfortable as beautiful! More then 5 days there will make you sick! And get ready for the stairs :)

A quiet and convenient no frills place to stay at in downtown Toronto.

Small rooms. Cheap prices. Great location right across from the subway station.

Seriously the worst treatment I've ever got in my life. Last night I arrived at 11:00 pm, found the door locked. I had to call them according to the small piece of paper on the door asking someone open the door. Guess what happened? "we can't open the door for you. " — that's the answer I got. They told me the latest check-in time is 9 pm so because I'm late I would not be able to check in the room I already paid for. I asked them if there is anything they can do the solve this problem because I didn't want to find another hotel in Toronto at — 15 degree, but the only thing they told me was "call the expedia for help". Jesus Christ, I swear to God I'll tell everyone I know travelling to Toronto not book this hotel — — so disrespect, and non-helpful.

We stayed in the pink — colored "honeymoon suite" on the top floor and loved it. Our room was the only room on the top floor. The bathroom was more than spacious. Beware of low ceiling next to bead as I managed to bang my head twice lol! You'll need to park in public parking garage nearby. Parking cost about $40 for 3 days/nights. You do have to get buzzed in when you first arrive at the hotel as there is no front desk. No complaints with the maid service. Couldn't ask for a better location! Subway station directly across the street for easy access anywhere in the ciry. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I think the name is misleading. It is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. I was asked to check in before 10:00pm otherwise no one would be available to open the door. I was in room 34 for one night. The room was too small with a squeaky bed making noise with every toss and turn. The alarm clock was also broken. The location is good and it is close to subway. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful but overall it is not a good place to stay.

Very well located in Toronto. Impersonnal service. No parking. Rooms with appliances not connected to power socket because none available.

I stayed 5 nights in a single room. The room was reasonably sized, and the only thing that one could miss is a desk. The hotel has a beautiful private backyard within the Wi-Fi range. There is both wired and wireless access to the Internet in the rooms, without any annoying captive portals or anything similar. The neighborhood is great, safe and full of nice cafes and restaurants. In addition, the subway stop is right opposite the hotel, about a minute walk away.

We satyed three nights in this house. Rooms, bed sheets and bathroom are dirty. Location is good, but neighbourhood is not safe. Hoste is friendly. Will not recommend.
