Spacious room with a nice, big bed and a large TV. Only one window that opens, which means very little breeze—thankfully there's AC. Not much of a view. The meals are pretty bad, but I'm a picky eater. Deliveries don't seem to keep to the schedule they state, often showing up late. Still, nice enough for quarantine.

I did my 3 day mandatory COVID-19 quarantine with my 2 dogs at this hotel. I chose it because it was further away from the airport so you don't have the noise. The area is quite and lots of green areas to walk my dogs. I read many horror quarantine stories but the staff here was very friendly and explained everything at check-in, in addition to providing reading resources regarding the quarantine. We checked in at around 1800h and was immediately given a hot dinner.
I would stay here again even if it wasn't a mandatory government approved facility.

Always stay here when we are going to the airport or visiting family in Etobicoke. Love the large suites, great kitchenette with large fridge, handy office work space, sofa bed, comfy king bed and nice bathroom. Free breakfast until 10 am is wonderful bonus. Handy to the highway and free parking. Recommend to anyone who wants a spacious, clean, comfortable place to stay.

The service has been great the checking time was short and it seems to be a great place for longer stays. They could really use a hot tub or sauna and the beds are a bit firm for my liking. We were able to get a group rate. That is always a bonus. Beakfast is the usual hot breakfast would be and they have a BBQ that can be used by guests as well. Very highly recommend omended for longer stays.

Great rooms. They were very large and spacious. Love the service as well. Had a card with my name on it when I checked into my room.

One thing that works for this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. It's about 10mins away and that's just awesome. Some rooms also have kitchenettes and I just love to cook whenever I get the chance.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, when checking in they placed a hold of $1500 on my debit card for some reason! Two bedroom suites only have one bathroom. Also, they gave a key card to a visitor and let him in my room without ID'ing him, serious security issue.

Room was clean and spacious. The gym on site was a little lacking but it had enough equipment to do a quick workout. I unfortunately didn't have a chance to visit the pool but based on the number of people that passed me at the gym it seemed very busy. Breakfast was mediocre. Would've liked to see a better selection than make your own breakfast sandwiches. Overall a good stay at a pretty good price.

Excellent value! The hotel is clean, comfortable and the hotel staff top notch. The shuttle takes you anywhere on a five km radius for free and they have bbqs you can use to help enjoy your stay. Will definitely be back!

I've spent 4-5 seperate stay at this hotel in the last 3 years. I feel right at home when I come here. The staff is their best asset. Having said that though, the establishment itself is a home away from home for the week long trips. Beds are good, rooms clean. Will need Reno's in the next few years though. Carpets and showers are just starting to show age.

Most stressful hotel experience of my life. From fire alarm tests conducted without a warning causing a panic, to paper thin walls that make you privy to every fart and flush, with the added bonus of a black ant infestation. I'm currently standing in line to cut short my so I can move to Radisson (my usual choice).

Good place to stay on layovers in Toronto. Close to airport with free shuttle service. Friendly staff, clean rooms with kitchenette and free breakfast in the morning. Only downside is limited availability of restaurants close by but you can order in from several around.

This is a good hotel located very close to Pearson International Airport. All rooms are suites with a full kitchen. The rooms are all recently renovated and the modern. There is free hot breakfast every morning. They also have a pool. This is good affordable hotel option near the airport.

Hotel was great to stay few points to be noted. 1. Good breakfast till 9:30. Weekend some for time. 2. Can cook they have kitchen service 3. Coffee any time of the day. 4. Prinout free 5. Staff good 6. Room service great 7. Provide toys for kids need to ask. 8. In heart of city. 9. Parking free lot of space. 10. Thwy provide utensils too.

What can I say other than wow!? What a perfect place to stay especially if it's longer term. Close to transit, restaurants, and stores and a shuttle that can provide service to and from the airport. Its perfect especially if traveling for work to one of the near by companies. Everything you need. A small gym and pool, the suites have a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and apartment sized fridge/freezer so you don't always have to eat out; although there are many great places to eat if cooking isn't your style. Complimentary breakfast is pretty good, I just wish there was fresh berries aswell. Over all. Very cozy.

Positives: The room was reasonably priced. The rooms are all kitchenette style. Our room was clean and all beds made perfectly. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This location has a salt water pool and it is clean and well stocked. There is also a small gym area however I didn't use it. Continental breakfast was provided and options were adequate. Opportunities: The entertainment system in our room wasn't working properly and I had to fix it myself. The toilet also didn't flush right in our room and we had to call maintenance to fix it. They were quick to fix it.

Nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. Excellent service. Parking is free. I had no Canadian currency when checked in and the front desk lady exchanged $20 USD for me so I could get a quick bite from nearby takeout restaurant.

Loved it! Great amenities. All you could ask for. Spacious rooms. And as always good breakfast too. Stay was very comfortable.

Avid visitor of this hotel with my family of 6 … Never disappointed. Love the heated pool, hot and cold breakfast, lobby coffee and spacious suites. Kitchens are a huge bonus and the shower was luxiourious.

Love this place. Every staff member we have had the pleasure to come across is friendly and extremely helpful. Nice warm pool. Great hot and cold food items in the included breakfast. The rooms are clean and functional. We have 4 kids and love the kitchen space. Big fridge, dishwasher and plenty of silverware and cooking ware. Room was pretty much soundproof, there was a lot of kids in the hotel during our stay running around but you didn't hear a peep in our room. This also worked out great for us cause our kids are a pack of wild animals too. We have stayed many times and we will be back next month.

Comfortable, very good bed and pillows. Good setup if you are travelling with a pet. Management was very helpful with a late check-out.

Worse experience ever had. We chose Marriott, as being platinum member, we were expecting better services. But after our first time arrival in Canada, we had the worst experience that has ruined the over all joy and the credit goes to Marriott staff (specially the GM herself). Now onwards will always try to avoid Marriott to the best possible extent.

Rooms were well equipped for more than one night. Fridge, stove top, dishwasher and essentials like fry pan, pots, utensils and dishware. TV s were nice and rooms were laid out well. Location was convenient and breakfast was good with good size eating area. Lobby staff were helpful.

Best price in Mississauga and airport area. Very nice, I wonder if they went through renovation Awesome staff. Complimentary breakfast is basic, but better than others! Very clean. Great for extended stays!

Hotel was very nice, staff friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is horrible, breakfast potatoes were cold/undercooked and no selection of meat.

Staff and service was good. Breakfast one first day was mediocre. Second day breakfast was a bit of improvement but nothing worth to write about. Rooms are spacious but looks a bit tired and the washroom had a minor smell to it when we entered. We kept the exhaust running 24 hours to address the issue. Plenty of parking space. Even though we booked for a 2 bedroom suite, we were told there would be an extra $10 charge for the third guest. One would think max of 2 guest per bedroom would be reasonable.

Nice, spacious rooms and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. We were tempted to miss our flight on purpose to sleep some more. The staff there is also amazingly helpful. We got in from Aruba super late, and the shuttle driver took us to grab some dinner and brought us back.

Very nice clean and with all the necessary appliances a well equipped kitchen.

I only spent a short night here but was pleasantly surprised with a spacious and comfortable room. My night was quiet too. No complaints (though again it was a short stay).

For a family of 5 the suite had everything we needed and the service was very good. The beds were good quality and the suites were spacious. They recommend a Chinese delivery place that was excellent.

The service and the staff is pretty good. I think I would give the service and staff a 4/5 rating. The breakfast is a big let down. It's almost the same food everyday. The food is so oily that I was able to drench 2 paper napkins completely from one Patty. No kidding. No fresh juice and the ones on the machines are sort of sweet. No variety nor quality. They do have a good kitchenette in the rooms I guess, so you do have an option of cooking yourself a good breakfast.

The staffs were accommodating. Great place. There's a swimming pool with warm water where you can relax. A complimentary breakfast to all the guest. And the food was great, not cheap. The room was very clean and smells fresh everyday. Cozy. Great service!

One-night stay in preparation for an exam I took today… and passed! Chose this hotel because of the great reviews and its proximity to the test center… I was not disappointed! Adam and staff were friendly and professional, the room was SPOTLESS, inviting and the hotel was QUIET (perfect for a wind-down before a 6-hr exam). I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Clean, spacious rooms, decent continental breakfast. Pool is great but the shallow end is a bit deep for little kids. Love the Netflix in the rooms. Love the outdoor terrace, the kids enjoyed running around there. They have BBQs avail too.

The staff was more than friendly. Price was good with free parking, and Wi-Fi! The kids loved their heated pool and the breakfast was great!

Nice clean rooms. Everything is functioning properly. Personnel are average which is the only reason for 4 star. A hot tub would be nice, but not necessary obviously. Good hotel, go ahead and book it.

Was NOT impressed with having to take a cab costing me $27.00 to the hotel. I arrived late due to a late flight and was expecting to have their shuttle pick me up. I arrived at the hotel 1AM by cab and took their shuttle back to the airport at 6AM. So my room costed me more than I expected.

The location surrounding Towne place Suites is easy to navigate. We arrived late at night as we were spending one night in Canada before we headed back to the USA. The desk clerk was helpful and kind. The hotel set up is different than what I am used to as it was more wide than tall. We had to walk around our floor for a while before we found our room but when we found it we we're glad we picked this hotel! It was very clean and the room had everything we could have needed for a much longer stay. We enjoyed the warm breakfast I'm the morning and stopped by the pool and fitness center. This would be a great place for a business trip stay or a family vacation.

Just finished my stay here for a business trip and it was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleaning crew did a great job, breakfast was decent, the bed was very comfy, and the kitchenette was perfect for my 5 day stay. It was walking distance to the business I was working with. The area is very commercial but the hotel was like a home away from home.

Great place to stay! Cozy, clean, big room with extra beddings. Big refrigerator with nice mini kitchen. Very good rates, will recommend to anyone. Very convenient place by the airport. Big parking area. Breakfast is good & dining area is huge. Two thumbs up!

The rooms are pretty complete with stoves, dish washers, pas and pans. Not my cup of tea but if you're here for a while it can be advantageous. Rooms are clean.

One of the best value hotels I've ever been at. Fully stocked kitchen, large rooms, and reasonable hotel amenities. Everything you could possibly want for a short/medium stay.

Great place to spend the night if you are flying into Toronto. Rooms are like a complete studio apartment with a working kitchen. Awesome value for the price.

I have always enjoyed the townplace. Friendly staff, nice rooms, included breakfast and several other amenities. Exactly what I need for a simple stay overnight for business.

Excellent room and breakfast. Super comfortable! Only wish they had more than one waffle maker at breakfast as line up got pretty large. :)

We have a young family and this hotel is very accommodating. The rooms are nice and spacious, plus the full kitchen allows us to clean bottles, etc. The crib offered was also pretty new and clean. The breakfast and cooking area was nice and the food was really good. This is also right by the airport and I was not disturbed by any noise from planes. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was fairly nice overall, but A) Some employees were not very friendly. Didn't smile. One girl at the reception might have been a concentration camp guard. Very snappy. When you ask for something, she gives you a cold look as if saying 'you want me to do what? How dare you (demagnetized your room key and make me work). ' Met some more nicer ones later. B) While the place was nice enough, I kept getting the impression they were trying to cut corners wherever they can to save a few bucks. As a result, did not feel like we were on vacation (fixed toilet 3x myself — the chain kept falling off from the handle). While the decoration was nice enough in the room, the tiles in the shower seem like the cheapest they could find and they didn't do the best job installing either. Oh also, there were areas that were banged up (inside the elevator, around the elevator doors) and not fixed. It made the place look third rate. When we checked in, right off the bat, they told us they change the linens only once a week. If they have to more than that, there will be extra $10 charge each time. Sometimes we came back and found the maid had not taken some of the garbage out (the food waste inside was starting to stink and I took it outside), and other times, she had not made all the beds. I started leaving hefty tips and it got better (we also got a different maid I think).

An amazing, clean, well-kept hotel! the room came with a kitchen that included a fridge, sink, stove, and dishwasher. They have free Wi-Fi which worked great, as well as a free breakfast buffet every morning and complementary parking. There's also a pool and workout room too. Overall, a VERY good deal for a room with 1 king sized bed for $90/night.
