By far my favourite hotel in Toronto! Very friendly staff, always stopped what they were doing to say hi whenever we walked by. Our room was spacious & very clean.

The room was nice and clean, big lot for parking, and very quiet place! have a great night!

Nice clean hotel. Only recommendation id their breakfast should be open until noon seeing they dont offer lunch. Many people eat after 10 am.

The room was clean and nice, but the front desk staff (Iman? ) needs to work on his customer service skills. I was attempting to check in when he told me my credit card was declined, twice. I asked to pay debit and he said I couldn’t. (Why? ) He told me to call my credit card company, so I did. I sat at the desk on hold for 10 minutes while others waited… only to be told by customer service that whoever was trying to process my card was entering the wrong expiration date. When I told him this, and to try it again, he said ‘no, I did it right and it won’t work. ’ I asked him to please try it again anyway and SURPRISE — it worked. I get that mistakes happen, but he didn’t acknowledge his error in any way nor did he apologize. I was less than impressed. Otherwise the stay was good and the hotel is nice.

I visited the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto for a professional event, and even though I did not stay overnight I was very impressed. I had to call the front desk for additional directions, and they were very courteous and helpful, and stayed on the phone with me until I arrived. Our meeting room was spotless, I had several staff ask me if I needed anything during my visit, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Staff are very pleasant. Location was central to the attractions we were visiting. Price is very reasonable and we will definitely consider future stays here.

My family were welcomed into the hotel, late and rather tiered from a very long rive. Although we felt maybe we needed another room, a gentleman named Assan sorted everything out perfectly so we really had enough space with the space we had booked. The staff were friendly and courteous, the rooms were spotless and were cleaned every day. Any requests were taken care of, if not right away, very soon after. We could not have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice. We had an extended stay here and the staff were amazing. They are friendly and efficient and very accommodating of all requests. The location is great. There are lots of food options close by and the highways are easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Every time my family has stayed here, the staff are very friendly. The breakfast at this hotel is always amazing ; many options for all tastes and high quality food, including made to order omelettes. The rooms are more comfortable than most hotels and the beds are by far the best for a good nights sleep. The decor, artwork, and design of the hotel makes it a warm and inviting place to stay. I should not forget to mention that there is a nice pool and hot tub, which is perfect after a long day. The location of the hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to be close to Mississauga or the Toronto area. Personally, I feel this hotel is worth going out of the way for.

Rooms are amazingly clean. Staff are very attentive to guests. I found the breakfast buffet a great value. Great place to stay when in the Mississaga area.

By far the best hotel I've stayed at while I work throughout Ontario. The food is beyond reviews. The fish and chips and the tbone steak is where it's at. Very clean room! And the staff is awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this hotel.

About 10 minutes away from the airport, clean place, good service and decently sized rooms. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Excellent rooms for the price range. Spacious, clean, very comfortable bed with both soft and hard pillows. Typically, I stay in the King Executive suite, which is always below two hundred CAD. With a separate living area and bedroom, it's perfect for business travellers or leisure couples. Most importantly, Hiltons service is top-notch. Big Thank you to Husam for his excellent service. Stayed March 24th/2018 And by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at as far as service for the price I payed for the room. AMAZING! They go out of there way to make your stay a pleasant one. I don’t ever leave comments but I can’t help myself this time.

Nice hotel! the staff is really friendly and the room was always clean! The food was excellent, a little expensive, but it's worth it. I will stay there more often before any flight.

It was an awesome experience. The staff was very helpful. I had an issue and had to leave earlier than expected by a day and the staff refunded the remaining balance with out any issues. The cleaning staff was super nice as well and the food was great. Would definately recommend.

Boy, for a Hilton Hotel this place certainly feels like it is down a few steps on the ladder. Room was OK, but we had continuing problems with rooms keys, these were never resolved either. Bathroom was a problem, water did not drain properly in the shower, simply not a great start to a day… stayed at many other Hilton properties and they were a great experience compared to this hotel.

Rooms were nice, parking was included and staff were courteous. Did not spend too much time at the hotel so was unable to try out the pool but it looked nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The room I stayed at was gorgeous. Everything was clean and beautiful. The hot tub was amazing. Great staff. Would stay again!

Visit was a short stay for seminar however goodbye presentation and staff was friendly. Limited snacks served were good quality. Would recommend the venue.

The location was ideal if you have to take an earlier flight like we did. Rooms are super clean. Bathrooms are great, clean and practical. Staff was fast and helpful getting us the shuttle on time to catch our flight!

Clean room. They do have some renovations going on. Went for breakfast in the morning. The chef told me he'd was too busy to cook. Ended up with a piece of toast and a piece of bacon and a 15.00 bill. Explained to the waitress. She told me I had a piece of bacon so I have to pay!

Very good customer service didn’t have any issues checking in, calling for a reservation, getting room service or speaking with front desk. Was pleased with all amenities. Washroom, room, beds, all spick and span. Will def stay again without hesitation! — Cheers Ryan.

Friendly and helpful staff, great experience from check-in till check-out! The room was comfortable and clean, easy to use climate control and the pool and slide were a huge hit with kids!

Newly remodeled rooms, very clean. Beware; the breakfast is not included in the price of the room. My family and I were not made aware of this until we’d already sat down to eat. We were charged $12.95 per person. The management staff made little-to-no effort to explain or rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this seemingly small detail can ruined our once positive impression. The extra $35 was a hidden cost. I will not be staying at this, or any other, Hilton Garden Inn in the future.

Excellent service, very clean with spacious rooms with all the amenities you might need. We were only there for a short night and used it for park 'n fly, worked well. Highly recommend for travelers!

Not the best place to stay… They didn't have the room we booked (2 double queens), so 'upgraded' us to 1 king with a pull out couch in separate room. We wanted 2 beds — not a bed and a couch. The key cards didn't work first time so had to go back down to the front desk to have them programmed again. Typical hotel breakfast was included, but was terrible and we couldn't eat it. The bill was incorrect, because they actually charged us for the 'upgrade'. It took 3 phone calls and 3 days to get that sorted out from Vancouver. At least the hotel reduced the price by half from original amount. Would not stay there again, nor recommend it!

Very nice and cozy hotel just 10 minutes away from the Toronto international airport. The rooms are great and the hotel offers 24 hours pantry. Overall a very good hotel.

Quick night, great service. Docked two stars for terrible customer support post visit. As it was a business stay, I had requested the bill be emailed to me, which it was not. I then had to call accounting, who must be a single person, and he proceeded to give me attitude because he couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. He didn't even have my email, which was connected to the room, and at the end claimed that he sent an email of the bill, which I never received. I called the front desk after a day or two and they were able to help in the end.

Check in was a breeze and straightforward. Room was clean and despite being close to the elevators, was very quiet. The gym was OK, had two elliptical machines, (bring a 3.5mm Jack headphone if you want to listen to the TV built into the machine) two treadmills, a bike, a multi gym and a stack of free weights. The gym area was very warm so we couldn't get a full work out and the thermostat couldn't be adjusted. My girls used the pool and hot tub and loved it.

Great clean hotel and facilities. Well maintained and always quiet. Stayed here many times and Staff are polite but could have a bit more personality and warmth though and then I would give it a 5. Breakfast is very good and restaurant staff are very nice people.

AMAZING customer service and very clean and comfortable rooms! Staying here you will NOT be disappointed! We did a Father's Day breakfast with our daughter and new son-in-law (day after their wedding) and they stayed the night. What a beautiful hotel and the breakfast was hot, eggs the way I like them, waffles, pancakes, etc… and really tasty! Great job Hilton!

Excellent service, from check-in, having drinks and food at the bar in the evening, breakfast in the morning and check-out! Everyone was extremely helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. I traveled from Sudbury for one night to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I received a little welcome gift upon check-in. In the evening, my husband and I went to the bar for a drink and food and again had excellent service! Everything we order was delicious. When the staff found out it was my birthday they brought out a piece of brownie cake for my husband and I and sang happy birthday! Excellent evening! The only downfall was the bed in the evolution king suite was hard, and not comfortable to sleep on. If they were to upgrade the beds it would be amazing.

I've actually never stayed at SUCH a great hotel. First of all I got a king suite with a whirl pool for $200, that's a great deal. They also had a no cancellation fee or deposit required before booking! Once I arrived the staff was very friendly and gave us 3 water bottles, some chocolate, and chips as courtesy. Then when I came up to my room it was beautiful and clean. Modern and simple, open concept. I hate going to suites that are divided into a bunch of rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, especially the pillows. They used Neutrogena toiletries which was nice! Plus they even have makeup face wipes! That is such a good idea. You also aren't limited to two towels, I'm pretty sure we had about eight just for our one night of stay. No fee for opening the fridge, free coffee, free parking, free Wi-Fi… Even a computer room you can use 24/7. The staff was also very pleasant. We went down to the bar to have a few drinks and the restaurant staff would socialize with us on a personal level which I loved. I honestly won't stay in hotels downtown Toronto anymore and just drive the extra half hour to stay here each trip. Thanks for the great experience!

The event went well. The speakers had a little static problem and one of the lights above the area were the presentator was turning off and on at random. Good food. Sandwich fort lunch with salad. Nice selection of desserts.

The Hilton was great during our short stay. We stayed there the night of our wedding and they were very pleasant when we arrived. They even upgraded us to the jacuzzi suite. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great too!

Me and my wife went to yuk yuks in Mississauga for her birthday. It's a nice modern inexpensive hotel that is quite inexpensive for its looks. Plus, it's right around the corner from yuk yuks at a reasonable walking distance which is very convenient. Good place, is stay there again undoubtedly.

Nice rooms, lobby. The restaurant and bar is great as well. The breakfast was okay, but the dinner options are very good. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. They have a knob to adjust the firmness, but it didn't seem to do much.

We enjoyed our stay. Eddie at the front desk was extremely helpful. Nice spacious clean rooms. Would recommend to others and would return again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in August 2014 for a wedding being held at Le Treport. We really liked that the bathroom had a large shower stall instead of a tub with shower. The room was clean and seemed pretty new. Had a Keurig coffee machine in the room. Le Treport was a 15 min cab ride away.
