I recently stayed with Twillingate & Beyond Inc. In the drift away suite with my husband and our 8 year old. I have since, recommended to countless people, as I am still raving about our stay! The suite has everything you need and is the perfect size. The jacuzzi is amazing, and that upper loft room is like nothing I’ve seen before. Our son absolutely loved it. It is decorated beautifully. Everything in the suite is handmade, made by locals and sold at the artisan shop in front! It adds such a personal touch! All of the decor and furniture could not be more perfect. I love the handmade quilts and pillows, and that homemade loaf and jam really topped it all off! We rented out the snowshoes while we were there, and was provided some good gear, along with a detailed map on all of the trails near by. We picked the hospital pond, which was awesome. I had never been to the pond, and now we look forward to returning in the summer! Over all, an amazing stay! Wouldn’t be able to find a negative thing to say, even if I tried! We look forward to coming back, and also checking out the shop in front.

Our recent staycation in Twillingate was picturesque! From the moment you walked in, this modern, clean inn made you feel right at home. The homemade bread and jam on the counter, local made hand soaps and aromatherapy bath salts in the bathrooms, the adorable artisan market next door, the bike rentals, the views from the back deck and not to forget the outdoor fire pit with all wood provided. I honestly can’t say enough about this place!

A great place to stay & Explore

Absolutely beautiful little B&B located on Main Street across from Splitrock Brewery and a 5 minute drive to Auk Island Winery. Only about a year old this B&B is beautifully devoted under a nautical theme which the rooms are named after. All brand new furniture, appliances, bbq, and a laundry room. Fantastic experience and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

This place was emaculate to stay in. We walked into our room and the wow factor was there. Everything newly renovated and sparkling clean. The view from our bedroom window was looking at colorful fishing boats over Twillingate room. The common area is huge. They have everything to cook your own food, even a gas bbq on the deck. You won't believe this but they have a huge and modern front end washer and dryer that you use for free and even provide the detergent. Right across the street from a craft brewery and 2 minute walk to the dinner theater. The checkin is so easy as they send you all the code info to get into the place and your room. There is no one there to do it so there is no contact with the owner. Lots of opportunities to speak with other guests however. If you are staying in Twillingate you will love this place.

This was such a perfect place to stay in Twillingate! It was extremely clean, VERY organized and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. From the fully stocked kitchen to a complete continental breakfast bar every morning, no details were left unnoticed. The views are spectacular and the proximity to shops and necessities is key. The liquor store and brewery are right across the street, the pharmacy is steps away. We are so sad to be leaving but loved every minute of this beautiful Inn and would love to come back here one day. Definitely highly recommended!

Exactly what we were hoping for. A perfect getaway in a quaint little town in Newfoundland. Our room had an amazing view as well. Friendly staff and a very clean space.

What a charming place! Clean, relaxing, beautiful bay side view. This little place is right across the road to the Split Rock Brewery as well, so you can indulge in fine micro brews, and then walk back to your homey little room.

Common area and rooms are updated and clean. Beautiful view of the bay out the window and back patio. The shared common area is a great way to meet and chat with other travellers and is great for socializing.

The Sunshine Inn is a beautifully renovated house overlooking the bay. There are 4 rooms upstairs each with private bath and one on the main floor. Modern decor. No elevator. The only thing left original from the "old" house is the beautiful center staircase. The Inn has a full kitchen for patron use if you want to do your own cooking. It also includes a self service continental breakfast bar which includes a selection of breads, English muffins, fruit, yogurt and cereal along with coffee, tea and juice. There is a self use laundry room as well. A lovely patio out back to sit, relax and watch the goings on of the bay. Out frobt is a liveky porch to sit and watch the goings on of the town or to see who is heafing to the new micro brewery across the street. There a numerous restaurants near by. The only thing missing was an ice maker. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely wonderful! It's kind of like a half hostel/half hotel thing. You have your own private bedroom with en suite washroom/shower, and downstairs on the main level is a common area including fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as living room with TV, books, instruments, and information about the area. Both front and back of the inn have a deck (we enjoyed our complimentary morning coffee and breakfast on the back deck that overlooks the harbour) and next door is a beautiful gallery with local crafts and art work for sale. We will definitely be returning and recommending Sunshine Inn to friends and family!

Such a fantastic place for our Twillingate stay. The entire building was clean, secure and accessible. Whether sitting on one of the decks, or relaxing in the living room or kitchen, everything was ideal. The location is perfect with short walks to the grocery store, restaurants, post office, and entertainment. Mandi was a fantastic host. Katie was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Sunshine Inn!

Nice rooms in a very convenient location but self service breakfast is a bit chaotic when everyone turns up at the same time.

Wonderful spot, awesome views of the ocean, lovely decks on front and back, accommodations top notch!
Very clean and tastefully decorated! Beds very comfortable! Really enjoyed the fire pit on the edge of the ocean! Hostess is a gem!

Beautiful place with excellent facilities! Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spotless. Kitchen was great as well with good options for breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal, and loads of bread options. Only niggle was the pillows were a little firm for me, but that's just personal taste.

Sweetest people on the east coast, The view and amazing accommodations are just a bonus!

Mandi took such great care of us late in the season and late in the evening when we meandered up to Twillingate without a booking. The Inn is wonderful with a great complement of shared amenities and a magnetic view of the harbor. Great work on the space and best of luck with the expansion into the gallery next door!

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. The host was super — even purchased a filleting knife for us to use. The beds are very comfortable and the accommodation very clean and very well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed in this room this past summer for a night. We were actually the very first customers to walk through the doors as they had opened only a few hours earlier. A beautiful place and I will definitely be returning. Like and Share.
